From our roof terrace you have a breathtaking view across the Bay of Antalya – the Mediterranean sea, the snow-capped Taurus mountains, and the town of Antalya, with its citrus, palm, and olive trees, its Roman walls, and its cool tea-gardens. We are situated in the middle of Antalya's historical quarter – Kaleiçi. We are only 150 metres from the beach, and 300 metres from the modern city centre, with its elegant shops.Accommodation consists of five two-room apartments, and three spacious rooms with double beds. All rooms are air-conditioned; all have hot water. The whole villa (including the guestrooms) has been decorated with original works of art on various themes. The themes are reflected in the names of the rooms.Breakfast is served on the roof terrace, but it is open all day for your enjoyment.

Emmy & the others are wonderful, they take good care of you! The location is very good. The Wi-FI is good, you do not have to keep logging in again & again. Surely a nice hotel but the place has seen better days. It’s in a bit of a disrepair and needs good amount of work & a major update. The bathroom is dated, the water pressure in the shower is very low….. Might be suitable for a budget traveler & maybe that’s where the high ratings are coming from but looking at the competition, there are a variety of better choices available all around. The photographs make it look more enticing than it actually is.

My wife and I visited in July for our 30th wedding Anniversary and stayed in the Bird Room. It is right up on the top of the hotel, and has great access to the Upstairs Terrace. The view from the top terrace (which is open to all guests and has an honesty bar) is spectacular with views of the harbor, sea and mountains (over the rooftops of the old city). The hotel has a lovely homely feel and an excellent location in the old city. We arrived by rental car at night (which was very stressful) as Google maps gets confused (as the old city is largely walk ways with special access to cars and taxi's). We eventually found the hotel, and were made to feel very welcome on arrival. In fact this is one of the beautiful things about Villa Tulipan (is the friendly and helpful staff), who all gave helpful advice and helped planing each day. The breakfasts were good and many restaurants close to choose from. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of Mermerli beach and the harbor. The Wifi was good and overall we found the hotel good value, and had a very pleasant stay. Thank you Emmy and staff for treating us like family. The challenges of the hotel is the stairs for guests who have any disabilities, also a plunge pool would be great in peak summer.

Room Tip: We loved the Bird Room, but in mid summer you need the aircon on continually.

We stayed in the suite room which was plenty of room for 3 people. The room had a lovely feel to it - tastefully furnished with paintings, old artifacts and ottoman inspired decor. This place had many highlights - very easy old town location, good range for breakfast in the garden, amazing staff who were incredibly welcoming and made our stay fantastic. Tulipan made our stay in Antalya enjoyable.

A great location and the perfect place to stay! Fantastic views from the rooftop, and of the mountains from our balcony - close to the centre of the old town, with good eateries and shops all within walking distance. Just perfect for us. The rooftop was a haven to just chill and take in the views. Emmy and the lovely staff were just so warm and welcoming, and very friendly and helpful , making our stay extra special. Emmy took the time each day to ask us of our plans, and gave us some good tips and advice which we really appreciated. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit.
