My partner and I had an aweful experience staying at Bone Club SVS in Mehmutlar and I would like to my a complain against the hotel. Firstly, the hotel claims to be a 4star hotel whereas comparing to other all inclusive hotels in Europe, it would not be a 1star! Here are my reasons proving such low standards for Bone Club SVS: 1. There was no air-conditioning in the restaurant or lobby. The only air-conditioned communal area was the hotel reception which was only used a few hours throughout the day 2. The quality and variety of the food in the restaurant buffet was shocking! Similar main dish every day, no local or Turkish food, no fish, seafood, early red meat. The food was mainly chicken and vegetables 3. The public toilets with horrible smell and shockingly dirty situated right next to the restaurant 4. The room we stayed in was very small with a twin beds instead of a double bed which we asked for 5. The bath in the room was small and mouldy 6. The housekeeper didn't clean the room properly and the bedsheets were changed every 4 days 7. The staff were not friendly and hardly spoke English 8. I was stuck in the hotel lift for 10 minutes with another guest and we both panicked in an unbearable heat in which I was about to faint. When we got out of the lift and complained to the hotel reception, they seemed it was a normal occurrence and were not appologetic 9. Because of dirty bath and got allergy rashes on my toe

Me and my girlfriend went to alanya and we expected something like exotic holiday, we were thaugt at the agency that the hotel is with 4 stars so we expected something preety nice. The food was terrible( the all 6 choices that u have), hotel is 16 km away from alanya centre, the beach was terrible with concrete all over the place, and the waiters was so much rude. The only good stuf was the pools but they were terrible dirty so we didnt went to the pool either. PS. if u go there better learn russian.

Masterfully prepared, quality and well-served food. Provides a good approach to self-serving food without creating crowds. The restaurant during the meals is cleared by a well-organized group of waiters. Every dirt is clean at the moment. The bars run friendly bartenders. The security is quality, very quiet and discreet. Excellent organizational work schedule for all activities: children's playroom, water toboggan, tea break, children's entertainment, adult entertainment. Pools and hotel spaces are kept very clean. Congratulations for good management.

Externally the hotel looks great...... that’s where it ends. We stayed there whilst visiting family, thankfully it was cheap and it wasn’t a holiday, just a place to sleep and shower. We did venture to the dining room for breakfast, beggars belief that anyone could make a Turkish Breakfast look and taste awful, but this place managed it. Went for lunch once there was a bolognese type sauce in a metal tray which had clearly been reheated several times as you could see the rims round the inside of the tray. To cap it all the “Chef” was stood there as proud as punch, nothing to be proud off. Wine and beer indescribably disgusting. We asked to order airport transfer, one receptionist said no problem however when we went to arrange it, the manager was extremely rude and said they don’t do that and walked away. My husband is Turkish and was shocked at the lack of customer service and how unfriendly the staff were, there was little point in complaining as the management took no interest in their customers from what we observed when in the reception area. Thankfully we know this is not representative of Turkey, however if this was a holiday that I’d saved my hard earned cash for I would have been very upset. Even though this was not an expensive stay it didn’t even achieve the minimum levels of customer service

I would never go to this hotel again.I was booked in for a disabled room and when we arrived 4.30 in the morning we had been traveling from 12am the previous day. no room was available they tried to put me on the second floor to which my husband complained. They found a room on the ground floor which was a family room which my son had requested but he did not get. He was told second floor was booked as a double bed and two single beds got a camp bed for my grandson never again. At 5.45 we heard a noise at the door we where both in bed my husband got up they had given this room to two other people which had just arrived my husband had to go to reception which was quite a distance away to tell them that we were in this room then he was locked out . We where moved the next day no help at all to a disabled room . it was okay except when you had a shower it flooded and you slipped on the tiled floor. No sunbeds for disabled no way to get into the pool areas so if you wanted a bathe no chance. there is more but too long to comment on except the food was not nice every day chicken no English food till last two days smashed potato . This is not a very pleasant hotel to have a holiday in .It was my first holiday away with my Son and grandchildren and it was spoilt by this hotel This hotel for their food I would rate 2star I paid for all lnclusive what a laugh cost more going out for food.

Perfect location, just near the beach and promenade. On the other side is street with many shops and restaurants. Room was clean, nice and quiet, with beautiful view on the pool and the sea. Excellent restaurant! Chef control everything during meals. Everything was so gooood and enough for everybody. Staff, specially in the restaurant were very nice and friendly.

I will start the review by saying I'm not the person who complains about everything. I was in 2-3 stars hotel and I was completely happy. This time I was very disappointed. First - the room. Beds comfy, we put some money in the front desk, they gave us a room with the view, we had nice working air conditioning. The room was clean, but very old design, I couldn't rest the head on my side of the bed since where the head suppose to be was a broken lamp !!! Attached to the wall so I couldn't take it off. Bathroom - disaster !!! No hot water , dirty shower with mole in it and of course no pressure in the shower. Fungus also in air conditioning probably not cleaned since it was bought . But it's ok, it's holiday, right ? No ! 21:00 animation starts. Loud as hell and each day the same kids songs in exactly the same order !!! Really "cowboy cowboy you're my little Romeo" I can't get out of my head until this day. Everything else - in Russian. I'm Polish and I was pretty offended to be addressed as "dziewuszka" each time I was asking for a drink. The food - horrible ! Each day the same , so u can see they're heating up things from the day before . Each they rice , pieces of old chicken with vegetables , fat meat, stewed vegetables . Only good thing was fresh vegetables so at least I could eat salads. Drinks ? Forget about it ! Since I had all inclusive with my boyfriend we thought we could get at least some cheap cocoa drink or sth. The waiters looked at us like we were aliens when we asked for menu. Only dry ugly wine, beer like water , gin I think made from spiritus. Horrible. In the middle of our stay I found A PIECE OF GLASS IN MY FOOD . The manager bearly apologized to me after 5 min explaining that they bought chicken from another city ! I can't even imagine what would have happened if I swallowed it. I called the travel agency and they transferred us to another hotel which was milion times better ! The only plus thing is nice pool (although half of the day in the shadow , all the places takes from 7 am.) and nice beach which u could easily get inside and beach beds with umbrellas . But the location wasn't all that dreamy - exactly in front of our hotel was some kind of street fight and they burned to the ground 2 stores there. Anyway if I wouldn't get tanned and swam I would regret spending my money. Trip to Alanya wasn't anything special either . Avoid and pay for 5 star hotel. The only thing you will get here is old food (ok, there was some grill some of the evenings but kidney or chicken with glass aren't my favorite food), rude personnel and no drinks at all. I don't recommend it.
