Quick review: Hotel is great. If I would choose an hotel in Turkey, this would be the first one in a list. The hotel was chosen to combine of celebration Mom's birthday and my vacation (7 days, 6 nights). As long as I traveled through Turkey hotels I didn't expect much, I though it could be a common one as many others. I was wrong, this hotel impressed me so much that I currently write this review. All starts from check-in, actually there's nothing to tell, pretty good check-in as usual. My Mom likes a highest floors, but unfortunately no free rooms was left, but should be mentioned that receptionists are tried to help us as much as they can. As a result we had a room at the second floor. Room was great, enough space, good positioning and almost greatest view as could be on 2-nd floor. We had a family room with 2 separated beds. There was a lack of a chair around a table but when we notify a reception about this they quickly resolved this. I must mention about food, because in my opinion this is the most important point. This hotel has a really good meals and it's easy to see that they are think about how their guests will eat. NOTE: I have a pretty high requirements for food taste and quality, that may not match with yours. Short summary: food is good. Firstly the food quality, usually by my taste no one hotel(except this) that I've stayed before wasn't provide a good food quality, of course you wouldn't be hungry but nothing special there usually a much lack of taste. Here you will have a good taste of food, maybe not always (I faced 2 days where you should have a good search skills to find something tasty), but it exist. I think you will probably be able to find something tasty everyday. Finally is food availability. You have access to food ANYTIME, doesn't matter when you arrive, at early morning or late night/evening after dinner, you will have a food. Of course you will have breakfast, lunch and dinner, but even in non-season time there's work a cafe that can offer a sandwiches to you, anytime (except breakfast in our case), 24/7. So you no need to worry about that and it's really Excellent. A few words about territory, it's good, nothing special, few pools, pool bar and restaurant (A 'la cart as I understand), but what should be mentioned is beach territory. That's really huge territory, it was a true discover for us. Many zones, many places where you can have some snacks (due to non-season time only one is working) and bar. My recommendation. Also I must to say that one accident happens to my phone and it causes my phone's microphone and there was no possibility to fix it in Turkey. I'd like to say a grateful thanks to Alper who made every effort to resolve this situation. We had a several conversations about it and I'm glad with result. To recap: I'm very satisfied, that we choose this hotel to celebrate Mom's birthday and have a rest in vacation. I will definitely recommend this hotel.…

Stayed here for a few nights in September with a large group of friends. Facilities are great in terms of the water park and swimming pools, location is good and the staff are brilliant they really do go the extra mile to make sure you are well looked after. Special shout out to Ali and Barsi who provided service with a smile and made our stay enjoyable throughout. Front desk staff are efficient and friendly, check in and checkout was quick and easy. Rooms are a good size and the cleaners keep the rooms to a high standard consistently. Breakfast is great in the main restaurant with a good variety but as with other all inclusive resorts lunch and evening offerings in the main restaurant are average in terms of taste but there is still a decent variety of food. The snack bars around the resort are great with simple but tasty options. Overall a wonderful stay for us and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Lara Beach area. …

We travelled in September ( covid year ) its one of the best hotels I have stayed in. It will be hard to beat as there was so much there for my daughters age 4 and and 1. If you have children I deffo would recommend, if you are put off because the water park is down the road It honestly didn’t affect us at all. If anything it was nice as some days we just chilled by the main pool.. there is a shuttle bus that comes every 5 minutes and it’s like two to walk.I’m going to do my pros and cons as easier to read when your quickly flicking through Pros Really clean everywhere Beds are comfy Variety of food Water park amazing Entertainment team was hilarious Funfair for the kids at night ( all free) Loads of different restaurants in hotel Cons ( but wouldn’t put me off coming back ) Not enough lifts for the amount of guests. Sometimes was standing there for 20 minutes and because of pram couldn’t take stairs Drinks at night down by the entertainment are in paper cups so after a while they go soggy. So ended up taking my own glass with me The woman in The downstairs bar near the shops acted like you owed them something when you asked for a drink It’s such a big hotel you don’t get as much of a friendly customer service like you would with a smaller hotel. ( understandable ) Balcony’s are small and we was quite high up and facing a building. I didn’t go out there at all as don’t like heights. ( we was on floor 4 ) Food portions are small.
