This is the worst hotel I have ever been in my life. This is everything else but not 4* hotel. It's not even 2* hotel.I don't know where to start from. It's dirty. VERY DIRTY. The staff doesn't speak any English even basic. The food is terrible. Don't get me wrong but the Turkish food is very tasty. NOT IN THIS HOTEL.There isn't free Wi-Fi. The aircon in most of the rooms doesn't work. The food and drinks are extremely limited. The custumer service is terrible. If you don't speak russian or turkish you will be completely ignored. You can't even print your travel documents there. They don't know how to do it. They can't even book you a taxi on the reception. Terrible hotel! They shouldn't be opened. Liars! We will never came back there.

We spent 10 nights at this hotel and I am not sure we will ever come back here. First of all, when we arrived it took us by a surprise that almost everything (e.g. schedules, basic info, ads etc.) were in Russian and from all hotel staff you could find only 2-3 people speaking some English. Even at the pool-bar none of the guys could speak English so you had literally to show what you wanted for a drink (e.g. white/red wine) or 'practice' your Russian-language skills. Secondly, we were very disappointed by the room despite the fact that it had satisfying mountain view from the balcony. The furniture was old and damaged, air-conditioner looked like it will fall apart any time soon. Shower was just terrible. Room service was not good either - although maids visited room every day, the floor was not clean and some furniture such as TV, closet or table etc. were constantly covered in dust. Sound isolation was poor - you could hear people talking or using toilet/shower from nearby rooms. Especially annoying was the fact that hotel staff ignored breakfast-lunch-dinner schedules. For example, despite the fact that dinner started at 19:00, at ~20:30 hotel staff started moving tables and chairs before dinner even ended at 21:00. The same could be said about day-time activities - if you decided to come and spend some time by the pool ~17:00 you would be asked to move away because hotel guys would start preparing area for the dinner which starts at 19:00. There was no schedule regarding swimming pool so you had to quess when it was OK to swim and when it was not. Finally, we were irritated by the fact that there was no Wifi in the room. If you wanted to use the Internet you had to pay for it (it cost us 12$ for 10 days) and you had to stay on the ground floor for it to work. Also, beach transfer was just terrible - you had to drive 10-15 minutes in an old and overcrowded bus which on a hot day just made things worse. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel for tourists who want to spend their holidays in Turkey. The only good thing about this hotel is probably the price since it corresponds to the facilities and commodities you get so you could realtively cheaply spend your time in Kemer, which is surrounded by the beautiful nature. Yet, before booking you should consider whether the above mentioned cons are acceptable to you or not. Otherwise you would get a distorted picture of what this hotel really looks alike.

I actually do not know where to start with this hotel....from the moment we arrived until today (our last day in this hotel from hell) it’s been horrific. Food is terrible. Staff are rubbish. I’d never go back here unless you paid me a million pounds!

The hotel is run by a nice friendly family who are always on premises, checking food & drinks quality, caring about guests' requests 24/7. This ensure the best quality of everything - from food to cleanliness and pool water. Requests are always completed accurately and on time. One big plus is that hotel owner speak English, German, Turkish, Russian and Ukrainian so you can be sure you can talk to owner any time and there will be no language problems. Staff is very well-behaved as well, service is flawless - highly recommend and we will be back soon!

Very good price quality ratio. Clean pool, territory, room cleaning every day. Shopping street next to the hotel. Rent a car (~35€) and enjoy the scenery, mountains, historical sights. Ask the staff the best direction / guide.

Hi, We had been there for a ten days. Good things: As in every place in Turkey where I have been so far locals are very friendly and welcome you. International team of animators were doing their job to keep kids and parents happy and it definitely worked, I just want to thank them for that. Entertainment just going on all day long and ends late at night. Cuisine is quite tasty and variable. What I liked most were fresh fruits and Turkish sweets like famous Pahlavi. Staff at kitchen was nice as well.

I recently visited kemer with 3 friends. The price of this hotel was really cheap and from what we had seen in terms of reviews we were very optimistic. Turned out to be quite the opposite. We were charged 100 lira for having dirty towels in the room which were not dirty at all, they were simply damp as we used them for the floor outside of the shower so we did not slip over. To comment on the staff of the hotel they were appalling with the exception of 1 or 2. Their attitude towards us was terrible, they made us feel as though we were a burden from start to finish. The food was very inconsistent and a couple of nights we literally had to eat out it was that bad. What seemed like a bargain turned out to be a very uncomfortable and unwelcome stay.

Stayed here last week of September, hotel was very nice. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Hotel and room were both very clean and nicely decorated. The food was of good quality and plenty of it. There was mainly Turkish cuisine which was very nice. We often feel that in all inclusive hotels the main thing that lets the hotel down is the food, in this hotel each meal time there was mainly one main dish and another 1-2 smaller dishes but the main meal that was presented was of a very good standard, and there was also always a large mixed salad bar that was really good. This hotel is not on the sea front but approximately a 10-12 minute walk from the front, with a walk which takes you through a pedestrian shopping road and a children's park. The area of Kemer is also very nice, plenty to do and see. The only negatives with regard to this hotel I could think of are that they only have one high chair for babies and all the families with babies/toddles were always trying to get to the high chair first (they really should invest in another 1-2). Another thing is that the music at the bar continues till about 11pm but I think your going to find this a problem at most all inclusive hotels. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, it was a good hotel, good food, friendly staff and a good location.
