Luxury and enchantment is set in stone at our hotel with a unique charm and quaintness originating from its Greek ancestry . Newly opened in April 2016, the hotel makes a feature of its original Hellas structure, lending a sense of history to each of its six beautiful rooms. The unique rear shaded terrace area of our hotel offers a tranquil and cozy place to relax after a long day of sightseeing, sunbathing at the tranquil beach clubs or relaxing whilst admiring the azure coast on a gulet. Our charming Café offers a selection of hot & cold thirst quenching nectars, from juices and smoothies to wines and beers that compliment our assortment of home-made traditional favourite cakes and biscuits. It’s hard to assess hotels during these troubled times but the Old Town Hotel came up trumps. From the moment we got there and welcomed by Amanda to the time that we left, we were thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The rooms were very clean and the Hotel though steeped in history was modern and relaxed. Don’t expect a pool, don’t expect bars, lounges and loud music. But if you want a place right in the centre of Kalkan, next to lovely restaurants, a very short walk to the shops, this is the place for you. A special mention for Amanda who went out of her way to help us with the flights home. She is a gem as well as the hotel. Enjoy

Arriving late into Kalkan we needed somewhere for just one night to rest up before moving on next morning. Aptly named, this small boutique hotel is set on the edge of the old part of the town - vibrant, buzzy and colourful. The host extended a generous and warm welcome. Rooms are tasteful and everything about it was fresh and stylish. Breakfast was included and just kept on coming served on the cobbled street outside. We had rooms at the back an front as a family (teenage kids) and everyone slept well. Beds were so comfortable! Sahra was a wonderfully helpful, engaging and charming manager. Thank you so much - the perfect (but brief ) introduction to Kalkan.

On a narrow cobbled street, traffic free and high up from the beach and harbour. Lined with bars, restaurants and small shops draped in bougainvillea quite lovely but difficult for elderly people and buggies because the only way down is via steep and narrow pathways cobbled and uneven - as old as the village itself. It is not an hotel but a nice B&B very friendly for solo travellers and couples but not children. Breakfast is great!

This little hotel was fine and the owners helpful. However we had the balcony ('sea view') room at the front of the hotel and the Botanik Garden bar opposite played music really loudly until up to 3am. Even with the doors and windows closed and the air con on it was impossible to sleep. After 4 nights of this we abandoned ship and found a hotel away from the noise. If you do wish to stay at this hotel then I suggest taking a room at the back.

Room Tip: Until they sort the problem with the bar opposite then avoid staying at the front of the hotel.

We spent a very comfortable few nights at this hotel before heading to a villa . The hotel is lovely - clean, comfortable and welcoming. Helen and Paul are genuinely lovely hosts. Amazing coffee and cake, too!
