The White House is a family run hotel where the staff are very professional yet offering a personal touch. It is located very close to the old town yet peaceful, quiet and tranquil. The rooms were spotless; cleaned daily. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, where you were able to take in the breathtaking views of the sea and the quaint rooftops. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were so helpful, couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Kalkan has so much to offer i.e water sports, boat trips, jeep safaris, quad biking, swimming and ofcourse amazing restaurants with excellent cuisine. A personal touch; guests would congregate on the balcony for drinks before they set off to the old town to enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants closeby. If you are a solo traveller you would not feel lonely or lost here, the hotel is very inclusive. They also have a beautiful courtyard where you can relax after a long day or sit there in the evening. The walk to the pebble beach is only 5 minutes from the Hotel. The water was warm, clean and crystal clear, with sunbeds and parasols to rent at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend the White House, a true gem in beautiful Kalkan. Thank you for having us, we will definitely visit again.

What a wonderful week I have had at the White House /Courtyard Hotel where Marian, Halil and their staff were so friendly and helpful! Nigel made us so welcome in the middle of the night on our arrival and was there with a smile to serve us breakfast in the morning enhancing the beautiful view of the harbour from the terrace!! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the beautiful bougainvillea make this an idyllic spot in the old town of Kalkan a 5 minute walk from the beach for a morning swim!! Thank you Marian and all your staff for being so welcoming and attentive - I will be back!!

We had a truly wonderful holiday at The White House. Our room had a balcony with a sea view. The beds were comfortable & the bedding & towels were spotless. Our room had efficient AC & was cleaned every day. Breakfast on the terrace was perfect. A lovely view of the bay whilst you eat delicious fresh fruit, cheeses, eggs, bread, olives, honey, yoghurt & chopped walnuts. A great start to the day! We liked the local beach, which is a few minutes downhill walk. Plenty of cafes for snacks & drinks, plus sun beds & umbrellas to hire. Swimming is good & safe. You are in the centre so all the bars & restaurants are on the doorstep, yet it’s peaceful at night & during the day. Nothing whatsoever to dislike & everything to like. Marion & Halil were kind, welcoming & unobtrusive, respecting that their visitors like to rest & relax. We hope to return next year. Good taxi transfers can be arranged to & from DLM airport. Well done & thank you to all The White House team.

What a find, a hidden gem. Lovely owners and staff can’t do enough for you. Rooms are clean, bright and I even had a sea view. Amazing breakfast , great coffee ,all with stunning views. The courtyard garden is beautiful, chilling music sometimes plays to add to the tranquility. Highly recommended.

I first stumbled upon The White House in 2010 when driving around the coast of Turkey, and have returned periodically ever since. It's beautifully located, just above the whitewashed and bougainvillea-lined cobbled streets of the old town, with the harbour and town beach below and the wonderful blue bay with its two islands stretching ahead. The courtyard is cool and shady and Marion and Hilal are soothing, charming hosts. The rooms are clean and cool and the beers on the terrace are very cold. Arriving each time is like coming home.

Stayed for one night at the White House B&B in Kalkan old town. We were met by the wonderful hosts and shown to our room. We booked a room with balcony that had stunning views across the rooftops to the sea. The room was very clean, the bed comfy with plenty of pillows. Air-conditioning in the room was very quiet. The hotel is situated five minutes walk down a cobbled street to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast in the morning on the roof terrace was lovely and the coffee was incredible.

Always love the White House, central, safe and friendly. Great Mediterranean breakfast, clean rooms that get serviced everyday. Great coffee/tea amenities. 10ft away from central Kalkan but with no noise. Beautiful courtyard. Marian and team make the stay excellent with knowledge, helpfulness and around the clock care. Views from terrace are beautiful and rooms are the perfect size. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, hidden gem.

The most beautiful B&B. Fantastic owners and staff 5* nothing was too much trouble for them. A very generous breakfast every morning on the patio overlooking the harbour and sea. Lovely clean well equipped rooms. A beautiful flower adorned court yard for chilling day or night. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Highly recommended

The location was ideal. It is close to restaurants and the beach. The room was very clean and the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast was superb. The hosts went out of their way to help us. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Fabulous friendly place to stay. Wonderful service, spotless clean and nothing was too much trouble. Georgous breakfast and terrace bar to have an evening drink and watch the sunset. Proprietors and staff went out of their way to make sure we had a lovely time. All round Fabulous hotel, people and resort.
