Currently on holiday here in Lara Beach Antalya, this is our first ever time in Turkey and safe to say this won't be our last either, we will most definitely be back to visit this hotel. We still have 4/5days left of a 2 week holiday and are dreading coming home. Within the first 24hours of being here, me and my partner both agreed that this is the best hotel we've visited for staff attentiveness, nothing is ever to much to ask. We were originally supposed to be here from the 16th June until 1st of July but due to our holiday being cancelled by Tui from Manchester Airport, we had to change the dates to the 18th June until 3rd July and fly from Newcastle which in all honesty was better for us as we're from up that way! Anyways, when we first arrived it was after 11pm, the manager on reception came out as soon as we checked in to tell us we had been upgraded to a room at the front of the hotel which included a pool and sea view, we were so happy with this and the Tui rep also gave us a voucher to use for up to £200 worth of trips/excursions which really blew us away, as we didn't expect nor ask for any of this, so for them to go out their way to make us enjoy our stay even more was superb. They have 2 big pools, 1 for adults 16+ and a normal pool which we have used both throughout our stay and enjoyed massively, you can use floats in both pools and there's always sun loungers available so no needing to be up at stupid o'clock to reserve. The food is amazing also, you never go without and there is so much to choose from, such as the main buffet, X4 A La Cartes, a pizza tent, pool side snack bar and pasta bar, oh and a ice cream stand with waffles/pancakes etc.. the rooms are fab too, the mini bar is free and stocked daily and there is free WiFi throughout the whole hotel which has been good to use for facetimes to home! The night time entertainment is also another big hit, we've found in the past at other hotels in different countries to be a bit boring or just be catered for kids etc where as this hotel caters for all, we've sat out every night to watch all sorts of entertainment and even played bingo! They have a disco room from 11pm until 2am incase there's any late night goers fancying another drink after the bars close at midnight. We would 100% recommend this hotel and are already planning to come back next year were we usually tend to try other places but this has really won us over and the country itself, there's just so much to do and explore which we can't wait to do next time. But we need to have a big big shout out to these people because without these our trip wouldn't have been the same so thank you so much, Omer from the entertainment and Yasat from guest relations, we can't wait to come back and see you both. We always read reviews before anywhere we go and the reviews for this hotel really aren't wrong, so thank you so much Liberty Lara for making our first holiday since before covid so memorable. 5 star for everything <3 xxx

Dear Chloew96x, The Liberty Lara senior management greatly appreciates the quality time you have taken out of your stay to draft an absolutely amazing 5 star review of your stay thus far. We were super stoked to see you used the words 'Absolutely amazing' in the title header to describe your overall holiday experience. We truly believe your comprehensive, informative and cultured review will enable our community of readers and followers to gain a much broader glimpse or snapshot into our resort complexes plethora of attributes which clearly impacted positively on your overall holiday enjoyment and experience. The general consensus by the vast majority of our like-minded reviewers/contributors highlights our key core competencies (service, hospitality, vast array of culinary options to suit the most discerning palate and a varied daytime and evening entertainment program) which clearly defines the Liberty Hotels Lara from the rest of our illustrious, opulent and regal neighbours. On the surface, we may not be the most ostentatious or gaudy looking hotel compared to our more garish, illustrious neighbours, however, we are proud to say that no other hotel genuinely welcomes guests with open arms, and makes them feel as though they are a part of our family. The Liberty Lara is the quintessential all-inclusive holiday resort that prides itself and genuinely cares about the well being, satisfaction, contentment and comfort of our guests, which is why your feedback is so important to us. Therefore, it gives me enormous pleasure to share your kind words of praise with the entire team, who's meritorious endeavors by going over and beyond the call of duty, ensuring your stay to date is a resounding success. Thank you once again for sharing, and documenting your experiences on Trip Advisor's impartial and equitable information sharing social media platform, and for kindly recommending us to others. We hope you enjoy the remainder of your stay, and the Liberty Lara family looks forward to the immense pleasure to warmly welcome you back to your second home with open arms in 2023, to further enjoy our hospitality, services, plethora of culinary options, daytime activities, evening entertainment, amenities and facilities. Travelled here with Hubbie mid June from the UK for 10 nights. First impressions of the hotel were really good. Everywhere was spotless and we were made to feel very welcome. We had booked a limited sea view room and were disappointed when we saw our room. Standing on the balcony, there may have been a spot of blue in the far distance but that was it. We also felt the room was very small and couldn’t understand why a thin webbed blanket (similar to those in hospital) was the only cover on the bed and it didn’t reach the each side of the bed. Wardrobe space also seemed very limited. We were advised we could look at another room the next morning, but decided, after a night’s sleep, that it was adequate for our needs. There was another thin webbed blanket in the wardrobe so we had one each. The next day we ordered 2 x ‘duvets’ on the Liberty Lara app and were supplied 2 more webbed blankets so had 2 each which was warm enough for us. We found the air conditioning very noisy as it switched off after the set temperature was reached and started up again once there was a need to cool down the room. After a couple of days we discovered that it was on level 3. Once it was set on level 1, it was very quiet. One more tip is that there is no iron in the room and no way of borrowing one. The wardrobe space was not long enough for shirts and t shirts so it was necessary to occasionally iron clothes. The lady who cleaned our room was amazing. The room was always spotless and sometimes we were left with towel art which was lovely. The food in the main restaurant was of a very high quality and served from behind screens which I liked with less people handling the serving spoons. It would have been good to have some themed nights which have made dinners more interesting but there were loads of options. We loved the Thai Noodle option which was outside the main restaurant. Fruit at breakfast was also amazing with loads of cherries and strawberries. As our free a la carte option we chose the Thai restaurant. Lovely food and great to be waited on. Only improvement could be more blinds on the west side where the sun was going down and blinding guests. Best meal of the holiday was the Seafood meal which was at a pop up restaurant at the top of the pier. There were just 4 couples eating that evening (happens on a Sunday and costs €35 each). The food was fabulous and again lovely to be waited on. Worth every penny. Another positive was the pasta restaurant available at lunchtime at the pool bar. The staff were just so lovely and friendly. Only disappointment on the food front was the Black and White Gala Dinner. We had no knowledge of it until we saw the outside chairs being dressed in white and we thought there was a wedding taking place. Another guest advised about the Gala Dinner. We watched the opening of the evening from the terrace outside the Lobby Bar. It looked great. A pop up bar with welcome cocktails and canapés plus a string quartet and members of the entertainment team dressed up. Unfortunately after 30 minutes, this disappeared so by the time we entered the restaurant at 7.45 we didn’t know anything special was happening. There was no special food being offered. Downside was that the inside restaurant was heaving (outside seating was full). Staff were struggling to cope and it wasn’t a pleasant experience for guests. Apparently the a la carte restaurants were all closed, as apparently guests want to attend the gala dinner, which put additional pressure on the main restaurant. We spent most of our days at the adult pool which was lovely and quiet. Lifeguard was quick to advise any children who accidentally came to the pool, that it was adults only, which was much appreciated. We have grandchildren but had travelled as adults only so lovely to just be the two of us. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Super smiley and friendly. Spa in the hotel was expensive. TUI offered a hammam with massage etc for £35 pp which was a great alternative at a local Turkish bath about 20 mins away. We also went to the Warehouse with free transport booked with TUI. It was lovely to be out especially when the torrential rain and thunder occurred. However it is mainly clothes which wasn’t really for us but it was a nice hour out and about. I suffered an injury the day before we left the hotel by getting jammed in a semi automatic door next to the Lobby Bar. The door failed to recognise I was entering the gap and shut strongly on my arms. My right wrist was badly swollen but luckily not broken. The waitress did a magnificent job providing bags of ice to apply to my wrist. The manager at Guest Rekations advised understand the fault was fixed the following morning. Dear Mrsdiors, The Liberty Lara senior management greatly appreciates the time you have taken out of your busy schedule to draft a balanced, measured and favorable 4 star review, following your recent 10 night stay with your husband in June. We have enjoyed the pool scene and all of the activities available for us. The entertainment team and the staff from the bars to the restaurant and the cleaners etc were brilliant. The hotels facilities are excellent and the rooms are very good. The food is excellent there is a great choice. The hotel is in a good location as it is close to the beach and their is a nice pier. Their are a good variety of Ala’cart restaurants that have very nice food. The whole of the hotel is very friendly and inclusive and it created a calm atmosphere.

5* Honeymoon Not sure where to start but will try and cover as much as I can because I think it’s important and I like reading the lengthy reviews when looking at holidays. This was mine and my wife’s honeymoon and it’s was just perfect. Arrival The moment we arrived we were welcomed. We arrived at 1.30am after a very long day. Our bags were taken to our rooms and we were helped with wifi. The restaurant was specially opened to allow us to grab some food and a drink. Due to it being our honeymoon we had a bottle of champagne left in our room and a plate of fruit and were also offered breakfast in bed, which was so lovely But we kindly declined as we are naturally early risers so chose to eat in the main restaurant instead. Pool The pool areas are lovely and clean and are very big. There are plenty of sun-beds however, most were gone by around 9/9.30am. You can get clean beach towels every day. The activities put on throughout the day are fantastic and the entertainment team are amazing. They don’t pressure you if you don’t want to join in. All different activities for adults and kids. Food Breakfast - I struggled the most with breakfast but still managed to find something. The pancakes and crepes are lovely. What we did find weird is that they don’t offer latte at breakfast yet you can get it at every other bar. They only offered cappuccino which is too strong. Also the cups are tiny. The service wasn’t great at breakfast, we went down around 7/7.15 most mornings and had to ask for our drinks. I think self service drinks at breakfast would be better. Seemed like not enough staff even though it wasn’t overly busy at that time. Lunch - Best meal of the day. We went to the beach bar most days but the service in there is absolutely fantastic. The food is amazing and so much choice. You can have burgers, fries, ham roll and much more. You can also have freshly cooked pizza or fried chicken and fish. Dinner - Plenty to choose from, the noodle bar was absolutely fantastic and very popular and worth the wait if there is a queue. Service was also great. Snacks - there’s non stop snacks. You can get ice cream from the man that comes round on a bike. Or there’s an ice cream and waffles/donuts parlour open in the afternoon and shortly after that a patisserie with cakes and rolls. The lemon ice cream is delicious. We didn’t try the pasta bar but will next time. Drinks- plenty of drinks to choose from. We don’t really drink alcohol but did try one cocktail and it was far too strong but so much choice of soft drinks or slushie and also fridges where you can help yourself to bottled water. The grounds at this hotel are very well maintained and always a gardener about doing his bit. The beach is also lovely but would recommend beach shoes as the sand gets so hot. Room We were on the 7th floor with a pool and sea view which was amazing. However, our room absolutely stunk of sewage and got worse as the days went on. We did report this to reception but she didn’t seem too fussed. There was also some really loud praying through speakers every single day at 4.30am so must be near a mosque. Wasn’t ideal. The bed was very comfortable, decent enough bathroom. The cleaner did a fantastic job. Clean towels every day and slippers provided which we used. Tv in room with film channels which if you google the name of the film in Turkish you will find out what it’s called in English but they are English films. Also tea and coffee facilities in the room a lovely touch and mini fridge restocked daily. Entertainment The entertainment was absolutely fantastic. Different every night. We saw a Michael Jackson show, dance show, miss Liberty and much more. The only down side is that the amphitheatre is so uncomfortable to sit on as its rock. You get cushions but it’s still not pleasant. Then it’s back to the bar after the show for either live bands or karaoke etc. They should mix it up a bit on the karaoke though because one night they let 3 Germans sing in a row and a lot of people went back to their rooms. Should alternate languages so people don’t get bored. Staff A massive massive thank you to Yasat from guest relations - he couldn’t enough for you. Halil from the beach bar at lunch time. By far our favourite. What a friendly, smiley, helpful and just genuinely lovely guy. We really hope he is there next year. Ferhat for being our evening drinks guy. So friendly and such a great service. Thank you. Omer and Ferdi the entertainment guys. Takes the times to come and chat and always smiling. Such lovely guys. Esma and Samih for some a great service throughout our stay. Shops There are a few shops in the hotel - reasonably priced to be honest. But if you go out of the hotel and do a left and walk literally five minutes, you are at the beginning of a long strip of shops. They do hassle but also take a hint if you’re blunt enough. Next time we will walk a bit further down to the premium mall which was slightly further down but still in walking distance. Overall we had a fantastic time and are coming back next year with our two sons who will absolutely love it here. Thank you for a great stay.

The Liberty Lara is the quintessential all-inclusive holiday resort that prides itself and genuinely cares about the well being, satisfaction, contentment and comfort of our guests, which is why your feedback is so important to us. Therefore, it gives me enormous pleasure to share your kind words of praise with the entire team, who's meritorious endeavors by going over and beyond the call of duty, ensured your stay was a resounding success. Thank you once again for sharing, and documenting your experiences on Trip Advisor's impartial and equitable information sharing social media platform, and for kindly recommending us to others. The Liberty Lara family looks forward to the immense pleasure to warmly welcome you back to your second home with open arms in 2023, to further enjoy our hospitality, services, plethora of culinary options, daytime activities, evening entertainment, amenities and facilities. Yours truly, Mr. Ali Özdemir. General Manager.

By far the best 5* hotel I’ve stayed in. Very modern, staff will do anything to help, food is amazing and different variation everyday. I would recommend the Turkish hamman and full body massage, by far the best I’ve ever had. The minibar is restocked daily and has a great variety of drinks - see photo. When I stayed in March the weather was awful it rained and thunderstormed the entire week but that didn’t ruin the holiday at all, the indoor pool was great and there was still lots to do to keep us entertained. Everyone in the hotel had bath robes and fresh towels changed daily at no extra charge. Every room has a little table type thing on the wall outside which has an electronic doorbell and you have a tablet on the wall next to your bed you can reply back saying you’re busy or that you’re coming to the door, very snazzy. Overall I loved every part of the holiday and came straight home to book up again for August to get the full experience of the outside pools, water slides and beach.

Absolutely amazing holiday at The Liberty Lara - we can’t fault the hotel for anything at all. The staff and the service they offer are outstanding. The hotel and the grounds are absolutely spotless and each and every member of staff make you feel welcome and that nothing is too much trouble. We hired a cabana for our wedding anniversary and it was definitely worth the money. The al-la-carte restaurants are very good - the Thai restaurant was our favourite. There is so much choice for food - the Apollon bar is well worth a visit at lunchtime as well as the Pizza Hut and the noodle bar - we really were spoilt for choice! This was our third visit to Lara Beach and the Liberty is our favourite hotel!
