Wouldn't go here . Not the best hotel. Not much to do The best member of staff was Engin the animator. The staff were rude especially the m an who took the orders in the burger bar. The worst part of it was that it was supposed to be all inclusive but we could only eat or drink at selected times. The staff were very strict with us with their timings

Rated 5 star, I'd honestly say more a 3+ , clean and basic. Had to upgrade room as given standard room small uncomfortable beds and one socket point available, electric stopped working within 10 minutes of arrival at 1am, not ideal ! The guest relations lady was lovely and we arrived on her last day the gentleman that took over was also lovely and helpful. Most staff were infact ok apart from the very rude pool bar staff who served you with an eye roll and huff and puff as though they don’t enjoy their jobs. Being English we were definitely a minority amongst many French and Russians. The food is tasty but unfortunately not very hot and there is definitely not enough seating, people were arriving so early to get seated then you had to wait around for a table whilst the food choice diminished. The alcohol tasted so bad I spent my holiday mainly drinking Fanta! To wrap it up my daughter and I had a nice stay after paying to upgrade our room but hotel does not in any way reflect a 5 star.

As you are on your transfer and you are dropping people off you always think hope ours is better than that one well when we got to the kaila beach hotel I was glad of what I saw it was a massive hotel with a big glass front the nite staff came rushing out to get our bags and took us in sorted our room and then took us to it on the 6th floor lovely room only it had 2 single beds the nite porter said see the reception in the morning and they will sort it out and the did 👍👍 the rooms are spotless what are cleaned everyday and clean towels you can eat and drink all day until midnight unbelievable value for money breakfast is 7to 930 then there is late breakfast then 11s and from 12-4 there is a fast food restaurant there is5 bars and a bar on the beach with loads of sun beds there is a small food place on the beach what is free and the bar the drinks are free but you have to pay for food. There are loads of toilets in the hotel by the pool and all around the hotel what are all spotless. Food is okay there is plenty to pick from you can’t expect English food me and my wife found it ok. The beach u go past the pool under a subway and u are on the beach. If you read the description the hotel says it’s close to the city well it is I suppose but it takes just over an hour if u walk it walk along the sea front or u can catch a bus at the end of the road what is 8 Turkish lira 40p you can’t go wrong . If you turn right out of the hotel on a Tuesday and Thursday there is a big market on a Thursday it’s in a slightly different place just down the road to your right a bit. If you want to do any excursions don’t do it with the hotel there is a place across the road from the hotel what is a lot cheaper. There were a few British in the hotel but mostly Russian. All the staff could speak English and were very helpful and polite we stayed for 2 weeks in October and u can go once a week to have a Ali cart Italian from the top floor restaurant. We both thought it was the best hotel we have stayed in at turkey it took us about 2 half hours from the airport but it soon went. Would well recommend this hotel and definitely go there again as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.😃😀👍👍

A lovely hotel with excellent service set in beautiful grounds with 2 outdoor pool areas I with a large spiralling slide and children's aqua park plus indoor pool there have been reviews on Tripadvisor about the food being repetitive and I nearly cancelled this holiday because of that but as a retired head chef all I can say is the food is excellent the variety in the hotels 6 restaurants is excellent and I would not hesitate to book to come here again and I will be doing as soon as I get home also before I finish the bedrooms's are very modern and spotless

The rooms are nice but the hotel staff are not friendly the food was the same every day .we booked a private transfer as one lady was in a wheel chair and can't climb up on coach when we arrived it was fine on leaving they sent a coach I explained the lady could not manage a coach as she had difficulty walking we called the rep at love holidays and he said that we would have to pay for private taxi I told him we had paid on the booking he said they only have coaches going back love holiday need to be ashamed . And the staff here was no help at all the door man does not even open the door when you are walking towards it with a wheel chair the only way into the hotel and out is by going down a very steep ramp and the hotel staff don't help at all the stand and look I would recommend any one with any disability with walking does not go to this hotel as most of the staff just stare at you and we was put on the 6 th floor

We booked with love holidays the transfer was shocking please book your own and don't use there's, the hotel we were very pleased with, not many other English speaking people but that's fine, the room was clean and people always happy to help. Only downside is dodo the rep only wanted to know if you were making him money , when there was a problem he didn't want to know. Also be mindful you can get trips alot cheaper than from him

We have just got home after staying at this hotel for a week. Very mixed feelings, the hotel itself is in a good position ,looks very nice from the outside the reception very clean, very new, very good standard. We stayed in the older part which was very dated but was clean. Beach and pool was very good. Although only beer being provided at the beach bar not great considering its all inclusive. Also drinks at the pool bar not great they literally only gave you a tiny amount of vodka. And if you asked for a beer you only got half a glass. Only 1 person serving at any time so waiting was a pain. Even though there was other members of staff behind the bar just standing round. The food even though there was plenty it was the same things every day. Lots of the dishes didn't state what they were so very difficult to choose. Reception team very good the fact they spoke very good English was great. Some of the bar and restaurant staff were OK and friendly. Others not so great. Over all not a brilliant stay which is a shame as I'm a nhs nurse and was desperate for an amazing holiday.

Firstly I want to say the hotel itself is amazing, very modern and apart from the activities myself and my partner planned we’re great but it just goes down hill. The staff were very rude apart from the day time bar man he was lovely, the night staff had issues it seems with gay people as I have a girlfriend myself and met a lovely gay lad over there that was treated so badly by staff. Not exactly LQBT friendly. We stayed all inclusive but the drink choices was poor, most alcoholic drinks you have to pay for. The drinks were very watered down and just made you feel sick after a couple. The rooms didn’t get tided to the standards they should be, the beds wasn’t the comfiest and only came with 1 pillow witch wasn’t a massive issue but meant us not having a great night sleep. The food at the hotel was awful I really struggled with it, resulting in me and my partner eating out sometimes. Now due to this, I came back last Thursday, from Thursday morning I fell really unwell, with sickness diarrhoea and severe abdominal/belly pains. This has continued to get worse. Iv spoke to multiply people through 111, had a doctors appointment and he said I may have a stomach infection, not great! The pain and sickness started to get worse so I decided to go to hospital, 10 hours later they still can’t find the cause off the problem resulting in me having to have a ultrasound scan so they can get to the bottom off it. Myself and most people reckon it’s definitely from the food over there. Wether your eating in the hotel or outside off the hotel just be very wary/careful as Iv never been so poorly in my life and would never want anyone to suffer the way I have.

I have been there for one week and it was really nice time for me and my friends. Food was very delicious and everyone can find something for himself. Restaurant stuff was very friendly. Room service was perfect, hotel, rooms and pools were clear. Nice gym. At the end greetings for great animators very frienldy, comunicative, nice, helpful people who gave us so much positive energy, good vibes and entertainments. We gonna miss them and this place!
