When Falez Hotel is opened in 90s it was a legend but it is collapsing now. It seems an old pal about to death. Poor breakfast and meals, lack of staff, becomes a ghost city at nights nobody at reception desk

Old hotel, semi-abandoned. The floor we stayed in had a strong cat-piss smell. There are tiny balconies that do not even fit a chair to sit in. Lots and lots of stray cats wander around the restaurants' tables and get on the chairs and on the tables to eat the food - not much of hygiene standards there. The food...

Worst holiday ever. Needs condemning. Food was a disgrace with the rudest staff. Rooms, pool and sunlougers were filthy. We stayed two nights out of 10 and vacated. Never again. Full of Russians who were always drinking and loud. Night entertainment was a serious joke. I've never seen anything like it. Avoid

This hotel is the pits! It's like Faulty Towers. Nothing worked including the lift, the telephone next to the lift and the telephone in the room. The staff were rude and uninterested when i explained how my elderly mother had had to walk down 6 flights of stairs because the lift was not working. The food was vile as well...

The large hotel was last stop on a tour of Turkey and there is a museum nearby handy to visit before leaving for airport. The room was quiet and to a high standard with an excellent view. Having stayed in a number of hotels in Turkey, it appears normal to have no coffee facilities in the room and to have...

We were staying in Antalya for only one night so we decided to chose a 5 star hotel near the beach. We had booked in advance a room with double bed and pool view. To our surprise we got a room with garden view and two single beds. Of course we did complain and as not many of them spoke...
