Deluxe room was a basic standard. Photos lie. No carpets, wall pictures, or any decorations in rooms. No coffees/tea facilities or slippers in rooms. Have to pay for bottled water. Same breakfast every morning. Incredibly loud music every night heard clearly in bedrooms until midnight. We had three rooms and changed the next morning but all rooms look on to the courtyard and the noisy band. No sun beds or loungers around pool. Pool unusable as always surrounded by diners up to the edge of the pool. Who wants to swim surrounded by people eating? Local manager lacked any form of customer service eg no ‘good morning’ or ‘hello’ or ‘how was your day?’ Etc. Plenty of other hotels in the same area and with useable swimming pools.

Hi, we recently stayed (checked out Oct 1) and left a grey zipper pouch behind the couch cushion in room 422. Has it been found? I will also try to contact hotel via phone. This hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. Excellent Turkish breakfast. The loud music is not coming from the hotel as some reviewers have posted, but a nearby bar. This hotel is quiet and peaceful. However if you are sensitive to noise I would reconsider staying in kalici all together because it is a night life little area. But it is quaint and beautiful at the same time. The music stops by midnight. Those hotel has several different room layouts and as with any hotel, for a few lira or euro more you may get a room more to your liking. Don’t be afraid to ask. I would stay here again. Thank you to the staff for being so helpful to my husband and I. 😃

Stayed in this quaint Fantastic hotel for 2 weeks excellent staff bedrooms breakfast 🍳 and so clean and friendly small live band by pool each night always stopped at midnight but good music . We fell in love with Antayla with its cobbled streets and an array of alleyways finding quiet restaurant gardens or an amazing taverna overlooking the sea . Mermeli beach 🏖 is perfect 5 minute walk from hotel . Will be going back as soon as we can . Thank you to all the lovely staff at the hotel .

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and we had a pretty satisfying experience. We really loved the ottoman charms in hotel design, outdoor area was pretty beautiful and lively and also our room was in a nice quiet corner of hotel site. Inside our room we were pretty comfortable with bedding, linens and towels were clean, toileteries were provided but there was some improvements which we believe it's needed: 1. I believe a 4 star hotel MUST provide slippers in the rooms and lack of slippers really made a hard time for us specially it's winter and we really didn't walk around with bare foot. 2. There were some stains in bathroom which weren't cleaned as i assume the room was most probably out of guests for a time and housekeeping didn't really care much to taking care of it. 3. Breakfast buffet was decent but only lacked a good coffee (there was coffee provided but most probably it was instant coffee powder mixed in water). In total, i would recommend this hotel based on these reasons: 1. Hotel environment was family oriented and guests were pretty decent people, we really felt safe and comfortable around. 2. We believe price and overall quality matched ( 490 tl for 3 nights, two adults) 3. Hotel's location couldn't be better; near to bars, beachside, 24/7 supermarket and tramway station. I hope hotel management would take this review in consideration as i believe these matters can be solved easily and improve in short matter of time. Overall, i would consider this hotel for my next trip to antalya.

Went during Happy Hour, was told it was on all alcoholic drinks, later during the bill, staff claimed it was only on beer. There was no English speaking waiter and when asked for beer, female waitress said that there was no beer. Very slow and bad service. Asked for quesadillas and after 15 mins they realise its not available. Super inefficient! Go if you want to waste your time and money!
