I like this hotel close to the Beach. Lovely room with a great wiew. The food are so Good. The best food i have had at allinclusive in Alanya. This hotel is great for couple. The staf are so Nice and serviceminded. I recomend this hotel.
We came back from alanya 2 weeks ago and we stayed in this hotel, we had very good holidays, the hotel was amazing is situated in a great place, the staff is very friendly always keeping everything clean and receiving you always with an great smile even in October when it’s the final days of the season. We loved everything in the hotel, but the only minus we found was the food very tasty but was made with too much oil, and the fact that you have to pay the bed and the umbrella in the beach 7,50€ for each day, too expensive and the all inclusive tariff doesn’t inclui it. For our enquires the receptionist where always happy to help and Flora was always there for us too, who speaks very well English and explains everything in details. Thank you very much Dreams beach, we will definitely come back and miss you. …
We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Kleopatra Dreams. We were due to go to Egypt for our holiday but then we were let down by Thomas Cook. So this is why we came here. We were not disappointed. Good: Staff all very helpful and friendly. Rooms kept clean with sheets and towels changed every 2 days. We had a room on the 5th floor with a lovely view over towards the pool and sea. The hammam was good, we enjoyed a treatment in here. The beach and sea were lovely and the beach staff very helpful and cheerful. He even brought us drinks on request to us as we relaxed. Restaurant good with plenty of choice even though this got a bit repetitive over the 2 weeks. Plenty of fresh salads and fruit at all meals. The good selection of breads were fresh and sometimes warm. The restaurant staff worked hard moving tables outside for the evening meal. These had to be moved in again for the sunbeds to be put out each morning! Not so good: For the size of the hotel the outdoor pool area is not big enough and due to the tall hotel on one side and tall trees on the other the pool area/sun loungers were in shade for much of the time. Subsequently we spent our non-active days on the beach where we were a bit disappointed to have to pay 7.5e/45TL for 2 sun beds and an umbrella each day. As non-smokers we found that the no smoking designated area outside around the pool area was not sufficient. General: Beach/pool towels were not provided unless you paid 12e/day for an extra package which included the towels, beach sunbeds, safety box, all-in drinks (branded drinks not included in all-inclusive basic package), a cocktail or room minibar and a la carte food at the beach bar. Places we visited: Sapadere canyon, green canyon (it is possible to do a boat trip here without being on an organised tour, cost 60e for 2), Dim cave (spectacular), Aspendos amphitheatre (superb), Damlatas cave all of which were really good. We also went up to the castle on the cable car, well worth it. We did the organised bus trip to the dance show “Fire of Anatolia” The journey was a bit tedious and the dinner was ok but the show was excellent. We hired a car for 2 days to get us around to the sights we saw. Driving was fine on the open road but a bit manic in the town! There are no paper maps available, we had to rely on a sat nav which we asked the car hire company to provide (5e/day), this was in the form of a local SIM card in one of our phones. We did parasailing which was great fun. It is about a 30 minute walk to the centre of town along the promenade from the hotel. There are plenty of money exchange places all with the same exchange rates, open 9am-10pm. There are masses of shops all selling the same touristy things e.g. t shirts, caps, shoes, souvenirs etc. Many are open til 11pm. You can barter in these shops. There were a few evenings of entertainment including “oriental dancers”, an African acrobat troupe and a live singer. There was no animation at all during the day. All in all we had a good holiday in an interesting place.…
