This was our 3rd time here and yet again excellent. Staff all very polite and courteous rooms very clean and spacious and food and drink very good . The hotel is only 40 mins drive from antalya airport and only 3 mins from beach. Town centre only 10 mins walk or €2 in a taxi. Overall I score 10 out of 10
Very clean rooms and nice hotel for family holidays. Pool is not so big, but clean. Food is perfect and the staff was very polite. The beach is 5 min walking from the hotel and is small but very clean. The beach is conected with public beach so people that are not guests of the hotel can pass through your resting place. Entertainment team was bit boring because they repeat a lot of things every day. English is also an issue for some members of the staff.
We had lovely time in the hotel, quality of food/beverages & service provided was really great. The hotel is located closed to beach and closed to downtown, so you will have possibility enjoying also the town itself. What we did not enjoy time to time, were some rude fellow guests from Russian speaking countries without basic manners. Anyhow next year we will be back ! Thank you.
My partner and I stayed at the Crystal De Luxe Resort and Spa for 8 nights in October 2019. The experience was the equivalent to bareback riding a horse down the beach. Wonderful scenery, good entertainment but halfway through when you're yelling at your tour guide you find that they aren't listening and your crotch is at breaking point. What the hell am I talking about? Well pull up a chair, grab your baklava and enjoy because this is a treat. Arrival: In all fairness everything went well, we got there a stupid o’clock in the evening and went straight to bed. Air conditioning worked, the rooms were relatively nice and more importantly, they were clean. The reception staff were polite and the porter was very friendly. 10/10 welcome to Turkey! During: The hotel has a relatively okay size pool, no real gimmicks to it but there are 3 water slides around the back in a separate area for the kids. Kind of works you want to drown out the sound of screaming kids without actually drowning them. The bars are easily accessible for everyone and there's food everywhere you go. Not amazing but for an all-inclusive it's okay. Then the horse begins to gallop on that beach and goodbye goes your crotch..... Room Service, honestly if you' don’t speak Turkish or Russian don't bother, wait if you like hot food don’t bother (or Tea or nice burgers or want everything you ordered). We called the number on the menu, he didn't understand and just shouted "you call reception" - called reception "you call this number" again told "you call reception. At this point in the battle of wits reception sighed and decided to take the order (Or did they)!!! 30 minutes later we were greeted with our food (or ice in disguise). The burgers were cold the chips were practically arctic, the Teapot had tissue stuffed in it (yes, touching the precious Tea) and the nuts and crisps we ordered were nowhere to be seen. *Sadness ensued*. Called down to reception “You speak to room service” (Here we go again). Call room service “You speak to reception”. Called Reception “Okay, I put you through”. At this point they put me through to an unknown department, a lady picks up and says “Hello”, I explain the problem so she laughs and puts the phone down on me. Now as tempting as it was to write a strongly worded letter with the pen and paper they supply in the room. Instead, I took the chips downstairs (visual aids were needed due to the language barrier) and explained to the reception team. The (we’ll call him a Gentleman) I spoke to didn’t seem to give a flying toss and looked at me like I’d deficated on the reception floor. No apology, just “ we send hot food”. Got back upstairs and 10 minutes later a fresh plate of hot chips arrives. No Burgers, not the missing food. Just one plate of chips….. 1 Nil to reception….. So in short…… Hotel is nice, the spa is amazing and well worth the money. We paid 70 Euros each for everything. Hammam, 1-hour massage, facial, doctor fish etc…. Far cheaper then what you’d get in the UK. The entertainment and bar staff are lovely/friendly. The only thing that lets this hotel down is that when you have an issue or need to interact with Reception you are required to play a battle of muppetry with the devil’s minions themselves and they do not care for your hungry appetites. Wouldn’t book it again given the sheer amount of choice there is in Turkey. But I wouldn’t say it was a bad holiday. Just had a few frustrations due to the rudeness and ignorance of the front of house staff. #alwaysfeedthecats…
I received food poisoning from the restaurant at the hotel, which obviously rendered the hotel a write off. The reception staff were very dismissive and unhelpful, and wouldn't do anything to help in anyway. I sent a complaint to the hotel upon my return to the UK, but they simply ignored both my emails. Very unprofessional and unresponsive management. On a happier note, the bar/restaurant staff were very friendly (just the reception were poor), and Facilities good (albeit being unable to enjoy them).
