Very basic hotel rooms good clean no kettle to make drinks in room but you get a fridge. Food is poor not much option cold basic definitely not a 4* hotel has 2 pools with limited sun beds which people get up at 7am to reserve. Great location tho across from beach but they have no beach bar for all inclusive people staff kind polite offer a great turkish bath for extra price but was worth it.

On arrival the receptionist didn’t speak any English at all so couldn’t understand anything. We eventually got to our room which was dated and had 1 plug socket. We did complain but the receptionist told us to come back in morning. After we did come back in the morning the manager moved us straight away and dealt with the situation promptly. The day time manager was great and I do feel sorry for him as he will have to deal with many problems.

The food wasn’t great at all, I ate mostly salad and pasta. The food is catered for more Germans and Turkish not British at all. The executive chef walks around the dinner hall looks proud as punch but I don’t know why as the food is not good. Definitely new chef needed.

There isn’t any entertainment, one night there was a singer in the dinner hall randomly. I’m not sure if this is because it’s out of season there isn’t any. The alcohol in the inclusive is cheap and they do not offer premium spirits for a price. The bar staff seem over worked and can’t even pour a pint with a top on it.

The massages are good and would recommend.

The room was cleaned everyday however our sheets weren’t changed the whole 10 days we were there, we ended up changing them ourselves we got some
from the cleaning cupboard.

The location is great, on the sea front and there is a little sports bar outside which does good food and premium drinks- can be expensive. You can do a lot of activities at the beach- paragliding, jet skis etc.

Overall it is somewhere to sleep, we did eat out a few times but if you like salad and pasta you’ll be okay. The manager during the day is a credit to the hotel and the catering staff in dining hall are very quick and efficient. The hotel needs a complete revamp and definitely a new chef! I would return to the area but unfortunately not this hotel.

So can't fault the room on arrival staying 2 weeks and reading the conditions sheets and towels changed every 3 days this did not happen at all the cleaners came in a couple of times then on last day they entered the room 1 hour before check out this puts unnecessary pressure to depart quicker restaurant breakfast is difficult and always running out of plastic glasses lunch and dinner you can usually make a meal but same day in and day out on food choice gets a bit boring also they openly admit food recycling day to day also no kabels of what food is available. Bar no international drinks available also inquired about mini bar for room was told not available yet they state in the hotel facilities at extra charge wifi is free in lobby although very unreliable some staff are fantastic and helpful others are very grumpy and make you feel unhappy. Some stories of cleaners screaming at guest for a few granules of sand in rooms from pushchair this is a beach hotel! They also demand paying extra directly some how is this not there job? Over all I disagree with the star rating I would put at 2☆☆+ not 4 star all in all great locations for kleopatra beach a fair walk to main town but good to keep active

I was here with my girlfriend and we wanted to go on a party holiday.
The location is really very good, you can't complain and if you want to party, you can get a transfer to and from the club for little money. You will also be looked after in the club.
If you have any problems, you can always contact an employee called Mehmet and they will help you 👍🏻
In any case, WiFi is not included, you pay €6 for 3 days
And the food is OK and tasty
You only pay €2.50 for the loungers on the beach

There is no air conditioning in the lobby, you can melt in the heat of 35 degrees.
There is no ice cream, you can buy it in front of the hotel
There is no snack bar such as fries, nuggets, fish fingers, toast, hamburgers, etc. only a poor Turkish woman makes some thin pitas with spinach and tasteless white cheese, and 5 p.m. they serve some dry 2 trays with cookies.
For colorful drinks, which are always included in the price, you have to pay 250 LT
All inclusive includes vodka, whiskey, gin, beer, wine and carbonated drinks: cola, sprite, fanta
Juices From the machine it is plain water with juice to dilute
The food is not good and is the same all the time, fries once a week, sometimes the food is spoiled.
The slide is open until 6.30 p.m., then entry to the swimming pool is prohibited, the water in the pools is dirty.
There are no lifeguards!!!
The hotel does not have animation for children or evening attractions, once a week there is a belly dance performed haphazardly, lasting 15 minutes.
You have to pay for sun loungers on the beach
You have to pay for int in the room
There was a smell from the bathroom from the sewage every day and it smelled the same in the main swimming pool near the slide.
The ladies clean poorly, they only change the towels and make the bed, sometimes they sweep the sand,
They change the bedding probably once every 7-10 days
The furniture is in a terrible condition
The air conditioning is old, but it works
If it weren't for the bartenders, this hotel wouldn't exist at all, the worst I've ever been to, I don't recommend it with all my heart, read the reviews before buying a trip.

Please please read reviews and stay away!!!!! I give it 1 * deffo not a 4

I am not a snob but omg this was the worst hotel I have ever been too

Staff rude as hell (along with one flirting with my 14 year old daughter knowing how old she was and just to add he told us he was 30. Calling her his girlfriend the whole holiday asking for her Instagram

Food was disgusting noo vile some days gone hungry. No kids menu at all. Had chips one day out of 7, nuggets 2 days out of 7 and one of them days they weren't cooked.

No food was labelled didn't have a clue what you was eating.

No icecream in 7 days not even in the food part. What was left from lunch was back out for tea.

Snacks haha what snacks there was a lady sat on the floor making cheese bread things the whole 7 days. Supper no supper after tea that was it. Not a single burger in sight for 7 days.

Entertainment well what Is that

U sat around the pool bar and that was it some nights there was no seats so had to sit on a sun bed to drink ya drink. The entertainment was a speaker that worked sometimes. At 11 all lights where off sat in dark while a lady come and cleaned the floor with a hose soaking you as she did it. 1 night out of 7 as you was in for evening meal they had a fashion show and a belly dancer (while eating your meal)

Then on to the Rooms..... bedding not changed so striped bedding off and put on the floor, maids picked it up and put back on the bed 7 days with no clean bedding. Devastated. Rooms was not cleaned they gone in every day but not cleaned.

After paying 2700 to come and with it being all inclusive did expect to have to eat out every day. And have to lend money just to get by. Never have I been to and all inclusive and come home and lost weight.

Asked for a complaint form didn't get it and was blanked the rest of the holiday.

Drinks was vile there was vodka (if u can call it that) whisky and some kind of gin and beer that was it. And soft drinks.

Water slide for some reason turned off halfway through the day and took ages to put back on

Last one my son is 9 and in a wheelchair the ramp to get up and down the hotel was silly I just got him up so for an adult good luck.

The rooms are very dated our room was quite dark with not much natural light coming in there was no entertainment At the hotel and the pool bar closed 12:00 - 14:00 So if you wanted a drink you have to go to the restaurant bar. The restaurant food was the same every day there wasn’t even fruit at breakfast or croissants. Theres a lot of vegetables for breakfast so if you like that you’ll be okay there was a lady making pancakes she was smoking and had astray at the side of the flower It was disgusting. Also cats and dogs was allowed to roam around in the restaurant very unhygienic. You couldn’t get sunbed after 7:30 in the morning. The pool was dirty we never seen it get cleaned in a full week and a few people we spoke to got ear infections Including a couple of people in my party a lot of the staff at the hotel are not very friendly. I would avoid this at all costs. The only positives I can think of is it was in a great location and the showers in the room was really good Everything else was really poor.

First of all, I want to say that it is not as bad here as I expected based on reading other reviews.
Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Location was great, for beach and local strips of shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly.
Pool was fine, although difficult to get a sunbed but we spent most of our time on the beach where there are plenty of sunbeds. You have to pay 150tl for a sunbed at the beach.
All inclusive Drinks at the hotel were served in small plastic cups which was a bit annoying.
Food- so what I would say is, if you’re coming away looking for a full English and European style food then prepare to eat out. The hotel all inclusive restaurant is the Turkish style home dishes such as stews and veg. They usually have some type of chicken each day and as expected a lot of salad. It’s quite basic but you could find something to eat, if you’re a fussy eater or have young children that are picky with their food I would prepare to eat out.
Excursions- if you would like to book excursions at a discount rate, please visit Tommy for the best rates. Any sellers I spoke to at the hotel bumped up the prices too much but Tommy gave us great rates. To find him Come out the hotel turn left and walk 4- mins and you will find Tommys shop just before Alaiye Kleopatra hotel. He said if you say “King” sent you he will give extra special rates. We booked boat trips, safari tour, quad biking and other trips though him and he gave us the best price.
I would stay here again but mainly for the location over anything else.

We just returned from Turkey and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is excellent, but the renovation may not be recent, the furniture is shabby, but this does not affect the rest in any way)) the air conditioner and everything in the room worked. For me there were two minuses - breakfast and cleaning. Let's start with the food, the breakfast is nothing to write home about, there is no variety and there is really nothing to eat, the lunches are excellent, and the udins are generally super, varied, on the street the cook cooked something on the grill every evening. Cleaning…. Well, I can’t call it cleaning, it’s more for show. The cleaning lady came in every day, but it’s not clear why. I changed the towels, but didn’t put new ones on all the time, I had to go and clean them, and that’s what happened to the toilet. paper, considering that they left a tip. Didn't do anything else.
The drinks in all inclusive were killer😀locally produced. The sunbeds by the pool are always full, but that's not a problem, the sea is 2 minutes away. The hotel paid immediately for the sunbeds, it worked out cheaper, for three sunbeds and an umbrella they paid 90 euros for 2 weeks.
The staff is kind, I liked everything.

1. Cleanliness - very bad. We were given a dirty room which was not properly cleaned after previous guests (sand in the shower, dirty floor, dust). Had to point receptionist quite a few times but room was still dirty. Floor was not washed in our room within 12 days. Towels and bed sheets been changed, no issues. In general quite dirty, it took them to clean coffee from the stairs > 6 hours.
2. We have booked a sea view but instead were given a side sea view, with the view on other building and instead of expected 180 degrees sea view got max 90 degrees. Had to contact a travel agency, talked to reception but it was not resolved, reception said this room was a sea view so be careful when you book a sea view as there is a high probability that you will not obtain what you are paying for.
3. Beach is very close and nice area to walk.
4. Food - my daughter and i could find something we liked. There are quite a lot of fresh salads, vegetables on grill. Every day we had chicken, something was cooked on grill. We had a good variety of fruits: oranges, plums, watermelon, melon, apples. We did not had grapes or peaches but managed to buy in the nearest market.
5. Internet: very slow internet in lobby, sometimes did not work at all. We bought internet for one gadget - speed was ok.

No they don’t. I stayed 1 whole week and saw chicken nuggets twice, and chips twice. There was never anything else other than salad, bread, Turkey, fish, rice, pasta and tomato sauce. No food at all for children
