Kaila Beach Hotel emerges as a destination with a vibrant atmosphere, earning praise for its nightly entertainment that contributes to a lively and enjoyable environment. While opinions on value vary, with some concerns regarding amenities and service quality, the hotel's location receives accolades for its proximity to beaches, shopping, and transport. Amenities, including multiple pools and beach access, are generally well-received, though guests suggest enhancements in food quality and room cleanliness.
Although the hotel's overall cleanliness is commended, particularly the pristine public areas, room conditions draw criticism concerning air conditioning and upkeep. Service experiences are mixed, as the staff's friendliness is often highlighted, despite occasional lapses in responsiveness.

Having just come home from staying in this Hotel, I feel I must leave a positive review. This Hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are adequate with a comfy extra large double bed, and we had a sea view which was lovely. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and I would like to mention a few. Firstly Suzanne, Guest relations who went out of her way on more than one occasion to help and advise us both, she was professional and polite at all times. Also, her colleague, Pascal was the same, very friendly, and helpful. The food in the Restaurant was great, I’m a fussy eater, and every day there was something I liked. My only negative comment was the selection of fresh fruit. The Hotel is situated in an agricultural area that grows fruit and vegetables, especially Bananas. The were NO Bananas on the buffet for the whole two weeks we were there, and the Pears were so raw and not ripe, you couldn’t eat them! KAILA Beach Restaurant Manager, please sort this out, then it would be perfect. In the Restaurant, I must mention Irefan, who was very helpful to us, carrying my Husbands food for him, and ensuring we had everything we needed, and in the Pool bar, Seyhan was always attentive, and remembered our drink choices. The A la Carte Italian Restaurant was delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed this. You can go one per weeks stay for free. All the staff were friendly, and most of them were always smiling, including the cleaners who were also very polite. At the Beach Bar, I’d like to mention the two ladies that cook the crepes, I didn’t get their names, but they were very accommodating. In front of this a hotel there is a road, the noise from it was seldom heard, and to get to the Beach there is a small tunnel from the pool bar straight onto the beach. This was perfect. You can easily walk to the shops, chemist and supermarkets from here, there are also an array of various Restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. There’s a Bus stop right outside, and you call a Taxi by the front door of the Hotel by pressing a button, and within minutes a Taxi appears, it’s a great service. Be warned though, some Taxi drives ask for more fare than others, stick to your Guns, and only pay what your Holiday rep has said it will cost. Alanya Harbour is only about 10 mins away, and well worth a visit. There are plenty of trips to go on should you wish to. All in all, it’s one of the best Hotels I’ve visited in all the years I have been to Turkey, and we will be back KAILA Beach.

The hotel is beautiful and the whole hotel team are amazing, very kind and helpful really making it a one of a kind experience. During our stay we had the honour of meeting Pascal who helped us last minute with the return tickets with nothing but a good attitude and a smile on his face. The restaurant/buffet had amazing and different dishes every night so there was always something for everyone to enjoy (attaching some of the meals below). This was the first abroad holiday that we have ever taken and it has truly been an unforgettable one and it’s mostly due to the kind team. We will definitely be returning soon just for the hotel alone ! Throughout our week stay we also went to the spa inside the hotel and the team and masseuses there were brilliant! I definitely recommend the cheap yet highly effective and relaxing full packages they offer. The masseuses are also physiotherapists so they were able to help with my scoliosis and record a set of 3 massages at a discount to help ease the pain and it was totally worth it ! I also have to give a special compliment to the entertainment manager (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) as he made sure there was something fun for everyone to do throughout the day and in the evening. And with his extroverted personality he made a shy person like me feel a part of the game/team and even come out of my shell so to say. The hotel alone is massive and very clean. The rooms are just as advertised; It also has a direct tunnel from the hotel to the beach which is for customers of the hotel only, and even though one of its exits are literally outside; somehow it is still kept in pristine conditions by the team. It was honestly a beautiful week and i can truly say I’ve never wanted to go back somewhere to quick ! -Nina

We arrived here & stayed 10 days. The place is absolutely beautiful. We were greeted with Sharif who helped us with luggage he was so friendly showed us around and helped us to the rooms with our things. It’s so clean & the rooms are lovely! We went for all inclusive and there was alot of choice of food but not anything we would eat back home, breakfast I would say is the best meal of the day. The food could be alot better as there was a few times there wasn’t anything we liked, we went out a few times to the restaurant viking was really cheap & beautiful food. There is 3 pools outside & 1 indoor pool. There’s a tunnel next too the pool that takes to you the private beach which is beautiful and so clean, there’s a wee snack bar there with turkish bread, hotdogs & chips. Unlimited cold drinks & hot drinks. We’ve had a great experience in the hotel with the staff they have been lovely & so helpful. Little bit of a struggle with the language barrier but we used our phones for the translate which helped us. We met some lovely people, so friendly especially, seyhan he was so friendly and really helpful throughout the full holiday. Muhammet oz was great with us too, always service with a smile. We had a great experience with the guest relations pascal he was such a lovely man he couldn’t do enough for you, we received a little present tonight which was lovely & so thoughtful. The entertainment guy was amazing always happy & so helpful. For us this was a first time in Turkey never been before always go to Spain but we fancied a change the hotel it’s self is great & we loved every moment of it. When you leave the hotel you have late night shops if you like that kind of thing, for us we usually do but we didn’t feel safe going down the strip as the shops are full on grabbing and touching trying to get you into shop chasing you down the street & making inappropriate comments when you do enter shops there very full on trying to keep you in till you buy things. So we spent alot of time in the hotel due to this. The hotel is a long way away from the airport around 2/half hours on the bus. The rooms are cleaned everyday, fresh towels everyday. Fresh bottles of water everyday the cleaners work very hard. Always offer you extra off the trolleys if you need anything for the room. Generally overall a great holiday, will be sad too leave! Thank you for the stay & hope to maybe see you again in the future!

As you walk through the main doors, the reception area is grand and you think you’ve picked the perfect 5 star holiday but this is where the 5 star status stops. We found the reception staff to be rather rude checking in (was this because it was 10pm?) and checking out (on checking out we weren’t even asked how our stay was - maybe the staff knew that they wouldn’t receive the most positive responses?). The room was basic, 2 single beds that we pushed together as we went as a couple, plenty of wardrobe space and a good working fridge. The bathroom - not great at all, the grout was mouldy on the walls, the shower heads needed replacing, the chrome in the bathroom had rusted away and the cleanliness was not up to a standard I would have in my own home. We also received towels which were already dirty on a few occasions too. The smell that comes from the bathroom isn’t pleasant, stale water and you can smell sewage (it helped keeping the door shut so the rest of the room didn’t smell). Our room was just off from the restaurant - kids would run and scream down our hallway when waiting for the restaurant to open every night. The restaurant food - well let’s just say we got sick and was in our not so nice hotel room for 2 days being sick and needing to be near a bathroom. On the occasion we tried the food, it was barely warm, didn’t look very appetising, it had no flavour and just the smell of the restaurant put us off. We ate out after our sick spell every night after that and during the days - not what you sign up for when you book an all inclusive (some places close by that were nice to eat where Osman’s place, Enberi and Emerald garden restaurant). The beer was cold at the pool bar and the staff here were polite, the restaurant staff were also polite, we can’t fault that and the entertainment team too. The pool area was cleaned throughout the day - if only they put just as much focus on people’s hotel rooms. The entertainment most nights didn’t finish until around midnight which when we were poorly didn’t help as you can hear this from our room (I’m not sure how families would feel about this too if they didn’t join in on the entertainment) - we didn’t go to any of the nights but people seemed to have enjoyed themselves there from what we heard. Guests one night had us up until 5:30am! The hotel didn’t think it was ok to ask them to take their party inside their hotel room or to be quiet due to the time and aware of other guests. The hotel is not like it is shown online or even on the tv in your room, it is a 3 star at best but the cleanliness of the hotel room is very poor. On the back of the bathroom doors you can see the hotel used to have a different name and maybe only part of the hotel was updated when the name changed but this shouldn’t impact people’s stay, whether you book a standard room (like we did) or a room with a sea view (we’re not sure what the standard was in these rooms). We wouldn’t come back here or recommend anyone to visit. 5 star hotels in Turkey don’t mean the same as they do everywhere else. (Reviewed by an English couple in their early 30’s)

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to provide such a comprehensive review of your stay at Kaila Beach Hotel. We value your feedback, as it is essential for us to understand where we can make improvements. Unlike other hotels in the region, room cleaning is done at least 4 days a week. Guests who put a green card on their door indicating that they want cleaning are cleaned every day regardless of the rules. Although the cleaning hours are 09:00-17:00, our on-call staff also cleans in the evening hours according to special requests from our guests who do not want cleaning during these hours due to special reasons. Regarding your comments about the housekeeping and dining services, we regret that these did not meet your expectations. Our goal is to provide a clean and welcoming environment in all areas of the hotel. We will conduct further training and inspections to ensure our standards are consistently met. Your feedback will also be reviewed to improve our offerings and ensure a more satisfying experience for all guests.

My first visit to Turkey and it was simply amazing. Very nice people work in this hotel. I liked the easy access to the beach and the area. I visited with my partner in October and it wasn't very crowded. Although in the summer there are probably more people, which is normal. The SPA is great and I recommend the hammam. There are 3 outdoor pools and 1 inside. My partner and I stayed only for 6 nights and we didn't have time to use them all, but we are definitely doing that next time. It's very easy to find excursions to different places. The food is very tasty and there is a big choice of all types of meals. There is even a diet section. There are also a few A la Carte restaurants with very good menu. The room is cleaned daily and staff clean all areas regularly. There are lifeguards everywhere. Bottled water available for everyone for free and even staff brings it to you without asking, especially on the beach. For me this is just the perfect place for an All inclusive holiday and it's not too expensive in my opinion.

Having visited Turkey 8 times in the last 20+ years & stayed in various locations we were looking forward to our holiday at Kaila Beach. What a disappointment! The hotel had no working air conditioning in the room but arriving at 2.30 in the morning we asked for a free standing fan to await the air con I it being fixed. The next day we had to ask three separate members of staff to eventually be told it wouldn't be fixed on the day so we asked for another room. We had paid an additional upgrade charge for our original room but offered a standard room facing the busy street and with twin beds. We accepted it because my husband has a health condition and required a functioning air conditioning unit especially in 45 degree heat! The plumbing in the new room was dreadful. The shower leaked into the bathroom & the floor drain was full so we constantly were stood in a few centimetres of water. The sink did not drain either even without the plug in it. It constantly smelled of rotten eggs & cabbage. Every day we had to ask for bottled water & toilet roll! Six of the seven of us were poorly with very bad sickness & diarrhoea. The food was of low quality apart from the a la carte restaurant. I have allergies & none of it was labelled. I asked the staff who also couldn't help! The entertainment which was limited was something akin to what you would have expected to receive in the 1970's. Bingo & Miss Kaila beach being on offer! You even had to pay five euros for bingo cards. The venue for entertainment was outside & even at 10 in the evening the temperature was 32 degrees. This being the first visit to Turkey for four of our friends & having this experience have decided NEVER to visit the country again.
If you like staying in a sub standard hotel which is overlooked from every window, with limited entertainment especially for children then this resort & hotel is for you.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were incredible, the food was brilliant, the hotel was spotless! The entertainment was really good and a good variety for all ages! The pools were really clean and never struggled to get a sunbed even when the hotel was busy! I think it was a good location, cost around 200-300 Lira for a taxi into the centre and there is also buses that stop on the main road. Plenty of local shops around the hotel its just more expensive in them if you're looking at things to buy (shoes/bags/clothes) its cheaper in the main town for that. There is a little supermarket called 'Migos' which is just down the road which is really cheap for snacks, they sell all sorts of swimming accessories to. We booked all of our excursions through the excursion office opposite the hotel, I wouldnt advise booking through the hotel reps just as their a lot more expensive but we loved everything we did! We also got a massage 5 minutes down the road in a place called Medicare Massage - It was brilliant was absolutely recommend going if you want a really good massage, they are very professional and they know what their doing! Was also a lot cheaper than the spas/hotels! I honestly cant fault this hotel in any way. We are already looking to go back another time. The only downside to it is the transfer takes around 3-4 hours! But the staff looked after us from the minute we arrived to the minute we left!

I arrived with my family in July and was very happy with my choice of hotel. We arrived late at night, and after an exhausting flight, we were immediately escorted to a ready and cozy room. We were very happy that we didn't have to wait or worry about settling in, as happens in July in Turkey. We discovered this morning that we had lost one of our suitcases and realized that we had left it on the bus that took us to the hotel.
We immediately sought help from the front desk, and a manager named Emre took control of our problem. He didn't just tell us to wait, but he got active. Emre contacted our travel company himself and spent about an hour on the phone looking for our suitcase. We've seen him work smoothly and professionally to resolve our issue. He kept us informed of the progress of the search, which helped us to stay calm and feel that our problem was important to the hotel.
Thanks to his efforts, our suitcase was found by lunchtime and quickly transported to the hotel. We were madly grateful to Emra for his help and attention. If it weren't for this manager, who spent so much time on our problem, our suitcase would hardly have been returned to us so quickly. It's a truly exceptional service, and it's made our vacation much more relaxed and enjoyable.
Apart from this incident, our whole holiday has been wonderful! The food at the restaurant was incredibly tasty and varied – every day we were pleased with new dishes that we enjoyed trying. Fresh local fruit and desserts were particularly enjoyed. The pools were large, clean, and ideal for children and adults. We spent a lot of time there enjoying the sunny days.
The location of the hotel proved very convenient: nearby shopping mall, where you can buy everything, grocery store, ATM, and currency exchange office. This made our holiday even more comfortable as all we needed was walking distance.
Many thanks to all the staff for their excellent service and hospitality, and a special thank you to Manager Emre for his attention and assistance with our difficult situation. We will definitely recommend the hotel to all our friends and acquaintances and will gladly return next year.

As you are on your transfer and you are dropping people off you always think hope ours is better than that one well when we got to the kaila beach hotel I was glad of what I saw it was a massive hotel with a big glass front the nite staff came rushing out to get our bags and took us in sorted our room and then took us to it on the 6th floor lovely room only it had 2 single beds the nite porter said see the reception in the morning and they will sort it out and the did 👍👍 the rooms are spotless what are cleaned everyday and clean towels you can eat and drink all day until midnight unbelievable value for money breakfast is 7to 930 then there is late breakfast then 11s and from 12-4 there is a fast food restaurant there is5 bars and a bar on the beach with loads of sun beds there is a small food place on the beach what is free and the bar the drinks are free but you have to pay for food. There are loads of toilets in the hotel by the pool and all around the hotel what are all spotless. Food is okay there is plenty to pick from you can’t expect English food me and my wife found it ok. The beach u go past the pool under a subway and u are on the beach. If you read the description the hotel says it’s close to the city well it is I suppose but it takes just over an hour if u walk it walk along the sea front or u can catch a bus at the end of the road what is 8 Turkish lira 40p you can’t go wrong . If you turn right out of the hotel on a Tuesday and Thursday there is a big market on a Thursday it’s in a slightly different place just down the road to your right a bit. If you want to do any excursions don’t do it with the hotel there is a place across the road from the hotel what is a lot cheaper. There were a few British in the hotel but mostly Russian. All the staff could speak English and were very helpful and polite we stayed for 2 weeks in October and u can go once a week to have a Ali cart Italian from the top floor restaurant. We both thought it was the best hotel we have stayed in at turkey it took us about 2 half hours from the airport but it soon went. Would well recommend this hotel and definitely go there again as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.😃😀👍👍

Restaurant food: Quantity was beyond expectations, all kind of food. Unfortunately the taste/quality was poor. Only some dishes, maybe 1 out of 10 was good.
Restaurant staff: Very friendly, specially towards our baby. Maybe less touching babys face another time. But I guess that’s the diffurence in our cultures. Fatme, Faruk Omer and Ali were top proffesional staff. Loved them.
Verbal communication: I understand and accept that it can’t be expected for the kitchen/restaurant/cleaning/housekeeping personal to speak english. But the receptionists were also impressively bad at speaking english. Not only that, they (Specially one man) kept talking turkish to me. Even though I kept repeating I dont understand turkish.
At one situation, the same man from the reception told me a price of 80 euro for a trip to Dimcay and back. We declined and booked a taxi ourselves and paid 30 euros instead in total. Very unproffesional for a receptionist to try and cheat the guests.
In another situation, we found an injured babybird in our balcony, and had to call the reception twice only to find them coming with a baby cod to us. We already had a baby cod. The sweet housekeeping lady was very confused, and again - we couldn’t really communicate. Finally a female manager came and took the babybird with her.
Animation team: Top Class The animation team was very warmhearted, fun, helpful people and had a good attitude. Specially Suliman and Iaran/Irem (Sorry). Maybe some more options in acitivites though.
The booking showed pictures of and also had a description of beach volleyball but this option was not exisiting in real life which was a priority for me, so that was a big disappointment.

Hi sorry just seen this
It was a 2 hr drive from the airport and 2.5 on the way back due to traffic
