We arrived late after our plane had a two hour delay. After we checked in we were told the hotel ordered us some food as they thought we would be hungry after a whole day of travelling… it got even better from then on! We had a room with an amazing view, breakfast, lunch and dinner with a view! The beach is maybe a 5 minute walk away from the hotel, no need for the shuttle unless you struggle with walking up or down a steep hill. Only tip, not all taxis or shuttles come up the steep driveway, you’re better off waiting by the bus stop at the bottom of the drive, we nearly missed a boat tour because we weren’t picked up…. We will definitely come again next time we visit Alanya, we loved everything about this Hotel - Thank you for an amazing summer break!

Worst hotel I have ever been in. Almost everythimg forbidden. Felt more like in childern summer camp than on the vacation. Food was not so bad, bud also not good, only one sort of meat always. Very arogant personal. Didnt even care abou guests. Never again

We love traveling. Before Turkey, we vacationed in Spain, Italy, Greece, Portugal, Croatia... I claim that Turkey offers the most !!! Hotel Sanny hill is truly a champion in offering excellent quality and reasonable prices. For this reason, we spent the last three summers in this hotel, and this year we plan to be there for four weeks. What is special about that hotel? Simply everything !!! - The view is exceptional, - service at a very high level; - the location of the hotel is exceptional - varied and fresh food - hygiene at a high level; I know this sounds too nice, but I really stand behind my every word! A big thank you to the staff for always an unforgettable vacation. As long as you are like that, me and my wife will be your regular guests ❤️

Amazing view, nice staff. The food was delicious, just lacking fish dishes. Minus - poor sound insulation. The hotel is suitable for couples (no children). Near the center, to the sea - 5 minutes walk. We will definitely come next year.

Perfect peaceful all inclusive hotel very close to cleopatra beach and city center. Only minus is steep hill to go to the beach/city. But it is not a huge problem due to arranged transfers every hours from 9-19(except 13 and 14). Food is excellent and staff nice. The best part of the hotel is wellness Spa and massagers Cem and his wife Alya. They have nice packages which includes Hamam (foam & peeling) and full body massages. They even have hot stone massage. I also tried pedicure and foot reflexology. Compare to Finnish prices, these are low price. You don’t need to go further for treatments. I had excellent view from my hotel balcony to see and the city. Swimming pools were quite cold but it was refreshing between sunbathing.

Me and my sister (she’s almost 16 and I’m almost 20) went to this beautiful hotel. It had the most amazing view and rooms, I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the staff. As always there is a few bumps in the road worth knowing and for this hotel this is the fact that English isn’t their strong suit, but they do speak very well German, it is not wheelchair friendly and the last bump is the fact that barely nothing happens in the evenings. In the week we were there it was a total of two shows, one Turkish night and some live performance. But the hotel it self is very nice, the staff super friendly and very nice over all. The food was nice, I personally eat like a kid so the food depends on your own personal taste. I think this hotel is worth visiting.

We were one week in Sunny Hill hotel in the end of July. The hotel is peaceful and quiet, no children and the quests, mostly from Germany were appreciated and much liked. Seems to me, that the hotel gets returning visitors often. When we arrived the hotel was completely full and we got a room #712 with poor view, with windless- and sunless- balcony. There are few rooms that don’t have the sea- or city view that you can see on brochures. I’m not sure if these rooms are sold on discount or what. Travellers should take this into consideration. I must say the hotel did something exceptional and offered to change the room to room #524 two days after our arrival and we got a room with perfect view to the Cleopatra Beach and Alanya. We did not even had to ask for another room! They also apologize that the hotel was full when we arrived, and that we had to be put in a room with poor view from the balcony. Some other things to note are that there are only two electric sockets in your room. One in the toilet and one on room itself. Your keycard is needed for electricity, so when you are charging your devices, or want your aircondition to be on, you must remain in your room since you only get one keycard. I suggest you bring your own extension cord with multiple sockets with you. There are many steps all around the hotel area and the hotel itself is high on the hill. The hotel is not suitable for elderly people, or people with disabilities. The wifi on the hotel can be used after you have login with your passport- and room number. Only one device at a time can be logged on at a time with one passport. The food at the hotel is mostly vegetables but they do serve at least one meat- and one chicken dish on every meal. The staff seemed to be very stern, no smiles – only the cleaning lady and charming young man at the reception knew how to smile. That being said, the returning German tourists got the top treatment – all smiles. On scale 1 to 10, I would give Sunny Hill 6. I could return some day, but this hotel is not on my top list, so it is unlikely.
