A good hotel in a good location. The beach and the city center are in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are small but clean and well maintained. The food is varied and good. The staff is professional and extremely friendly. I believe we will come again.

Hello. Hotel is nice, clean rooms but the AC isn’t great in all rooms. We arrived at the hotel at 1 am after travelling 12 hours, there was no open bar nor room service, nothing and we had to go across the street to buy some drinks and something to eat as we were starving. We bought an all inclusive holiday with a double room, when we had the check in they gave us a small room with two separate beds, after speaking to them they changed our room two days later and the other room was much better. It’s classed as a 4 stars hotel but I wouldn’t give it more than three, this is because food is very poor not much to choose from, last meal/dinner is finishing at 8.30 pm and the drinks are extremely cheap and low quality (beer, wine, vital and cheap juice)and also the bar is closing at 10pm. The pool is tiny and with around 20 sun beds maximum and it’s closing at 5.30 pm. This is the first all inclusive holiday that it’s very bad and not happy at all with it. I won’t be coming back here ever, the worst choice and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Also the beach is number 12 and the guests from this hotel have discounted price for umbrella and sun lounges, but at the bar from the beach you have to pay for everything you buy. I am very honest and realistic about this review and I hope you will take it seriously.

It's gorgeous to stay if you want to have a perfect place for a brake from a busy city life. However, if you want to experience the nightlife of Alanya, the hotel is just two minute walk from the main street. Professional, warm staff, great facilities, and tasty food. Reception is more than excellent. Highly recommended. Worth money spent.

The staff was Nice and the food was okay. Only bad thing I have to say is that this little man in the kitchen yelled at us for coming in to grab our breakfast before leaving. Other than that, a very good experience

Stayed with my mom for two weeks and we had a great holiday overall! Hotel was small and cozy, public areas were nice and clean. Also pool was nice, even though it was kinda small. But the beach is not too far and you can get two sunbeds and a parasol for 4,5€ (100lt). Lobby and lounge area was decorated nicely and staff working in reception were always smiling and greeting when going out of coming in. The room was quite small for me and my mom, but that’s mostly because we travel with so much stuff with us and spread it around in the room. So it didn’t bother us too much. Room was also renovated and the air conditioner was new so it didn’t make too much noise. Rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaner ladys were always smiling and greeting us when we saw them. You could hear most of the noises from hallway and other rooms, but I feel like that’s just normal. We weren’t bothered by that. Selection of the food is quite small, but we always found something to eat and food was overall delicious. Also lots of vegetarian options and at some nights also fish food available! And there was always someone making something fresh in the grill. Staff was working really hard to always keep tables clean of empty plates and glasses, so you could always find clean table to eat. Also after you left from breakfast, lunch or dinner somebody came to wipe the table. The guys working in the bar were amazing! Always smiling, making small talk and joking around with us! Normally there is always someone/few of the staff that don’t smile or talk, but not in here. And when they had time it was nice to have a chat with them by the bar. Our only complaint is that there is only one working elevator and 6 floors. At the busiest times of the day it was impossible to catch it to go eat. And I actually once got stuck in the elevator with one of the cleaner ladies and two Russian guys. Luckily the cleaner lady got contact to someone to get it moving enough so we could open the door by hand. Special thanks to the guys at bar for making our holiday even better. Definitely going to come here again!

So nice staff working in this hotel. Very friendly cleaners, bartenders, receptionists. Hotel is clean and nice small hotel athmosphere everywhere. Only 200 meters from the beach. Nice sfaff also at the beach, just relax and order beer just lifting your hand. Good sunbeds and wooden walking way at the beach, you dont feel the burning sand.

This is a party hotel. Dont go with kids. Pictures lies! We booked a new hotel right away and didn’t get any refund. They don’t answer mail either! Never again! Ps: don’t understand why this hotel got 4 stars, they must have paid for it!

I do not recommend this hotel. The food is terrible, tasteless. Small selection of food. A total of 5 dishes that go round and round, and that's mostly from last night. When food runs out, at least what is eaten will not be replenished because there is no more, so only the most miserable remains. You will be hungry. The location is great. If you pay for all inclusive, you won't get it because they only offer juices, beer and gin from drinks. There are no cocktails (there are but they are paid extra) There are no beach towels. I think that a 4* hotel should have a larger selection of food and drinks. The plaza is close. There is no Internet - it is also paid.

Very nice hotel with very pleasant personnel! Always happy barmen and smiling receptionist 😊. The food was perfect for me and my wife! I loved grilled and braised vegetables with meat and fish. The room was small but enough for two people. A great city view from the balcony, especially at night! The location is also great, about 10 min to the Cleopatra beach. Had a very nice stay there! Keep it up! 😉
