We are currently at the hotel and it has fulfilled all our expectations. Hotel neat and clean (every day the toll is changed and the rooms are clean). Staff friendly. Food and more than great. Two pools with slides great for children. Mark 10
This should be a 2* hotel. I never write a review but I had to in order to warn ppl. I paid allot to get here. The room we paid for we wasn’t given. We got shoved into a disgusting room. My child had to sleep on a sofa 1 in a pram. The shower was broken. The curtains falling apart. Stinks off damp and sewage. The staff do not speak English sign language was also difficult. We kicked off and got moved to the annex part. This was better the room we paid for was meant to be in the annex part garden view. We got a wall to look at each day. The food is the same hardly any choice. Chicken and fish. That’s all u got for all inclusive. Made us sick. We had to eat out. No other extras. The Russians were given priority. Nice rooms taken care off. Breakfast was pre made eggs and chips !!!! Pls pls pls if ur a Brit do not go here it will ruin ur holiday. There are many other hotels with walking distance that maybe much better. Don’t expect anything extra from this place. The staff ignore u it ruined my stay. My kids were really upset. The slide is for adults. The water is deep. The kids pool is tiny only fits 5 kids at a push and freezing cold. The manager is on a scam. We asked why we didn’t get the room we paid for he said he did it so makes it easy for us to stay in main part as we had kids. I read this elsewhere that that’s what he says. They take ur money and stick you in a dump. The only positive was the location. Brits go elsewhere pls. Do not waste ur money on this hotel it’s disgusting …
It was nice that the hotel was in the main street of shops in alanya, everything on walking distance. Facilities were dissappointing, 2 times trouble with our shower, noisy and thin walls, very bad wifi (had to do some work but I couldn’t). Food was ok, nothing special
Lovely clean well maintained hotel, full inclusive, staff very polite and helpful. Excellent variety of food but the dishes did not vary, the alcohol served was local spirits with no option to purchase branded international spirits. Its a minor point but as a beach hotel the beach side actually overlooks a graveyard separating it from the beach. For some guests the view might be disquieting. But we were not disturbed and enjoyed our visit.
I got to that hotel all of a sudden - and completely enjoyed it. Actually loved it. Good cuisine - tasty, different (though I only could see bachlava only once), the service is good and the staff is really helpful. the bech is just a few minutes away and the location of the hotel is perfect! near the beach and the city center, magnificent! We usually used to took a funicular ride to the fortress - exciting experience! the bad thing about the hotel - the Wi-Fi, 97% of time it avtually connects to it but gives you nothing, like NOTHING
Went there after a hospital visit with my son. We arrived late at night and we got a confirmation from the travel agency that they booked a room there. When we got there they didn't have the booking. I did show a booking reference (printscreen) but they didn't approved it. We had to sit outside the hotel for over 1.5 hour. My son was really tired. The only thing they did in the reception was laughing at me like I was a criminal. They solved it after that but I didnt get an excuse from them. The hotel over all is good. But be careful, the reception are nonsense...
I was there with grandees, husband, brother and daughter of 1 year. Staff in this hotel is very friendly and helpful. It was clean there. Nice playground and water water slide. We were provided the child bed by request. Very nice beach. 10 minutes walk to funicular and starbucks. I was surprised by the lack of good coffee in Alanya and almost no other place to get coffee take-away. 10 minutes to supermarket Migros. 20 minutes to the 82 Salı Pazarı shop with the extremely low prices for everything. 25 minutes to the Kızıl Kule a historical tower of Alanya and a place where all the parties are located. Beds are a little bit small especially for my 2m high husband. If you prefer to sleep with the open balcony door then be ready to hear the road and the music of the restaurants close to the hotel. It’s a little bit noisy. Almost no animation. Fitness center had only one advantage - I was the only one who used it :) Do not forget about tips! Guys really deserve it!…
Lets start positive Nice reception guy in night Clean rooms Nice balcony Enough salade Pools for children at the back of hotel, so more quieter at the front Nice playarea Food not bad, very good pizza in afternoon Ice in afternoon Nice cafe, guy is nice, speaks english and its clean Real cola, fanta etc in the cafe Free Wifi, but had to change a lot because of different area Free bottles off water in the room Negative No English spoken by staff, they use sign language Reception busy with there own phones, not hospitable ,went back 6 times with not working keycard. No goodmorning ,or good evening by staff except room cleaners Filthy water machine, not exeptible, dont mess with drinking water! Filthy hot water machines tast old water and with wite floating stuff in it When i asked for cleaning they didn't No fish at the buffet, only meat No boiling machine in the room New towels every three days officely, 4 stars??? Not cleaning poolarea, everone is eating there became very filthy after a week Manager knows the drills but he should realy school his staff, poor management Staff Too busy with setting tables, quest can get there own forks and knives , they should clean the floors everyday in stead . Plastic swetti bracelet to wear so u belong to the hotel Nagging with sign language if u dont wear it, rude asking in signs by a guy from haman, no manners, yes its you Mustafa Never go again, i go back to my lovely good 3 stars hotel. Unfortunately it was not open yet. Next time i will waite I cant help it that tourist are not coming to Turkey but i still wants to have good service, cause i came!…
Good hotel. Good location. Not very close to Airport but it's not a problem at all. Usual shops everywhere. Lots of bars and restaurants around. Night Clubs as club havana and others are walking distance away. But could be 20 min walk. Hotel was very good. Wasn't disapointed. Food was really great. Deserts was amazing. They even left the food after dinner so when we were back in hotel after night out at 4 o'cklock morning we could get some food. Bad things. When I booked hotel it said private beach but we had to pay 2 euro for beach bed and another 2 for umbrella. We had all inclusive. But when we were drinking tequila shots one of the staff memeber who works in bar tried to explain that we can't drink shots. Didn't understand why. I would recomend this hotel for couples and older people. Too quiet if you looking for parties…
Good location, service and evening program. Room was quit small( for three person). Room was clean. All the day time you get something to eat. There were many food choice, especially vegetarian options. Also, meat, chicken and turkey every meal.
