Very rude staff from the start. Rooms very dated. Ended up moving hotel and going back for transfer to be told easy jet had no transfer from the hotel! No documentation of my transfer time, zero interest in helping me i had to contact easy Jet myself and sort this out even though i was traveling alone with my 9 year old son. Would deffo not return here! Love turkey, visited many times but would not return to allanya :(

Kahya Hotel, Cleopatra Beach, Alanya This year we have been staying 13 days at Kayha Hotel across from Cleopatra Beach in Alanya. We stayed from 24th of July to 6th of August 2022. We have never been to this Hotel before, and we travelled 2 adults and one child, aged 6. We stayed in block b in the ordinary rooms. Kahya is an all inclusive Hotel, and it has maybe 250-300 rooms split in 3 buildings, with the pool area, pool bar and kids club in the middle of it all. We really injoyed staying at this Hotel. The only thing "bad" about this Hotel - in our opinion - is the really hard beds in the block b section. Next time I'm bringing my own pillow as well. We met some other danish ppl down here that stayed in the a block and they said their beds were nice and soft. We got 2 room key cards upon arrival and found that it is possible to let one of the Keys sit in the "room power on" slide so you can have the air condition turned on in the room at all times if you wish. Really useful feature in our opinion. Some ppl have also complained about the difficulty of getting sunbeds by the pool down here, and that CAN in fact be an issue. Many ppl get up really early, around 5-6 ish, to go down to place their towels on the beds, but we had NO problem sitting in the area around the poolbar with our towels on the plastic chairs and with a table in between for the free beverages. Here you can also find both sun and shade. The pool is in my opinion big enough for everyone and both kids and adults can swim in here an have fun jumping and using the waterslides. The food for the 13 days has also been good. Not overly varied, but with a good selection of different dishes for the adults. Could be more child friendly, but if you are not overly concerned during the vacation about what your child eats, there's a lot of fruit, vegetables, fries, rice and bread for the children. There is also a lot of meat but my kid is kinda picky about her meat, so she hasn't eaten much of that for lunch or dinner. For breakfast everyone can participate as they serve pancakes, bread, yoghurt, cereals, eggs, all kinds of meat and cheese for bread ect ect. They also have a lot of pretty looking cakes during the day, but in MY not som humble opinion - I make cakes as a semi-professionel in my home country - they look better than they taste. Most of them taste the same or very bland, but they look gorgeous and are definetely worth a try. You are bound to find a favorite some day that tastes a bit less bland then the rest. Very nice staff that has no problem understanding english, and if you also bother to learn a few of their words like thank you, good evening, please, and so on, they seem even more friendly and impressed. And remember, that smiling is contatious.…
This hotel was first star right from the off. The place is spotless, staff can't do enough for you. The rooms are nicely proportioned and cleaned everyday. You can get towels everyday from the spa for around the pools. There was plenty of choice for food with something for everyone. The dining room was lovely and clean. There was enough snack bars throughout the day and night so you were never hungry. Special thanks to Alp and his entertainment team and Isra at the childrens club for making our holiday a great one. Can't wait to come back.
We stayed in the hotel for 9 days awful and disrespectful reception staff they need to go on customer service training …we booked two rooms payed extra but only got one big room with one bathroom would not recommended it …staff in the food area and cleaners was so lovely and friendly we booked with love2holidays they did not help at all us well .
I like the hotel, and I really love the food is it amazing. The animation team really so good we love them very kind and we never could bored in the hotel Animator Can and Berlin was our favourite. All staff are very kind and friendly we are planning to come back again.
We went here as a party of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. From the moment we arrived (4am) everyone was so helpful they got us drinks and offered to get us some food. We was shown to our room which was amazing and couldn't fault anything. Everyone was so was so friend and the staff are second to none. The swimming pools are brilliant for the kids with the slides and the entertainment was amazing. If you are thinking about booking this hotel do it you won't be disappointed.
*Thank you for your excellent service! We enjoied our stay a lot! *We have been many times in Turkeye in different cityies (Belek, Kemer etc) before but the FOOD CHOICE and TASTE were the best in your hotel. Even better than in 5*hotels. *Room cleaning is provided every day. *Very good location: in the center of the park and stunning Cleopatra beach. Park has a lot of playgrounds, citytour train 🚂 and telefarik (cable cars) 🚠 in 2 minutes walk. *Entertainment for children and concert for adults also icluded. We are sure that we come back to your hotel!
Hassan is a lovely man who made the most beautiful bracelets for me and my brothers. Staff are nice but the food was mid for someone with vegetarian dietary requirements- got repetitive. Hotel is gorgeous
Beautiful looking boring hotel. 1) The choice of fruit is boring .. cut the oranges into at least pieces! 2) completely incomprehensible why do you have large stalks of mint, and parsley ?? Then give me a chef's knife and a cutting board where I can chop them ... or do I have to chew them like flowers? 3) we had to have a fruit platter and wine in the room as a surprise! we got it on the third day and the fruits were the same apples and pears as for breakfast. 4) why do you have a lunch break at the children's attractions ?? Why do you only give ice cream at 14-15 ?? 5) Why is there no place in the rooms to put rubbish? Only a tiny rubbish bin in the bathroom? 6) internet only in the lobby, a passport number is required to log in every time??? 7) There are no TV channels or the connection is lost! 8) A glass of 2 euro orange juice is sold for breakfast! 9) There is no service .. glass is cleaned… no question is asked if you want more !!…
