Great costumer service, they would ask if everything was fine and if there was anything we wished for, very friendly staff. The rooms are nice and much bigger than you would expect, breakfast was different day to day. No complaints want to visit again soon.

They gave a double and a single bed for the 3 of us, despite the fact that we asked on the phone to have 3 separate beds. The sheets on my bed were ripped. No water in our room at all. Empty fridge. Someone cleaned out room (although we didn't ask) and left no towels. Cleaning personnel vacuumed the hallways at about 8.30 am (we were still sleeping). A 3rd person was to arrive at 2am and I notified the front desk, yet they still called our room 2am and knocked until we open (I could not sleep that night after being disturbed). Apparently the batteries on the door were poor and the card didn't work. Personnel in the hamam said different prices for their services to me (local) and to a friend of mine the next day (foreigner). I checked out a day before with no regrets and I don't think I would ever go back to that place.

I stayed at this hotel last year with my family and once we arrived had realised it was not a 3* hotel. It is disgusting. Rude staff with the exception of 1 the night reception which i cannot remember his name. The breakfast is horrible. They do not provide clean towels everyday and complain when you out them on the floor to request new ones. Would not recommend. The bathroom has a sewage problem and smells really bad. There are stains on the wall. The room was far too small for 4 ppl in a room. The had a spa downstairs however only men used this...for reasons which you know. Avoid avoid avoid. The reviews are not genuie and are paid for. You will realise this if you book this.
