Kleopatra Beach Hotel's prime location near the beach is often praised by many travelers, offering splendid views and easy access to local attractions. However, guests have called out the rooms for being outdated and poorly maintained, with cleanliness being a particular concern, including unclean bed linen and amenities that often malfunction. While the service experiences are a mixed bag, with some staff members being commended for their helpfulness, others are criticized for their rudeness. Reviewers warn about the additional charges for essentials like Wi-Fi and sunbeds, and the hotel's value is questioned due to the lackluster food quality and underwhelming facilities.

So can't fault the room on arrival staying 2 weeks and reading the conditions sheets and towels changed every 3 days this did not happen at all the cleaners came in a couple of times then on last day they entered the room 1 hour before check out this puts unnecessary pressure to depart quicker restaurant breakfast is difficult and always running out of plastic glasses lunch and dinner you can usually make a meal but same day in and day out on food choice gets a bit boring also they openly admit food recycling day to day also no kabels of what food is available. Bar no international drinks available also inquired about mini bar for room was told not available yet they state in the hotel facilities at extra charge wifi is free in lobby although very unreliable some staff are fantastic and helpful others are very grumpy and make you feel unhappy. Some stories of cleaners screaming at guest for a few granules of sand in rooms from pushchair this is a beach hotel! They also demand paying extra directly some how is this not there job? Over all I disagree with the star rating I would put at 2☆☆+ not 4 star all in all great locations for kleopatra beach a fair walk to main town but good to keep active

On arrival the receptionist didn’t speak any English at all so couldn’t understand anything. We eventually got to our room which was dated and had 1 plug socket. We did complain but the receptionist told us to come back in morning. After we did come back in the morning the manager moved us straight away and dealt with the situation promptly. The day time manager was great and I do feel sorry for him as he will have to deal with many problems.

The food wasn’t great at all, I ate mostly salad and pasta. The food is catered for more Germans and Turkish not British at all. The executive chef walks around the dinner hall looks proud as punch but I don’t know why as the food is not good. Definitely new chef needed.

There isn’t any entertainment, one night there was a singer in the dinner hall randomly. I’m not sure if this is because it’s out of season there isn’t any. The alcohol in the inclusive is cheap and they do not offer premium spirits for a price. The bar staff seem over worked and can’t even pour a pint with a top on it.

The massages are good and would recommend.

The room was cleaned everyday however our sheets weren’t changed the whole 10 days we were there, we ended up changing them ourselves we got some
from the cleaning cupboard.

The location is great, on the sea front and there is a little sports bar outside which does good food and premium drinks- can be expensive. You can do a lot of activities at the beach- paragliding, jet skis etc.

Overall it is somewhere to sleep, we did eat out a few times but if you like salad and pasta you’ll be okay. The manager during the day is a credit to the hotel and the catering staff in dining hall are very quick and efficient. The hotel needs a complete revamp and definitely a new chef! I would return to the area but unfortunately not this hotel.

We stayed one week in this hotel in July. The rooms are old and not hygienic at all, there is No free wifi in the rooms! It pays. Only next to reception is free wifi. So no internet, if you don't pay for it. Even if you have all inclusive, it pays. There was ants in room, also in bed. In the hallways there is garbage left every day and dirty dishes. The food is not what you expect and the all inclusive what we got, is the minimum what you could expect.

The hotel was 2-3 star hotel, Not a 4 star hotel. Even our guide said it to us in there. We spent way too much money on the hotel prize after we saw what a mess it is. Still, the hotel workers are very nice and friendly! And the location is the only good thing in that hotel.

If you get it cheap and you can stay in 2-3 Star hotel and want to be next to beach, why not. But I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, it Needs renovate immediately and better hygiene methods.
The room cleaners have no idea what is hygienic. The new bed sheets had dirt stains and they change bed sheets every 3 days only. Towels every 2 days.

Cleaners don't talk english. They didn't clean shower floor any day (there was sand). At least normal European people don't settle for this kind of rooms at all, I'm sorry to say. :/ The 4 star is Not real. Also our Guide told us that. Other 4 star hotels in there were so beautiful and clean. For example Ramira hotel was good and Aladdin hotel, those and many others are Real 4 star hotels.
Many customers complained about the rooms in the reception when we were there, I heard them many times. They were angry and very disappointed to the hotel quality and the rooms. :/

⭐⭐ Hotel , but nice workers in the hotel :) and good location.

This hotel was so dirty I couldn’t even sleep. I came here summer 2019 with my boyfriend and although we requested one large bed we got 2 separate beds in a room that looked like a 1 star motel. Floor wasn’t swiped at all, we found half empty bottle of shampoo and the maids were really rude even though they can’t speak a single world in english. Their attitude was all time low.
I stayed at a 3 star hotel in Bulgaria muuuuch nicer than this “hotel”.
Even though we got all inclusive the food couldn’t be eaten at all. We ate only breakfast there and then eat at restaurants near by.
Worst experience of my life, I don’t recommend this hotel.

We paid for a room with a direct view of the sea, when we arrived our room was occupied, we got a room without a window, let alone a balcony, with a room size that barely fit only one bed, and we needed three, and the lock did not work in that room a temporary room. Later, somewhere in the middle of the night, we were transferred to our room with a side view of the sea. No apologies, nothing. The hotel staff is very unfriendly, on the last day they tried to give us a lunch package and they didn't give it to us either, my 6-year-old child was very hungry when we arrived at the Antalya airport. we booked all inclusive, shame. They didn't even give us a discount for beach chairs at the hotel reception, and it says that a voucher can be taken at the reception. Everyone is asking for a tip and they have no basis for it. The only thing was that the food was good at the hotel.

Please please read reviews and stay away!!!!! I give it 1 * deffo not a 4

I am not a snob but omg this was the worst hotel I have ever been too

Staff rude as hell (along with one flirting with my 14 year old daughter knowing how old she was and just to add he told us he was 30. Calling her his girlfriend the whole holiday asking for her Instagram

Food was disgusting noo vile some days gone hungry. No kids menu at all. Had chips one day out of 7, nuggets 2 days out of 7 and one of them days they weren't cooked.

No food was labelled didn't have a clue what you was eating.

No icecream in 7 days not even in the food part. What was left from lunch was back out for tea.

Snacks haha what snacks there was a lady sat on the floor making cheese bread things the whole 7 days. Supper no supper after tea that was it. Not a single burger in sight for 7 days.

Entertainment well what Is that

U sat around the pool bar and that was it some nights there was no seats so had to sit on a sun bed to drink ya drink. The entertainment was a speaker that worked sometimes. At 11 all lights where off sat in dark while a lady come and cleaned the floor with a hose soaking you as she did it. 1 night out of 7 as you was in for evening meal they had a fashion show and a belly dancer (while eating your meal)

Then on to the Rooms..... bedding not changed so striped bedding off and put on the floor, maids picked it up and put back on the bed 7 days with no clean bedding. Devastated. Rooms was not cleaned they gone in every day but not cleaned.

After paying 2700 to come and with it being all inclusive did expect to have to eat out every day. And have to lend money just to get by. Never have I been to and all inclusive and come home and lost weight.

Asked for a complaint form didn't get it and was blanked the rest of the holiday.

Drinks was vile there was vodka (if u can call it that) whisky and some kind of gin and beer that was it. And soft drinks.

Water slide for some reason turned off halfway through the day and took ages to put back on

Last one my son is 9 and in a wheelchair the ramp to get up and down the hotel was silly I just got him up so for an adult good luck.

Well i alway review a hotel according to its stars. This is dam close to a 5 star hotel. I divide this up in to catogerys.

Room excellent, paid a small amount for upgrade and got a lovely room. Beds thick and comfy just short of very expensive 5 star hotels. Cleaning lady "sneaked" into the room when you were out and fixed everything.

Reception well they were great but im used to them being great.

Bar. The girl Serpik really warmed my hearth. The guy sometime used hands for ice a big no no for me. You get local liqur and thats good enouogh. Want the "real" stuff you can order it but extra pay.

Food: Typical turkish. But they were able to change it around enough to make me happy.

Conclusion i had a very nice stay, well worth it . If youre single and yung looking for adventure or old grump like me doesnt matter.

So we are a young adult couple and came here as our first holiday together and what a mistake! Right off the bat when we arrived there was no aircon in reception so it was the same temperature as outside which was utter hell after a 2 hour transfer and it was dark and gloomy and had a very off putting vibe , the man on reception had a "can't be bothered" attitude about him and didn't tell us anything about the hotel, we then got our luggage taken up to our room which was in the older part of the hotel which had been completely abandoned, the place had the most god awful smell and the lift was like it was from the 1800's, our luggage was taken by a man who had dirty clothes on with sweat and food stains/marks. When we arrived in our room we were nothing short of devastated/disappointed, there were stains on the bed sheets, rips in the lamp shades, chips and chunks missing out of parts of the furniture. As the night went on it got worse, we could hear every conversation the room below us had through the shower drain, the balcony door and window were as thin as paper so we could hear everything going on outside and when we woke up the next day there was a massive puddle of water taking up half of our balcony which came from the ac unit outside on the wall. During the week there was often food, cups, cigarette packets and plates left around the pool for days on end and not once did I see the pool being cleaned, the people who work in the spa there are nothing but pests who pressure you to have a treatment even when you have told them no multiple times, when they aren't doing treatments(which is very common) they are sat around a table smoking and on there phones all day, the food selection wasn't great as we lived off mash, spaghetti, potatoes and rice most of the week.
We booked all inclusive and on our first morning when my partner went to the bar to ask for a glass of coke we were told fizzy drinks only come with lunch and dinner which isn't very all inclusive like.
We noticed money missing out of my partners bag after the cleaner had been on our last day of the holiday and yes I know we should have got a safe but you have to pay for them and the price of everything here has come up ALOT. We payed for wifi in the room for 2 days and it was shocking.
The only good part of the holiday was the view and how close it was to the beach, the staff on the beach are great however you do have to pay daily or weekly for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella, this was supposed to be a 4 star hotel and I would not even rate it a 2! Very disappointed

Absolute worst hotel i have ever experienced, we arrived on Tuesday night and had checked out by Wednesday afternoon. Rooms are nothing like what is advertised, tiny, stuffy, air con unit sounded as if it was about to fly off the wall when it was turned on.

The room we were given was not what we booked and paid for along, with the balcony. A very strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, shower drain was halfway off the floor. Balcony door did not lock properly and was also at ground level so felt so unsafe. Spoke to reception to be told there were no more rooms, also spoke with the rep the next day whose solution to it all was to offer us a free excursion and to "be happy"

Restaurant had very poor food choice. The list of all inclusive items was minute compared to the list of items you had to pay for.

Not a nice atmosphere as you walk into reception, dull, dingy.

Bates Motel doesn't have a look in.

Me and a friend stayed here for a week, overall pleased with the stay, the food is okay and a lot to choose from, all though, at times a bit repetitive. The bar could use a bit more options when it comes to mixing. The personell is service minded and friendly, we also got a lot of help from Mehmet with booking activities and getting tips. Their Hamam spa and masseurs were amazing!
Our room was in the older part and it was ok when staying with a friend, but definitely in need of some love and remodeling. A lot of things were broken in the room, such as door handle to the balcony, lamps, showerhead, etc. The whole building we lived in smelled a lot of mold, the staircase was partly broken etc so I would not recommend going here as a couple, but totally fine as a friends trip when you're not staying much in the hotel and if you don't care too much of the interior and standard of the room itself.

The hotel is one of the first hotels at the Kleopatra beach if u are coming from Antalya so the location is few kilometers away from the city center and the main night clubs. It is easy to take taxi or rent a bike if you dont want to walk there . The hotel has great staff too Who can provide ride for you to the parties in the nights. We went three times and came by taxi or walked to back home. I warmly recommen the hotel and say hello from Krista to Okan "the party planner" if you are going there☺️
