This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Not at all! The food was poor and served lukewarm or cold. Only the soup was warm. Drink were not cold, just a beer was cold. There was not the botteled water for guests. Just two small bottles in the "minibar". The outside temperatute was 35 degrees or more. The stuff in the diner was extremely slow and bored. No smile. Just an old lady by dessert section was great and nice. Paper cups for coffee is a horor story. We had a big catastrofic exprerience with rent a car. We rent a car in a hotel recepcion. They told us, that the cars are hotel cars. No external rent. We choose Renault Megane or Fiat Tipo (new models), they gave us an old Hundyai from 1999. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Please, dont go to this hotel.
Pros good destination nearby beach and ataturk boulevard. Some people friendly. Good food but selection was not so wide. Cons No drinks allowed in the room. They didn't let our family from different hotel inside. And most importantly room doors has not been soundproofed and we could hear noises from the corridor. We had at least 2 sleepless nights due to that fact. Beds were kinda old were creaking... Summarizing I would not come here again...
I went for a week to this hotel, I arrived very early in the morning, I was shattered to say the least, I was shown to my room, ok it was small but clean, two single beds, I got up for breakfast now the fun starts, there was plenty of food, but no good believe me, there were signs over each dish but not in English, the pool was small, the food was repetitive, you knew what you were going to get, had to que for drinks, ok its a good location, beach down the road, and also the cable car ride, oh the ride and view was great, but you had to walk up the rest of the way and be warned there was nothing up there, a few over priced bars and a few little stalls, that is it so not worth the bother, back to the hotel, staff friendly enough they did try speaking to you but only broken english, the beer and spirits were not watered down, like most all inc are that was the only plus about the place, so English stay away from here, no entertainment either.…
Very friendly staff A nice hotel with excellent food Special thanks to receptionist Zehra, who loves her job and a waiter Bulent Hotel is situated very close to sea All modern conveniences 20 minutes walk to Alanya Harbor 5 minutes walk to center Thanks for all my friends Vladimir, St Petersburg
It's a nice hotel right in the downtown. It's 5 min from a municipal beach (which is very clean, nice and beautiful, near a picturesque mountain). Also there is a teleferik (cable way) going up to this mountain with the medieval fortress on the top. It's great to go there in the evening and enjoy the sunset and nice walk. It's also possible to go up by feet. Very close to the hotel there's also an archeological museum (it's not boring at all, there are great pieces from Antic and Seljuk art) and a port with Red Tower. There's also a nice long park along the coastline with sports playgrounds, fountains etc. That's to say, the location of this hotel is just great. Re the food in the hotel's restaurant, it was delicious and versatile. It was a bit different every day. Lot's of fruits and vegetables. Regardless of your eating habits. you will find things to your taste. Our rooms was clean and comfy, it was also cleaned regularly. The personnel was friendly and helpful. Our special hanks go to Natalia who met us cordially on the morning of our arrival (after almost sleepless night in transit) and let us feel at home in this hotel. Natalia also gave useful advise where to go, what to see, where to buy what. She is just the best manager and a real polyglot. The sea was clean and very warm. We could swim for hours. There's also a separate hotel beach - it's 20 min walk or you can use transfer offered by hotel. Actually, municipal beach was very good so we ended up swimming there. Next time we are in Alanya, we'll choose this hotel for sure. p.s. They follow all the quarantine requirements so we felt safe there.…
