We chose the hotel as it is very close to the airport, which is a big advantage when you travel with a small child. The hotel was very nice, the rooms were OK, cleaned every day, minibar filled every day with soft drinks for free. The staff was nice and friendly. There was also children's beach with low water, our 3-year-old loved it and we weren't afraid something would happen. The food great, big choice, always hot never cold... The negatives I would mention, we stayed in the hotel in August, the hotel was full, so during the meal times, there was sometimes problem to find a free table, or when you found it, it was not cleaned, full of dirty dishes from the previous guests... I assume the waiters had lots to do and didn't manage to clean all the tables at once. It was also a problem to find a free sunbed on the main beach, when we came at around 10,all the sunbeds had already been taken...The other negative were the dogs on the beach, they were not dangerous, just lying on the beach, sleeping, but I didn't like it. Then you have to prepare there are planes flying over your head very often, but it is the price you have to pay for being close to the airport: some people like it, others not... There is no wifi in the rooms, just in the lobby, which is a big disadvantage.... I would also turn down the air-conditioning a bit in the lobby, it was quite unpleasant when you came from the heat outside into the cold inside the hotel. And the staff in the reception could work a little bit faster, I had feeling they had all the time in the world... But all in all, it was a great holiday, we stayed with our parents and our daughter, everybody loved the holiday, there are animations all day, hotel is very nice, staff friendly, trying to help, big advantage the chidren's beach and playground, all day great food and drinks. I would recommend it.

All food in main restaurant the same every day and mostly cold. They cook off lots of eggs and pancakes in the morning and then serve when required, so always like warm at best. When I asked for a fresh egg the chef just grunted and pointed to a tray of overcooked, cold eggs everyday. Same with the pancakes. Rooms ok and wifi ok in lobby, but non existent in the room we were in (floor 9). Outdoor Bars and restaurants closed on 27 October for the winter without even a word, so missed the Mongolian a la Carte.

I’ve just arrived back from this “five star” hotel and I’m so so disappointed. Starting off myself and partner got crammed into a small room in the side hotel not the main hotel with no balcony and I tiny window, I asked for a birthday surprise for my partner when we got in the room and I got NOTHING.after complaining to the reception they changed the room. We did get a “balcony” however it had half a forest grown within it so was basically a kick in the teeth for the price we had paid also asked for a birthday surprise in the new room and still got nothing. Spoken to another English family and it would appear That they got put into the same crammed room as we did so must just be how they treat the English guests. We booked in for a Mongolian meal and literally two hours after the meal I found myself to have food poisoning resulting in me being stuck in bed for two days. The rep we spoke to recommended a club called club soho and it turns out it’s full of prostitutes and people charging you to literally sit down, why on earth this was recommended to us I’ll never know. If you go out of the hotel at night time there’s nothing and as a female I wouldn’t recommend going on your own because you will get creeps trying to pick you up. It’s not safe at all! Not that the guests are the hotels fault but the amount of RUDE impolite guests really made my holiday so negative. We spent the day at the beach to try something different only for the beach to be over ran with poor stray dogs that are relying on surviving through the guests giving them water and food, whilst we were on the beach one dog died, again no fault of the hotel staff but they literally couldn’t care less about the poor dog. A family was pleading with the staff to help and literally just got a shrug of “an what do you want me to do” They then found it appropriate to get a litter picker and a bin bag in to try and put the dog in whilst children were in tears. I understand they don’t have the same kind of love towards dogs as we do but to try and put it in a bin bag in front of children is despicable. The girl behind the bar at the pool is rude and needs to learn how to crack a smile slams drinks down at you as though you’ve done something wrong. The only positive comments I’ve got to say are the animation staff are brilliant and absolutely waisted there. Daria, Steve and all the other animation staff you are truly Amazing! You are the life of that hotel absolutely brilliant. And the bar staff near the small stage are lovely very polite and a breath of fresh air compared to the horrible girl behind the pool bar. I did have a massage and it was brilliant and the staff within the spa again are lovely and look after you. I’m just so disappointed how we’ve been treated and I wouldn’t want anyone to make this terrible mistake as we did. Granted I’ve enjoyed parts but honestly I wouldn’t get your hopes up thinking your going to get 5 start because it’s not.

We on a family vacation for 12 people - 7 adults and five children. Part of a low cost tour package from Moscow. An upgrade to a much nicer room was only 10$/day. Highly recommended. A variety of restaurants with nice names and average food. For example, Mongolian really meant stir fry which was not done hot enough and with no particular good flavor. But OK. Sushi Restaurant was the same. Sushi is dried out rice with no particular good (or bad) flavor. The wines to buy for extra are not worth it. Some nice names but bad storage in a hot climate. Olympi Restaurant is suspect. It is open most of the time and a back up if you miss the operating hours. Three of us got digestion problems after eating there. The beachs are very good. The pools are very good. The beach bars have the same disaffected service of most beach bars in the world. House rose is passable. House white is not bad. I tried red (pomegranite) wine once and wouldn't recommend it. And the main lobby bar has at least three ways of making a macchiato, only one of which is correct. But all in all for a large "five star" all inclusive the hotel was fine. So why would I give a one star? My brother in law left his wedding ring on the night stand. The next afternoon it was gone. The hotel was only interested in making sure he knew it was not their liability. They would not listen to details. They refused to call the police to file a report. They told him only our guide could help. (Thank god he was not injured and they would not call an ambulance without our guide who lived 1 1/2 hours away.) He was not looking for compensation - just for someone to ask the two employees who had been in the room that day if they saw it. So the hotel policy encourages petty theft whether by an employee or even worse by an outsider. This is terrible. I recommend you avoid this place or ask for a room with a safe big enough for anything of value. The room is not secure. And one more thing - Club Hotel Sera is under the main flight path for Antalya Airport. You can't leave the windows open at night. The airplanes are VERY close.
