We rested with a friend in this hotel from 05/28/24 to 06/11/24, the hotel area is compact and cozy, there is a large selection of food, but the dishes are tasteless, only local alcohol. The contingent is mainly citizens of Germany and Poland, I would like to note that everyone is very friendly towards Russians, both vacationers and staff. I would especially like to note the work of the animators, they are all, without exception, great fellows, a delight!!!! The waiters and bartenders are also very smart! Room cleaning is lame, the bar in the room only has water and juices. The bathroom has all the necessary cosmetic kits (gels, shampoos, etc.), and bathrobes are provided upon request. When checking in, the reception took into account all our wishes and placed us in rooms nearby (5033,5034) with a sea view, very grateful! There are always free places on the beach! There is no need to take a seat on the beach or by the pool, people are well-mannered, and if they leave, they vacate the sun loungers. The hotel hosts live dance music evenings, a disco, a foam party, etc., and during the day there are a lot of competitions, games and entertainment. Within minutes of the hotel there are Migros and pharmacies, a market on certain days, and shopping centers are literally 5 minutes away by taxi (200 lire). We are grateful to the hotel staff for the warm welcome and good service! We will definitely return, because the vacation spent at the hotel was unforgettable!

We are still vacationing in this hotel with a friend. We have a room without a balcony on the 7th floor (as we booked, we just didn’t pay attention to it). Therefore, if this is important to someone, then you better check your reservation. The room is generally ordinary, but there are two inconveniences: poor Wi-Fi, especially if you have an Apple phone and absolutely no place to dry your clothes, swimsuits: there is not a single hook in the bathroom. And so the room is cleaned, towels, cosmetics, linen are changed (although there really are holes in the pillowcase or sheet). Upon arrival we visited the spa salon. We took the hammam + massage complex. I really liked it. Respect to his staff Adel and Wardana. A separate massage from Wardana is simply amazing. Also, many thanks to Christina and Ivan from Guest Relations. Just amazing, positive guys, they will tell you everything, help you solve any problem, and if it’s not solved right away, then they will keep you under control and see it through to the end! Even just talking to them is a great pleasure!! The sea here is very good, gentle, when it’s not stormy :)) there are enough sun loungers for everyone both on the pier and on the beach. The food in the restaurant is very tasty, there is a wide choice, the chefs try their best. Very tasty cherries and bananas. Thursday was fish day. There were so many fish! And everything is deliciously prepared. The hotel is city. But for us this is only a plus. All the attractions are nearby: by regular bus N 1 in 20 minutes you can get to Cleopatra Beach (not very impressed) and to the funicular railway to climb the old Alanya fortress, admire it, the views from above the city, listen to the singing of cicadas, take amazing photos . Then you can go down to the port (by taxi, bus or on foot), take a walk there, see the lighthouse, the Red Tower, and get aesthetic pleasure from it (for those interested, a one-way ride on the funicular costs 220 liras, and a round trip costs 240 liras person). Overall, we like our stay at this hotel, despite the negative aspects that are present.

Our holiday at the Asia beach hotel was nice and the hotel was good. The rooms are quite clean and the shower is good. You can indicate when you want the room to be cleaned. The mattress is a bit hard. There is good air conditioning, which is nice. Sometimes it is a long wait for the elevators, but it was also very busy in the hotel. Many people from Russia but also Dutch. The food is good and there is plenty of choice for everyone. The dining room was sometimes busy and all tables were full. The staff work hard and are very friendly. The plates are quickly removed from your table and they make a lot of effort for you. It's nice to have a drink and relax in the lobby. The cocktails are tasty and there is a lot of choice. The swimming pool is not that big but offers enough space to cool off in the water. It is often very warm at the beach and the beach runs deep into the sea quite quickly. You sink quite deep into the gravel sand. The beach also feels a bit small. The hotel is close to the center of Oba where there are many shops. There is also a large bazar (market) on Mondays and Thursdays where you can buy clothes, bags, fruit and vegetables. The sellers in the shops are sometimes a bit pushy and you often have to haggle on the price, otherwise you will pay way too much. You can take a taxi to the center of Alanya or to the port for about 10 euros. It's nice there, but there are a lot of the same shops. Booking a boat tour in the harbor for an hour is highly recommended. For 10 euros per person you can have a nice boat trip. The spa in the hotel is pricey but really wonderful. We had a very good, long massage by 2 ladies in the spa at the bottom of the hotel. Ask about Putu and Mahabat. They provide a professional and relaxing massage. Really great! We booked a private taxi for 150 euros to and from the airport in Antalya. The drive is at least 2 hours because the traffic is very busy and there are many traffic lights. We were picked up from the hotel too late for the return journey and were dropped off at the wrong terminal at the airport in Antalya (you need terminal 2), so that was very stressful and we had to run to catch our flight. All in all it was a nice holiday, especially because of the staff at the hotel and the luxury of an all-inclusive holiday!

Have been to Turkey four times, there is something to compare with, immediately say that if you are looking for a hotel really 5 stars, it is not here, there are some unpleasant moments. There's always a problem with the elevators at the hotel, waiting 10 minutes. If you are with a small child, with a stroller or elderly people, then be prepared to spend time waiting for the lift.
Holidaymakers in July were many, the passage through the hotel is great, this suffers quality. The cleaning in the rooms is poor, only the replacement of towels and wet cleaning of the floor, and only in the passageways, in the corners and under furniture layers of dust. The bed was never changed in 10 nights, even though we were with a baby where there were already visible strong spots and needed to be replaced. The shower smelled strongly of urine from the moment of arrival in the room, they themselves cleaned it with hot water, in the future it was not cleaned by the maids either, only we ourselves. And that's cleaning considering what we've been tipping, which without a tip is scary to imagine.
The restaurant is constantly queuing, there were not enough tables, either to wait in line or to come to closure, but you will be driven, turn off the lights and stand over the "soul". With such a problem with the shortage of tables, savvy waiters manage to make money from it, reserve tables with glasses of water. When we sat down at that table with the baby, that savvy waiter ran in and cleaned up the baby's dishes and chased us away.
On the plus side, it's good food in the restaurant, you won't stay hungry, convenient location within the city limits, the beach is well equipped, and also some of the people on the staff were quite friendly and welcoming.

We rested in this hotel from 7 to 13.05. I’ll start in order. We arrived at the hotel at 9:30, there was a Russian-speaking administrator at the reception, he invited us to go for breakfast and then return to him, we left our suitcases and went for breakfast, after breakfast he offered us to upgrade our room category for an additional fee, we politely refused, then he said to come to him in about 20 minutes, and we were checked into our room, much earlier than 14:00. Overall, the hotel is a budget five, we liked everything very much, we didn’t expect anything special, but everything was on the level, the staff was polite and tried their best. The room is good, fully equipped with everything you need, we had a view of the neighboring hotel Kayla and the sea. In the minibar on the day of arrival there is water, a couple of boxes of juice, and a couple of bottles of mineral water. The rooms are cleaned, but we asked for cleaning only once, on other days they simply set the do not disturb mode. Nutrition is a separate topic, of course, there is a lot of food, varied, you will always find something to eat, 24/7, we didn’t have time to try everything, we even gained a couple of kilos in a week 😀, there are always several types of meat, fish is a must for lunch and dinner, a lot vegetables, fruits, poppy seeds included strawberries, nectarines, watermelons, peaches, apples, bananas, delicious oranges and grapefruits every day 🤤. On the beach from 13:00 to 17:00 they seem to make Gözleme, words simply cannot describe how delicious they are 🤤, in the snack bar near the pool you can have a snack every day during the day, fries burgers, vegetables, fruits, etc. We really liked ice cream every day from 14:00 to 16:00, there is delicious popsicle there, and something like fruit ice with filling, we also liked it. The alcohol is local Turkish, I liked the red wine, their local Baileys, and martini. They make delicious cocktails too. I also really liked the ice coffee in the lobby bar 🤤, there is a pastry shop, but we never took anything there, we didn’t have time to get hungry 😀 every day there are some mini events, a show, karaoke, live music. There is somewhere to sit in the evening, in general, this hotel is not about gorgeous animation, if someone needs gorgeous animation, then you should go to another hotel, that’s not what we came for. The big plus of this hotel is that it is located in the city, we left the hotel and just We walked along the embankment, a very beautiful embankment. In May, the sea is not very warm yet, we swam a couple of times and that’s it, but all the other people were constantly swimming, and there were always a lot of people in the pool. There is a stop next to the hotel, we went to Cleopatra beach by bus 101, the ride is about 15 minutes. There is also a cable car that leads to the Alanya fortress, it’s also very beautiful to walk there. In general, we had the most positive impressions, we will definitely return to this hotel if we are in Alanya again, only 7 days are not enough, next time we will take more days ☺️

Were at the hotel 2 times in 2022 and August 2024. In two years the hotel has not gotten worse, in some ways better, in some ways there are shortcomings. We really like the hotel, beautiful and modern, the cuisine and food selection is at the highest level. The staff service is good - the waiters are always kind, neat looking, quick to clean up the dirty dishes. Snack in the afternoon on the 2nd floor by the pool, the lobby has a sweet shop from 12 noon. On the beach bar with snacks and drinks, it opens from 12 o'clock - not very comfortable, in other hotels bar on the beach from 11 o'clock, and if the child has not had breakfast then at 11 o'clock convenient snack on the beach, and here you have to wait 12 hours! Didn't like the towels that are in the room - old, washed and they don't smell very good - need to update the towels! Animation is also weak - animators don't have special clothes that you can tell he's an animator, you have to guess. There are lifeguards on the beach and by the pool - working very well, they have everything under control! Wi-Fi works well throughout the hotel and on the beach, safe is free. Minibar replenished daily (water, mineral, juice) The hotel location is good - there is a place to walk. I advise you all this hotel!

So, we are in Turkey for the 3rd time, this year the choice fell on the scourge of Asia. The hotels are as boring as possible, the continent: 80-85% are Germans and Poles, the staff understands Russian very poorly, a couple of times there were banal, cheap shows for 40 minutes. Like acrobat performances and Mr. and Mrs. Hotel. On the plus side, there is infrastructure, many shops, a public transport stop a 2-minute walk away, Migros, a market with things, Turkish sweets and various trinkets comes 2 times a week. Wi-Fi worked properly, cleaning was ok, nice, big pier, good spa (though a little expensive, I think it’s much cheaper there for locals and Europeans), we met all the Anexa guides - the guides are great) Now the disadvantages: dirty beach, the beach bar only has beer and soda, ayran is only on tap, the minibar was not replenished every day, once I had to leave a note because the room ran out of water, the water was turned off 3 times, I don’t understand, why do they praise the food so much, the choice is not very large, the side dish was rice, rice with noodles and 3 times mashed potatoes, we didn’t find a fish table even once, the food was like in any simple 5*, the cocktails were all the same, once I asked the bartender to make a cocktail with with my ingredients, he got nervous and threw me a menu on the bar counter 🤷♀️ we were relaxing in the 4th, in the evening there were huge queues at the lobby bar, my husband decided to take 2 cocktails for everyone at once so as not to stand there several times, to which the bartender said , maybe you've had enough already? Although he was absolutely sober, the elevators were terribly long, sometimes you had to stand for 10-15 minutes to go to your floor, when the lobby bar closed, everyone went to their rooms, although there was a disco downstairs (once every 3 days) there was usually 5-7 people, also next to the disco bar there was a Roffa bar, the most persistent ones also hung out there, 2-3 people😀 the same music played every day at the pool, and if you were lucky, they played 1-2 Russian songs. In general, I got the impression that the hotel is for Europeans 60+. I don't think it's worth that kind of money. We rested from 5.10-16.10 We booked in May, it cost about 170k for 2 people from Yekaterinburg, but after a month and a half, they lowered the price to 260k.

Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Asia was not as fantastic as we had hoped. Although there were good moments, we must conclude that the hotel just doesn’t live up to its 5-star reputation.
First of all, we saw that half of our company got sick shortly after dinner, which of course dampened the holiday mood. It is never nice to think about what may have caused it, and it created a lot of concerns in the group.
The level of service from the reception was often poor. We often had to rush for essential things like water and toilet paper, which is below the standard for a hotel in this category. Our first room also had problems with the Wi-Fi connection. Although we made the hotel notice of this several times daily, it took all three days before we got a new room. The new room was fortunately better, but the long wait was disappointing.
The cleaning in the rooms did not meet expectations – bed linen was not changed throughout our stay, and it gave the impression that hygiene was not done enough.
One of the positive experiences was the hotel's spa, where we were really well taken care of. In particular, I would like to highlight the massage I received from Putu. She was extremely skilled and managed to create a relaxing atmosphere that made her 5 stars worthy.
Overall we had a lovely holiday, but we do not think that Hotel Asia can call itself a 5-star hotel. Improvements are needed in several areas before we consider coming back.

We were very well received for the medical massage by Putu & Mohabat With a snack and drink. First you start with a sauna then a steam bath before you get a complete scrubbing and then you get fruit and a drink. Then you get the massage! To finish with Turkish coffee!

We rested in this hotel from 30.09 to 14.10. I will briefly describe the pros and cons of the Asia Beach Hotel. Pros: friendly staff, pleasant interior of the hall and rooms, large well-equipped pier, clean sea, once there was a beer party on the beach: they served bottled beer, there were many different treats, the drinks are of quite high quality and tasty, they make a delicious Mojito, good location - There are plenty of shops, cafes around, and places to go for a walk. In 25 minutes we reached the Alanium shopping center. Now the disadvantages: the food is monotonous and very modest, not always tasty, often too spicy, there is a huge queue for some dishes, the bar on the beach closes at 17:00, the kettle and hairdryer did not work in the room - calls to the reception did not bring results, mini bar not replenished every day and only with water, room cleaning is mediocre, the hotel has a narrow entrance to the sea (around the stove), there are always a lot of people there, waiting for the elevator in the hotel is a whole problem, some of the elevators do not work, there is no wi-fi on the beach , several times the Internet disappeared in the room and lobby, the condition of the beach is almost not monitored - a lot of garbage, cigarette butts, trash cans are not cleaned. We came across biting fish, they bite quite noticeably. Half of the sun loungers on the beach are occupied by people with bracelets from other hotels or people without bracelets, people pay money and rent a hotel sun lounger for the whole day. That is, if you come to the beach after 10 am, finding a free sun lounger will be very problematic. The main feature is that you will drive the umbrella into the sand on the beach yourself, you can ask the staff for a hammer or use a cobblestone))) Thanks to Ivan, who was in the hotel lobby from morning to evening, he helped solve many issues and is generally a pleasant person to talk to. The majority of guests are elderly Germans; they receive special treatment and service; the lobby bar has the best seats for them and the constant attention of waiters who constantly bring them drinks. We met people at the hotel who come to it several times, they said that the hotel has become much worse this year. We concluded for ourselves that the hotel is a very average five, closer to four. I doubt there will be a desire to return to it.
