I spend in this really nice, clean, calm hotel 1 week in September with my boyfriend. We were really satisfied! Upon arrival we were greeted by a nice, polite receptionist. After arriving at our room we have found that the hair dryer is not working, but this problem was solved immediately!!:) Hotel staff was really nice, still smiling, communicative, helpful, hard- working ..Rooms were clean, every day new towels, pillowcases. Food was delicious!!!! Every day something other, mostly meat (chicken, fish), salad, vegetables, frutis, cakes, sauces, croissants, jams, eggs. I recommend to visit the Turkish bath in this hotel :). The only thing that I didnt like so much was the beach or rather enter the water. There is no a smooth entry into the water. We use entry through the pier and stairs. But sand was mostly clean. Water warm and mostly clean too. There is a possibility of water sports. I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!! :)…
I spend there 1 wonderful week with my brother and sister, everyday clean room, fresh towels, food was great, you could choose between meet or fish and everyday fresh vegetables and fruits, nice drinks by the bar also on the beach, all boys working there nice, funny and also handsome :-) always ready to help you, hotel is small and because of it you know from face all the tourist so you feel ok there like on the youth camp hihi
The place is really calm and clean, it is near to the sea with clean well equipped beach, near to that beach is a wild beach with fish biting you:)) It was so great to stay here. But the place is not for young people wanting entertainment , there is no disco around, but if you don't need that - that is the Paradise for you. People are kind and lovely) loved bar attendants:) Need a calm little place with multicultural people - don't hesitate to come here!
You REALLY REALLY DO NOT WANT STAY HERE! we arrived very tired at 7am on wednesday 6th august for a weeks all inclusive.the staff ,who bless them couldnt speak or understand a word of english, told us our room [family]was 150 yards up the road in an abandoned building with a crumbling building attatched and it's own resident old man sleeping in the hallway.i refused to stay in that particular ruin and walked back to the main hotel to be told we could have a room there later when the manager who apparently could speak english arrived.11 am,12am,1pm,2pm,3pm she finally arrived she could barely speak a few words between cigarettes. meanwhile we 'relaxed' by the pool[which was filthy as were all surrounding seating areas]. Breakfast runny boilt eggs, bread,no butter cut up hot dogs in gravy watermelon and either coffee or juice of which none of the dispensers worked . Lunch some salad bread watermelon oranges roughly cut into quarters and pastas ...only 1 tray of each and if you werent quick enough none. Dinner the same as lunch but also a few strange cakes. All the food was brought in on the back seat of a car in the morning and seemed to be unrefridgerated. The bar.......luke warm watered down soft drinks and beer in tiny plastic cups and by 9pm all beer had run out. Most guests spoke no english i think a lot of russians [we did meet 1 english couple with their 3 kids who had had as bad a time as us but were stuck there] all other guests i found unfriendly and greedy in the food queue. the hotel itself was in general filthy the rooms in need of a makeover. The turkish bath had men sleeping on the floor and the public toilets were there also in which the loos were filthy and the urinals[they were all together ]filled to the brim with urine and cigerette buts. we were finally given a room at 7pm it had 2 single beds and a dirty bathroom we HAD to take it as by then we were exhausted[there were 5 of us 3 kids and 2 adults]i did say it was unacceptable but there was the promise of a family room the following day.the next day they turfed a russian mum dad and baby girl out of a room and we were given that[which made us even more popular]this room had 4 single beds for the 5 of us was a little cleaner but the light switch was hanging off the wall and the shower door fell off..twice. i tried to get hold of a rep but couldnt my holiday broker finally contacted me when i had moved to another hotel[the club mermaid village 15 minutes up the road in turkle which was fantastic]though i did have to pay £850 to do so.…
This hotel was terrible. There are 101 things to list but the main things must be the lack of basics. This hotel is totally unsuitable for British people and the advertising blurb greatly stretches the imagination. Brochure photographs are touched up to hide the building sites and waste ground in the area. Standing water in the immediate vicinity of the hotel has to be sprayed daily to try and control the mosquitos. Every guest suffered from huge numbers of bites, not just mosquitos but we believe also fleas and other insects that have caused massive allergic reactions which required emergency attention, antibiotics and antihistamine injections and also resulted in a guest being told she was not fit to travel, by airline staff, after she had passed out on the plane home. The rooms are uncomfortable with one sheet on a bed and wafer thin pillows. The food is bland and of very poor standard. The only meat available was reconstituted such as spam and low quality burgers and the highlight of the holiday centred around 2 barbeques, on was slivers of liver and the second one was sliced kidneys. Most of the Brits ate out because the food was so poor. On one occasion the food queue broke out into a ill tempered shouting match between Russian and UK guests with a violent assault on a 15 year old girl. All inclusive hours were poor with the bar closing at 22:00 and a strict one beer per person for each bar visit. They just have not go their heads around Brits getting together in rounds and fetching a drink for each of the six people in the group. The "private beach" is a health and safety hazard with no sand just a line of ragged slipery rocks . The pool area in the hotel does not have enough sun loungers, The pool chlorine levels are insufficient ( one guest bought a pool testing kit). There is no ground floor toilet so you are forced to use your room toilet and use the lift that breaks down 20 times a day, often more, or you could venture into the stale p*ss smelling unisex toilet with urinals and WCs that do not flush properly. I am so dissappointed by this hotel I awaiting a call from my agent's complaints department as I write this. I will try and post some photographs later, the inmates also discussed putting an album on facebook. I wil update this post later.…
