Kleopatra Atlas Hotel's location is a hit among travelers for its beach proximity, but the atmosphere leaves guests seeking entertainment elsewhere. The hotel's cleanliness receives accolades, yet one incident of neglected broken glass raises concerns. While some guests commend the hardworking staff, experiences with unhelpful reception personnel have been noted. The amenities are basic and satisfactory, though the hotel's "all inclusive" offering is criticized for hidden costs. Rooms are clean but criticized for being cramped and noisy.

We stayed here from june 29th and stayed till July 7th.our experience here was really good saadet the receptionist was so lovely she helped us upgrade to a sea view room which we highly recommend and made our stay even more lovely. Our cleaner was so lovely too she always cleaned our room nicely and was always smiling we loved how she made our bed with towels in swan shape and added touch of real flowers.

Our waiters were lovely too we really liked the two men waiters who were always polite. The lovely woman security guard in the mornings unfortunately can't remember name she was so lovely and polite too.overall out stay at the kleopatra atlas hotel was a pleasure.

The food was good too.we also liked how the hotel was located in a good area near local amenities like shops and close to the teleferik and damlatas which is a must if you guys ever stay here do check out these.

I don’t often review but having panicked the night before we flew out having read other reviews I felt I must. Arrived with my teenage daughter late at night to be offered food and drink. Room was spotless and very well maintained. Fantastic ac which in 40 degrees temperatures is welcomed. I’m a very fussy eater but couldn’t fault any of the food, delicious and very appealing. Evening meal time can be very busy, best to avoid arriving at 730pm but cleared promptly. Whilst it’s a very small bar there’s never more than a few moments wait. Had no trouble with noise, really enjoy the fact there is no entertainment as we wanted somewhere relaxing. Plenty of sunbeds at the pool- not reserved by towels which is rare. Fantastic location and enjoyed going to the beach where for a few pounds you get sunbeds and a parasol with an attendant who couldn’t be more helpful or nicer. Very few English people which I didn’t find to be of any problem, staff are welcoming and attentive. It’s the first all inclusive I’ve been to where they don’t hire pool towels but no biggie- just to warn others, room could have done with more storage ie drawers but again it’s a small thing. Overall a very relaxing holiday with all our needs met. If you want a quiet break this is the perfect place!

If you don’t like animation and want to spend your vacation without screaming children in the hotel, then this is definitely the place for you. A 16+ urban hotel, without animation, but also without its own territory - choose what is more important to you. The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every other day. Beach towels are provided on deposit.
Cleopatra Beach number 1 can be reached in 3-5 minutes. Near the beach there is a funicular (which will take you up the mountain on which the Ichkale fortress is located) and the Damlatash cave. Cleopatra has incredible sand and a very clean sea 😍 The hotel has its own beach (number 17), to which shuttles bring and take away. But since sunbeds and umbrellas there are also paid (on the 1st beach, a sunbed is 50 liras, an umbrella is 100 liras, on 17 the prices are about the same), we never got there. But it seems like there is a free bar for hotel guests.
The hotel has a small swimming pool and there were always free sun loungers. The Internet was good in the room, although many people write that it doesn’t reach the room. The food is not particularly varied, but always tasty, lots of desserts + seasonal fruits. As for alcohol, the wine is disgusting, I liked the beer, I haven’t tried anything else. The coffee is so-so.
There were some minor defects in the room, but these were not critical and did not mar the rest in any way.
And yes, the location of the hotel is just super, you can check it on the maps))

P.s.: I wish everyone a good holiday and don’t pay attention to the little things.

We arrived at 2320 on the 19/5/22 after a long coach journey from the airport we was pleased to see that was midnight soup with bread on offer, with a glass of Efes perfect!

We was shown to the room by the receptionist, room 207 on second floor. Nice enough but a view of the building next door and very dark.

In the morning after a nice breakfast we asked at reception to be moved to a better room and was asked to come back at 12, on doing that we got the perfect room on top floor 607 with a view of the sea and cable car.

We stayed a week didn't have any problems at all. We treated ourselves to the spa and Hamman, we'd already decided to have the Bali Spa but Natalia the customer service rep was on hand for any questions she was great very helpful answering any questions or concerns and was such a bargain price.
The girls in the spa was absolutely fantastic very professional, shame I can't remember their names.
Burham our waiter went out of his way to help but so did all the staff.
Loved our visit shame it was shadowed by our return flight being cancelled 30 minutes before being picked up.
It is said you get what you pay for but I can't fault this hotel at all. To the manager keep doing what you're doing just don't forget the ice cream, we will be back 😁

We have just spent a week in this supposed 4* hotel.
Upon arrival we were very disappointed with the size of the room. It did not reflect the photos on the web.
There is a small wardrobe with only 6 hangers.
We asked for an upgrade, the hotel said they only have one size room, all rooms are the same size. Towards the end of the week I noticed rates for 3 different size rooms!
There was a kettle in the room, but no tea coffee or cups. When we asked, they sent up cups and tea but told us we had to buy our own coffee and milk.
For future cups of tea through the day from the restaurant area there was no milk available.
The mini bar was empty, when we asked about the contents we were told we could only have water.
The food at EVERY meal was barely Luke warm, even when a fresh serving came out from the kitchen.
Fresh orange us available but chargeable.
The beds were very hard and the pillows over used. The beds weren’t made, the blankets were just folded on top. Twice the room wasn’t cleaned.
Twice we were given stained towels as fresh ones and had to swap them.
On arrival the pillow case on one bed was dirty
There were no top sheets only a light weight blanket. There was another blanket but they smelt.
After a very cold night we asked for an additional blanket but we were refused by the hotel manager.
We discovered that once the key card is removed from its holder there is no electricity, and after a couple of days discovered the button thing for a light outside the room to request clean or leave. These things should have been explained at check in.

I stayed in this hotel in December during the holidays (which I do not celebrate) for a week. How surprised I was when it turned out that the hotel would host a lavish dinner, fireworks and Zenek Martyniuk played for drunk compatriots. I ignore the fact that the only entertainment for hotel guests is drinking until they stop, loud feasts and then murder in the lobby to which the staff does not react 🤷🏻‍♀️ I came to this hotel for the third time because there was always peace and quiet and I simply wanted to rest. Get some sleep. Read . It wasn't possible. My room was changed only after TUI intervened (I recommend solving all problems with them via chat during the trip, they respond quickly). The food was stale and had been processed several times. I don't eat meat and in a country where there is an abundance of fresh vegetables and fruits all year round, I was counting on a larger repertoire. But oh well. I'm dissappointed. For comparison, I was in May in the hotel from which they provide catering (Blue Star) and the food was much more diverse. Hummus and guacamole every day for every meal, more cheese, salad dressings served for three meals and not just for dinner like here. Every day there were fries, onion rings, pide, toast, etc. There were melons, watermelon, pineapple, etc. and in Kleopatra Atlas only apples and oranges. It's good that local eateries are close. The coffee and drinks from the machine were so disgusting that it is impossible to describe.
The rooms are not well-kept. The windows in the shower are jammed, rusty elements, etc. The cleaners do their best and really try to make it clean, they give you extra blankets and pillows without any problem, so there is no point in going to the lobby with such things because the receptionists don't care about everything.
The only advantage of this hotel is the location.
I do not recommend this hotel, I will not go there again.
And remember - if they say they can't change rooms several times, they are lying.

Save your money! This is not an all inclusive hotel, the BAR should be renamed BARE… local vodka, gin, red and white wine are available. Ice only when the machines working, tonic water: a guest had to buy their own as they had ran out. Want an Orange juice? €2, Turkish tea? €3, 2 unnamed cocktails ( if they have the ingredients) €7!
This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. The beds are either rock hard or lumpy, the pillows are awful. The bedding had holes in it. There is no mini bar, the fridge is as warm as outside!
The food is catered for their German, Russian, Polish and Dutch guests.
The rooms are in need of sound proofing, you can hear everything! Stallelite TV, International channels … any British guests is BBC world news only.
Their “Gym” is a dark damp room in the basement which consists of a treadmill. You are sold everything from when you check in, their “Spa” always a daily offer which is exactly the same price as the day before!
If you have planned for a relaxing holiday where you can hang out at the pool all day and drink from your all inclusive bar, with a full variety of food available… then this is not for you. You are ignored unless you have a Euro to spend.
Their beach has a bar - and a €2 charge for a sun lounger.
The check out time from your room is 12pm… your aircon and TV will stop working from 10.
The only good thing about this place is the location. The pool is an oversized baby pool with as many sun loungers cramped together as
My friend and I booked through Love holidays; this hotel is not reflective of the description in their summary. Absolutely miss selling this place. Other people we spoke to and were staying in All inclusive had a totally different experience with their hotels compared to Kleopatra Atlas!
I need another holiday to get over this one.

We are still in hotel but leaving tomorrow early for Capadoccia. We stayed for 7 nights in 2 bed room. Room is fine, larger than usual TV with a lot of quality channels, HD. Room is not very large but enough. It has a nice balcony overlooking a swimming pool. Bathroom is large with big shower.
Hotel is only about 300 metres from beautiful beach that spreads whole width of Alanya. Every day we went to the beach and that part for marvellous!
Best part of hotel is food. Rich breakfast and in the evening big dinner with barbecue items and selection of cooked meals, salads, cold meals, fruits, quite good pastries, drinks on the bar. Everything was tasty and if you are booking Kleopatra take food included option. It is very well worth it. At cost of about €46/day this hotel represents a good value.
And something else. It is adults only place so at no time you will have a screaming kids.
If we come back to Alanya we will use Kleopatra again.

Arrived at Hotel with simple request of lower floor and double bed. Received top floor and single beds balcony view of the main street opposite a building incomplete. Complained and was told nothing could be done until next day.
Next day I spoke to rep who managed another room lower but still single beds. The single girl we travelled with received a double room. The Ukraine Hockey team staying there the day after our arrival had balconies overlooking the pool. Our new balcony overlooked a wall. The food was mostly cold as they never covered it and there were cats around the restaraunt and foyer. The pool was empty and being re tiled, there was no entertainment or back ground music. The pictures show a lovely sunny scene but about 80% of the area was in the shade. Adults only but do not make a noise as they tell you to quiet down but the others they say nothing. The bar and restarsunt staff were nice but the reception need to learn people skills.
Simple requests seemed difficult for the reception staff.

Overall a poor 4 hopefully when the pool is being done they will tell people so they are not so dissapointed. As for the cats some people are allergic so it could be dangerous.

We used on the beach who should be aware and tell customers and not be so quick to tale their money!

Fantastic holiday with friends!
Excellent cuisine with Turkish and European dishes. Very polite and helpful staff. Natasha, a representative of the hotel, told about all the important and interesting sights, gave advice on choosing a yacht. And what a fantastic spa and hammam. My masseur Ima did an amazing massage course. Thank you for everything!

There is a shuttle bus to the beach. There are no children on the beach - no one squeals!
It was fantastic relaxation :)
