Nice hotel, furniture/plumbing is all quite fresh, everything works. Room cleaning/change of linen, towels every two days. The hotel provides two bottles of water, shampoos/gels, beach towels (replacement fee). There are free sunbeds/umbrellas on the beach, 15 minutes to the beach, there is a transfer. The food is varied, fish/meat/snacks of various types, a good selection of desserts, ice cream once a week, but the choice of fruit is poor. The staff in the hotel and restaurant are attentive, they try to solve problems that arise, and they do an excellent job. The wind blew things off the balcony and they hung on the tree. A hotel representative named Onder immediately came to the rescue and resolved the problem. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from noisy streets.

A lovely clean hotel, with polite and and hardworking staff.

The hotel was always very clean and well looked after, there was a good selection of food, even for myself: a fussy vegetarian (always double check if there is meat in the food that looks veggie as it isn't clearly labelled). There was a wide range of salad and fruit each day to supplement the main course meals. Meals had decent variation each day, and there was always plenty of food.
It could get a look little busy when the restaurant opened but we never struggled to find a seat and within half an hour the queues had died off.
There is also a fantastic pitta tent open throughout the day.

The rooms were clean and a decent size, the aircon was really effective and our room was lovely and quiet.
The pool area isn't huge, but we could always find somewhere to sit, and while the pool did get a bit busy there was always space for a few lengths throughout the day.
I was really glad to find plenty of shade around the outside of the pool, but there was also plenty of sun if you are looking to sunbathe. There is a small fitness area as well, although I only used it once as it was quite busy in the mornings.

The hotel is located in a quiet side street so it isn't too noisy, but we walked into town and to the beach a few times and it didn't take long. There is also a free shuttle bus if you don't fancy the walk! We found lots of lovely shops and pubs to stop in, and there were plenty of restaurants.
We booked some excursions from the guide who came to the hotel, they were brilliant. Door to door service and well priced.

There is a reserved area on the beach, with sun loungers and parasols. Food and drink is extra here, so have a good breakfast before heading down.

Finally, we expected our all inclusive to end at midday but the hotel were happy to store our suitcases and said we could use the facilities until our 4pm transfer.

A lovely holiday, we would stay again.

Super nice hotel. It's not big, but the service is very good! The people in the hotel are very nice, the WiFi is good and free everywhere in the hotel. The food is varied. It's a shame how the restaurant is laid out, which means you have a long line for the hot buffet. There is a free shuttle service to the beach, where you can also use the sunbeds, parasols and WiFi for free, and a shuttle service to the center in the evening. But the center and the beach are also easily accessible on foot (15-20 minutes).

It is not a mega resort, but just nice and clear and there is a slide at one of the two swimming pools. And in particular the people who work in the restaurant (and certainly the manager) are super friendly and service-oriented.

Bad cold food to choose from, 3-4 main courses, with vegetables apparently also being seen as the main course. Complaints are not taken seriously. Rooms in the annex building have no extract or fresh air in the internal bathrooms, so when the temperature is high it smells all day. Unfortunately, the rooms are not cleaned very well either. Beach towels are given out on the first day and you can exchange them daily at reception, but they then want a fee of €10.00 per towel. Cocktails made with powdered juice. So far only the pide and lahmagun station are good. If you still want to book, do yourself a favor and take the main building and only with breakfast.

For starters, most of the hotel staff don't speak English. Moreover, they're not helpful and not particularly polite (unless they carry your bags to the room and expect a tip).

Rooms would be good if they weren't so small. However, there was a problem with electric fuses in my room and I had to run back and forth between reception and the room, to the visible dissatisfaction of the staff member who seemed to blame it on me (he was expressing his discontent in Turkish, even though I told him I don't understand it).

I specifically booked this hotel as it advertises as having a gym. It is technically there but I wouldn't book the hotel if I saw a gym beforehand. It is a small room with two benches, some cardio equipment and a few dumbbells. I was disappointed but able to do a simple workout.

When it comes to food, diners and suppers were OK. However, breakfast were barely edible with a slim variety and many flavourless dishes.

The walking distance to the beach is around 20 minutes. There buses in the morning and in the evening, and no buses in the afternoon. The beach itself is not bad, the sand is neither soft or hard, but my feet didn't hurt when I was walking on it. There also occasional rocks in the water, so be careful. The water is very warm, but its saltiness combined with vicious waves make the experience rather unpleasant. The worst thing about the beach are the prices of food and drink. Although you get a free sunbed you're not allowed to bring any food or drink with you. The local bar charges people €11 for a cocktail and €6 for a beer which is a joke. Even in a decent restaurant you get them cheaper. I was walking to a local store (€10) from the beach and enjoyed whatever I wanted for a fraction of a price. The beach manager only treats well those who buy staff from him (like most of them).

In general, it was one of my worst holidays ever. I would rate it no higher than 3/5. The beautiful weather, nice food at restaurants and stray animals saved the day.

I read a lot of reviews online and I was expecting amazing food and English speaking staff - not true.
If you don't know Turkish then you're a bit stumped for any complicated requests to be honest.

Room was good size and very clean with good facilities.

Location is good with outdoor Excursion booking available, convenience stores, hammam/massage places outside.

However prices for hammam/massage at the hotel itself are quite good/cheap.

Shuttle bus to main road for shopping only operates twice daily at 8.30pm and 8.45pm.  Needs to be more often to be honest.

Wifi coverage is good but wifi is very slow in the rooms.

AC works but does not cut off when the programmed room temperature is reached so you are forever controlling it manually.

No small water bottles given complimentary but we do get big bottles of water in the room.  Not quite so easy to carry around when travelling on excursions.

Limited channels on TV and only 1 English channel I think.

Shower goes hot and cold during peak time.

Rooms not cleaned daily but every two days.

Room service when needing basics likely towels - very slow (30 minute wait)

Have to pay for safe in room 2 euros per day.

Free juices taste terrible

Limited variety of food but lunch and dinner are good.

Breakfast however is not.
Chef's rude, not because they don't understand but because they don't like it when guests make simple requests such as "please can you cook the omelette a little longer"

Only good thing I'll take away is the guy on reception called Barakai - he did all he could to help from day one.

Horrendous!! Book elsewhere. We booked all inclusive for 4 nights and it was terrible from the moment we stepped into our room at 4.30am!! Bedding was dirty, floor was full of hair, shower had previous guests scum all over the screens and hair in the base of the shower, sink had toothpaste scum all over it in clumps, faeces all over bottom of toilet seat and urine stains all over top of seat, drinking cup in our room had mould growing in the bottom of them, curtains aren’t fit for purpose, reception staff extremely unhelpful. I went straight to reception after seeing the state of the room to be told house keeping will sort tomorrow. I asked for bedding so I could change the sheets myself and he said no. I ended up sleeping on a beech towel I bought from home. House keeping came the next day and “cleaned” the room whilst we were out. All they had done was changed the beds and made swans out of the blankets. I found a bottle of cleaning solution on the trolley in the hallway and some towels, took them and cleaned the room myself. Pillows are not fit for purpose and as someone with a spinal cord injury with zero feeing to lover half, the fact I could feel the springs whilst sat on the bed says how bad they are!! Zero entertainment, pool nice and clean, zero to do for children, food was completely inedible. Poor choice of hot food and everything swimming in oil and barely lukewarm. Desserts were swimming in oil and all had the same awful taste to them. Fruit (see pic) We ended up eating out for every meal, spending a fortune when we had already paid for food in with holiday. Table cloths filthy, not changed inbetween guests sitting. All in all very disappointing and would not return even if the holiday was free

Read the rave reviews? Now forget everything. These are probably the reviews of those who, in their daily lives, consume Rolton and Mivina, and to whom overcooked salmon without seasoning seems like the height of splendour. But that's not the worst either. So, in order.
The first day it turned out I couldn't iron my stuff. And I have to fill out a form and take them somewhere where they'll be stroked and I'll get ironed the next day. Thanks for the unique service.
More from here. I had to point out the sour vegetables to the administration a couple of times (just a couple, since I had already become a scandalist in Ramir). Strange, do chefs have a total runny nose or is it corporate ethics "not a piece in the trash"? More like the second, as I watched day after day in the dining room (sorry, you can't call it a restaurant) life after salmon and chicken. At first they were slightly extinguished. It was already roasted on day two. And the third was fried until the produce was categorically dry and brownish. Mercy, I don't eat that.
In general, the menu was not varied and on the third day did not want to go to the dining room, let's develop restaurants in the city.
Service? And he's not. Only at reception do people know what English is. A great many young men in the dining room do not understand a word and helpfully hand out a plastic glass to a request for black tea. Mercy again. That's not what I asked.
And now cleaning. It's normal if you forget to put in a bath towel. Don't be surprised. And don't be surprised by the dirty rags on the floor at the entrance to the poolside reception and the slippery tiles on the floor. I wonder if people know there are special floor tiles for damp rooms. I don't think so.
Summary: if you want to ruin your vacation, wellcome to Kleopatra Ramira!!
I personally don't have a foot anymore. So is Turkey in general.

This is our second visit to the hotel. The first is in 2018.
We note changes only in a positive direction.
What I liked:
- Clean and tidy, the hotel is very cozy, everything is well thought out for visitors;
- Attention and care, attitude of the staff;
- Menu in the restaurant: varied, tasty, a feast for the tongue and stomach;
- Restaurant operating hours;
- Drinks, hot, cold, delicious, available all day.
- Additional service - Pide (Turkish pizza) - very tasty, and in combination with cold ayran it is also very healthy.
- Separation of smoking and non-smoking areas in the restaurant.
- Hotel location. Both in the city and close to the beach, to which we either take a bus or take a pleasant walk. An opportunity to admire the most beautiful city - Alanya.
- Good internet.
At the hotel we get a complete rest!
Wishes:
- Conquer smoking on the beach. It's a shame that such beauty is so mercilessly littered.
- It would be nice to do without smoking in the hotel.
- It would be a good idea to divide visitors into those who drink alcohol and those who do not drink - different tags, different prices for accommodation.

It was my first time in Turkey and I wasn't sure what can I expect, so I made a reservation in this hotel and it was one of the best choices I have ever made. This hotel was an absolute hit. From the most delicious and diverse food to the most kindful and helpful personnel, this hotel offered everything you will need if you are going on vacation. The rooms and pools are very clean, the food is so amazing that you will want to eat more and more. The hotel's organization is on a high level, you will have transportation from there to the beach and back during the day, and also transportation to the city at the night. In rooms, you have an air conditioner, refrigerator, TV, free Wi-fi, comfy beds, hair dryer, shampoos, and two bottles of water refilled every day.
I had the best time staying here and I recommend this place to everyone going to Alanya, it's worth staying there.
From Macedonia, with love.
