We stayed here for one week and we were really glad we chose this hotel in Antalya. All inclusive was a good decision. Buffet was delicious for breakfast and dinner. We were also satisfied with the food by pool bars and turkish restaurants. Hotel is perfectly organized. The last day we tried the Japanese show cookinh restaurant and I would recommend it to everybody to try it at least once. Also friendly staff, clean rooms and good massages.

Thoroughly recommend this hotel, whether it’s for couples or families. There is plenty for everyone. One thing I can’t comment on is the rooms as I didn’t stay onsite - I stayed in Royal Seginus but was allowed to use this sites facilities. Spa - expensive prices tried charging £60 pp for a Turkish Bath when I got one down two days before across the road in Aska Lara Resort & Spa for £30 pp. I will not be ripped off and think £60 pp is extortionate, not impressed at all with that. Waiter Service - staff always offering drinks when sat down in the lobby or by the poolside. Hats off to them, they work so hard and even on roller skates they do a great job. We did give 20 lira as a tip to one waiter each time he bought us a drink - it’s the thought that counts. Remember they are paid very little. Food - Main restaurant fairly small food selection. Desserts looked insane. The best thing about this hotel was they had a doner bar every day 12:00-14:00 chicken or lamb. I had this for lunch most days and enjoyed it otherwise they had pizza or baked jacket potatoes. Ice creams were great and they had waffles too with toppings of your choice. Drinks - I thoroughly enjoyed the slush bar, perfect drink for hot weather. They did have a wide range of alcoholic drinks, certain drinks I.e disaronno are chargable. Entertainment - I watched the aqua gym and it was so fun to watch. I wish I joined in, Alex was a great rep and perfect person to do this activity - he was so entertaining. Crazy pool games were good too. Shops in hotel - Again expensive, got quoted 80 euros for a Louis Vuitton purse. Personally I’d rather save the extra £300 and buy a real one! I genuinely think the shop owners think they are in Harrods or something! (This also goes for the shops along Lara Beach - I think it’s due to the high end location if you like I.e Lara Beach and they just try to take advantage of tourists)

Start off with the looks. Unbelievable from morning to night. Absolutely smashing decor throughout. Part of the stone group so you have a few sister hotels you might be able to access as we did. Firstly started off with a hotel change from our holiday provider so we arrived two hours early. The staff at reception and bell boys were brilliant. We was offered a upgrade room at the royal seginus but was allowed to use this hotel as well. The staff didn’t want us to wait around for a room and I was ecstatic at how good their service was. They are extremely well organised. Helped us change our transfer pick up locations for the airport. And even gave us private lifts to and from the other resort for our luggage which is amazing (5minute walk max). This hotel is like no other I’ve been in. Has multiple little shack in the rear. You can have burgers, pizzas, desserts, kebabs, ice cream and get your towels from this part. The pool is massive and accommodates everyone. The beach is nice and sandy. It also has a pier you can use the beds on with a bar. Multiple shops under neath the reception. Has a spa and games room also. Animation team was definitely present in this hotel compared to the previous hotel we stayed at the days before which is amazing. Very friendly and definitely know how to make you smile. It also has a fun fair also and bumper cars which is great. Water slides always running! Deffo Shelby brings out the inner kid in you. Food was good and had a lot of selection. It also has a adult only section to eat which is great. Staff in the main restaurants are present and very helpful. This is the only hotel I’d return back to and I’ve been to 6 other places through out turkey. Again this is 20 minutes from the airport 140 lira roughly (£20). Not many shops near and the ones near are not worth looking at and expensive. Mosque is 15 minute walk away or €5 euro taxi. Also has a lot more shops up this way but again aren’t great. Downside was the spa cost. We had visited Aska Lara across the road and paid £25pp for a spa Hammam and massage for a hour. This hotel wasn’t budging from no less than £50pp and didn’t look half as nice as the previous hotel!! Top tips : - Tips go along way. We had drinks brought to us continuously by pool. - Main pool at the rear is a lot more lively and where the most sun and fun is at! - we found before 10 am would get you the best beds by the pool 100% without doubt would recommend. The staff are exceptional and hotel is beautiful. Couldn’t ask for anything else!

I don’t get the overtly positive reviews of this hotel, we came back the past weekend. But if i have to be honest I truly saw better hotels with much better services than Holiday Palace. Wings and Dragon service wise is higher than this one. I also saw a lot missed maintenance especially on the paint jobs, wallpaper curling up and in the restaurant i expected it to be cleaner. Also no fresh juice even Dragon has fresh juice during breakfast. Lots of waiters only help you when you pay them extra in the main restaurant. The food was good, the cleaning of the room could have been better. The entertainment team was not so entertaining. They only came everywhere when they wanted to sell you a bingo ticket the rest of the week only found at activity pool. The food is okay, in the first week you scream wow but the second week it got repetitive. I personally loved the chicken wrap and the cheesecake at the snack restaurant. Mexican, Italian and Asian evenings we’re my fave.
