Great hotel and amazing staff! Stayed for a week with 2 friends and we had such a great time. Staff made us feel so welcomed. Ismet and Mert were the best, so helpful and fun, and Hašim- bringing the best vibes and energy to every night out and day in ☀️ There was a bus taking people to a party every night, went to a few great clubs and met awesome people. Would definitely return!

Over the past 20 years, my family has visited 12 different hotels in Turkey. Despite reading some negative reviews about this hotel, we decided to book it because we really like Kleopatra Beach and Alanya city center. Furthermore, the hotel has a great location. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly administrator. When we entered our room, we discovered a leaking shower. The hotel staff promptly came to fix the issue, but we requested a room change, which was granted without any questions. The family room was bright and spacious, with two balconies. Among all the hotels we've stayed at on Kleopatra Beach, this one has the largest teritory. It features three swimming pools, a spacious garden with various flowers and trees, a playground, and an outdoor fitness area. Contrary to the reviews mentioning basic and plain food, we were pleasantly surprised by the food diversity. During each meal, we tried not to overeat but ended up with our plates full of delicious food. There was something new to try every day, including a variety of warm dishes, vegetables, fruits, salads, and desserts. Additionally, snacks were available near one of the pools between meals. Our room was cleaned daily, and the entire property was well-maintained and clean. Overall, the staff was friendly and unobtrusive. They always went out of their way to fulfill our requests and consistently wore smiles. When it rained, they even set up a tunnel connecting one building to another. On the day we checked out, we were allowed to continue using all hotel services. This was a rare occasion because usually other hotels don't allow you to access any services after checking out, leaving you bored and tired in the lobby. The hotel also provided a luggage room where we could store our belongings until our departure. In conclusion, we are highly satisfied with our experience at this hotel and strongly consider returning when we visit Alanya again.…

My first time in turkey me n my friend came for her baby moon such a lovely holiday everyone was so lovely our hotel room was very clean the reception staff are a good laugh very helpful as well Hasim is amazing go with him / the hotel to club it’s such a good night the sunset bar right next to the hotel is really good as well

The hotel was very clean a little old fashioned but very clean so I can’t complain, the food was terrible we ate out most days, the chefs wt the hotel were friendly but the waitresses were not quite rude tbh no smile nothing just stared like they’ve never seen people before, great customer service from the reception staff. The beach was lovely beach 20 is rented by Huseyin boz very friendly and hospitable i recommend you going there my daughter enjoyed the food they had on offer, we ate at Aldente restaurant often they have the best baklava and food lovely staff. One thing I will say is if you are not a fan of cats beware cause they are everywhere.

This hotel serves the worst all inclusive I have ever experienced, drinks limited ,cold Brussels sprouts for breakfast , in fact every meal was cold , cold eggy bread , cold eggs cold cous cous , cold rice ,cold chips , every thing cold , the afternoon cakes seemed nice if you were quick and beat the pigeons who aimed to eat them first , ( they were uncovered) staff not as friendly as I am used to in Turkey , and to top the holiday the hotel suddenly closed and all guests had to go to another hotel all guest were complaining . Alanya is a beautiful place I have been 20 times , this hotel does not give the Turkish hospitality I am used to . This is one hotel I will not return to ! The one positive was the cleaner she came every day fresh towels , in my experience this is a two star hotel certainly not the four the food spoils this hotel , I love Alanya but do not love this hotel . …

Just got back (unfortunately) from Kleopatra Royal Palm! We had a fantastic stay! I didn't go to Ultra All, but only to All Inclusive, but even so it was wonderful! The positive things I noticed, the hotel room is made up of two components, a large kitchen where you can also cook (but it's pointless) Apart from early morning coffee, I didn't even use the stove! A large and roomy refrigerator, a large terrace as well, and then there is the bedroom, separated by a door! Another positive point was the cleanliness. The food is good and varied, at least I'm not picky! Friendly staff. The distance to the beach is only 5 minutes, of very fine sand (Kleopatra Beach). What else can I add, it's the splendid scenery! What do you have to see in Alanya (Castle, Red Tower, Cruise with the pirate ship, etc.) As a minus, maybe that's because I didn't have ultra all (but it didn't bother me too much), free internet only in the lobby, if you want you have to buy a card in the room, or at the reception! The sunbed and umbrella is paid for, you can pay 4.5 euros at the reception Another inconvenience is the way you enter the water, after two or three meters it suddenly deepens, so it is not highly recommended for those with small children! I was there with my friend in june 2022. Everything was fine. The room was great, we had a little sea view. :) The food was delicious, pizza and grilled meat, salads, fruits every day and many other meals. The cleaning lady was so nice. Tha beach is very close to the hotel and it is beautiful. I loved this holiday.

I was happy with the hotel overall. The first day was not good. We were waiting for our room for 1 hour at 2 pm (should have beem ready by then). But, the service was great, the food was excellent, tasty and prepared very well. Besides several small setbacks in the rooms and in the lobby, I was happy with the hotel. Should be renovated soon. DON'T PAY FOR SUNBEDS IN THE HOTEL. Just go to the hotel's beach and pay there. Mr. Huseyn at the beach bar 20 gave us a better price (100TL cheaper for 7 days than hotel) and he was of great service everyday, all day. The best guy!
