Let’s be sensible here, this hotel is designed as somewhere to sleep rather than somewhere to party. I’ve seen many negative reviews about it being too quiet etc but the Adults only is about exactly that. If you want Ibiza vibes, go somewhere else. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food was perfectly good and different options each night. The all inclusive drinks are limited by options, but again sufficient. Where this hotel really comes into its own is its amazing location. 2 mins from a beautiful beach and 3/4 mins walk from the main town. On arrival, we were given a time to meet the rep the following day to book excursions. Whilst we know he’s on commission, the prices we got were better than I could find elsewhere or online and the Alanya city tour was a really great day out. The spa and gym, whilst basic, were excellent too. Don’t pay attention to a lot of the negative reviews, clearly people are looking for a Hilton but only willing to pay campsite prices.

Cons: very poor food quality, often cold as it is prepared ahead. Pros: kind and smiling service I would not recommend this hotel at all. Turkey was always a place for us with variety of good quality of food, fresh and tasty but during our stay, not first in Turkey, we were starving as food was awful sometimes, to much low quality oil. After staying in this hotel I will rather not come back to Turkey soon after such a low quality. Hotel was not so cheap, standard price from TUI. Definitely it's not 4 stars hotel, upmost 3 but not on European but Turkish standard. Verify comments before booking your stay, to not land on your vacation in such a low quality hotel

To start with, I will never return to this hotel again. It’s over priced, definitely overrated, and boring. The room we stayed at was good size, but didn’t had any essentials like a over the bed lights or a nice chair to sit in. The worst things are towels! They are gray and so worn out that you can see through them! The pillows are old and uncomfortable, the cleaners don’t do good job, the shower in or room was dirty, the room it self very dusty. Rooms are not cleaned daily, not even every other day, if you ask a cleaner to clean your room, they say “Tomorrow?” And as the song says “tomorrow never comes!” Food is ok, but no variation of choices. Inside the restaurant they are a lot of flys around. You can see them sitting on the food. Drinks mostly served in the paper cups, even for dinner time. You can see a lot of stuff walking around and looking very bored, no proper management in the place. Overall the place doesn’t deserve even the 3* but for same reasons advertised and sold as 4* On the plus side stuff are friendly, hotel is close to town and night life, close to public beaches that’s pretty much all.

Staff very helpful, it is a budget hotel you get what you pay for the was good and always a choice, rooms are basic you will need a beach towel easily obtained from many souvenir shops, there is a kettle in the room but no coffee or cups we didn't bother to ask it was easier to get from the coffee machine. Keep your expectations real and you will have a great time.

We were on vacation for a week with my girlfriend. I'll start with the pluses, because there are definitely fewer of them, honestly, there was only one plus: service, wonderful, smiling people. The hotel was not very consistent with the TUI announcement and in our opinion it deserves at most 3 stars, but definitely not 4. The room we got was a mistake, if two adults were supposed to live in it for a week, it was so cramped that it was impossible to stay there. two people had to move around it, the condition of the room was appalling, old, damaged furniture, holes in the wallpaper on the wall, cracked rotten door frames, cobwebs on the chandelier, the mattress in our bed was probably 50 years old because it was so worn that the springs were sinking into our on my back, so that I could sleep normally, I had to place blankets underneath so that I could lie at least as straight as possible. When you go further, the pool is in a terrible condition, tiles are missing in many places and there is only rough concrete sticking out with pieces of tiles floating in the water, you have to be careful not to cut your feet on the bottom. The smell at the bar is very chemical, combined with various alcoholic aromas. Instead of a duvet, there was one thin bedspread in the room. Additionally, we asked for an extra bedspread for our room two days in a row. The receptionist told us that it would be delivered to our room, but unfortunately we didn't get it until the end of the trip. The gym still remembers the life of Arnold Shwartzeneger, terribly old, dilapidated, difficult to do a normal workout, no air conditioning, only an old fan. There is only one elevator in the hotel for several dozen rooms, so the waiting time is about 7 minutes during peak hours. The food was OK for the first two days, but later it was defrosted, dry meat, pasta, rice, cakes filled with a very chemical smell, food covered in fat that made my stomach hurt. Breakfast is typically fried eggs, bread, ham - mortadella, cereals (old, hard, stale), toast, nasty cheese, fake Nutella and fruit sauces, because you can't call it jam. It was difficult to create a good meal using the products for dinner - plain pasta or rice, dry, defrosted meat. Vegetables and fruit are a plus. Dinners - often leftovers from dinner. During the day there were also snacks, i.e. old biscuits or wafers, and a late lunch, i.e. leftovers from dinner. Drinks at the hotel are charged. Carbonated drinks - okay. Mold and fungus in the shower. Dust in the air conditioning. Liquid water from the air conditioning.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were warm and welcoming. Hassan and Natalia were very helpful. I used the spa service in the hotel, it was one of the best spa services I’ve used. I left so relaxed after my massage. I would recommend this hotel as attractions are close by and close to the beach.
