To begin with, it is a place where you feel hospitality along with a smiling face whenever you come across a hotel staff. And important detail to highlight is that the rooms are cleaned on a daily basis.

Such a beautiful hotel very quite owners are very friendly. Very clean spotless hotel. One of the best part of the hotel is ocean looking tarase. In the middle of the city and very close to national buss center.

No it doesn't - it is quite small with only 12 or so rooms and a roof top area for eating and relaxing. But there is sea swimming available just at the end of the street and over the road and down beside 2 buildings - the hotel provides all towels, snorkels, masks and floating devices for guests to use. If you don't mind not having a pool, it is a lovely place to stay with lovely people but I think they close over winter for a few months (end November to February?).
