I must say truly going on holiday at this hotel, made it feel like everything was breaking apart. Broken showers, broken toilets, cracked window in lift, broken lights in the corridors, cleaners were totally useless, horrible cocktails at the bar, awful entertainments all in Russian, food time was a stampede of sudden panicked of Russians rushing, thinking the food will run out!. Food was bland! Best part were Staff members Mehmet and few others were really nice and looked after us through out the stampede! The manager at the dinning area and the reception had a miserable face always and mistreated their staff. Wi-fi is not free! So if you plan to go, Don't!

I have never in my life been treated so poorly like in this place this is the holiday from HELL Says 4* hotel Hahahah never in a million years I have been in nasty 2* places much better then this Please don’t waste your money health and time here Food is absolutely disgusting and dangerous to you ( all of us were ill with food poison) The place is filthy old and falling into pieces The staff is rude and arrogant to English speakers or any other that are not Russian. I have nothing but nothing good to say about this place. And I hope that British travel agents take this place out and they don’t offer this horrible place to anyone. Trying to complain please don’t even try the reply from management is “we are just a 4* hotel “ and I showed the pictures of the place I was sold the staff said they were photoshop pictures. Costumers were mistreated and it was disgusting. No one speaks English and no food labels at all. Drinks are absolutely gross everything is bad bad bad. The holiday from hell. I will not put pictures up because they are so disgusting that I just want to forget about this experience from hell

This is not a Turkish hotel, it is a Russian hotel, and is full of rude Russian people. They cater for Russian people, and give them priority, whereas English people don't get a look in and are a number amongst the Russians. Most staff speak Russian, and barely a word of English. All the entertainment is in Russian. I have stayed in many 3 star and 4 star hotels in Turkey, Egypt and Morocco, and the quality has been good, Asrin is no way 4 star, maybe 2 star.  It is a dirty hotel, very basic rooms which need decorating. Please see attached photos: the draws are broken, bed linen is dirty and torn, the springs on the mattress are broken, and bathroom is flithy. Since we arrived one lift kept breaking down, and the glass in the lift is broken which is very unsafe, especially if you have children. We called and e-mailed the hotel before we flew out to let them know that we have a baby, so we will require a travel cot, they said no problem. We booked a double room, and as they said a cot will be provided we didn't have to stress as we were arriving after midnight and baby would be asleep. When we got to the hotel, we were given a twin room with no travel cot. Which professional hotel would provide a married couple with a twin bed, and no cot for a baby. This is Asrin Beach's money making scam, they wouldn't provide us with a double bed and told us to put the twin bed together. We had to pay for a double room for our stay, after we paid they didn't give us a receipt, and put the money in the tip box. They are greedy, and just wanted money from us.  Also on their website they lie, just to make their hotel sound better, they say that they prepare their rooms by considering the needs of their guests, they say that they offer free Wi-Fi, but you have to pay for it on a daily basis to use it and even then you only get Wi-Fi in the lobby, they also say that they offer a currency exchange service, this is non existent and you have to go to Avasallar Mahal Lesi to exchange currency. The air conditioning in the room is no good, it is more like a fan blowing cold air, and the satellite TV never works. We stayed all inclusive and enjoyed the drinks and ice cream, however the food is something else. They serve the same bland food everyday, no Turkish food. It's food that the Russians like to eat. There is a lot of variety of food, but the quality is poor. If you have a baby who eats solids, then please bring your own food. My baby only ate the water melon and cucumbers. If you go down for breakfast/lunch/dinner early, then you will experience the Russian stampede. It's like they  haven't eaten food for days, they take a few plates of food each. For certain food section there are queues, but these people don't queue, and just go before everyone. We requested Turkish food, but were told that it's not possible as the majority of their guests are Russian. I don't understand why Russian people won't like Turkish food, when it is delicious. My husband queued up for pizza in the pool snack bar, the Russian rep was serving everyone except him, he asked a waiter why she isn't serving him, the waiter said that the pizza is just for the children, my husband said that he has a baby. This is certainly the dirtiest hotel that I have ever stayed in. I'm not sure where the cleaner learnt to clean, because it's definitely not cleaning that she is doing. Firstly there is no cleaning fluid or bleach, she just puts a mop in water and mops the bedroom, and bathroom floor. It doesn't get cleaned properly, she tidies the bed up with the  old linen, and doesn't clean any of the surfaces, the sink or the toilet. The bathroom is flithy and smells of damp, there is no hot water in the morning, and the toilet smells of urine. The positives are that this is a family hotel. However you will only like it if you like loud music until midnight. They even have a children's disco at 11pm. My son enjoyed the swings in the playground. Some of the staff are very friendly, Mehmet, Emrah, Husseyn Ferhat and Celan were very attentive towards my son.

Dirty, noisy, bad service, awful food. Rude attendants, wifi not free. Ugly, very, very bad experience. Everything is unpleasant, old and distasteful. I went with my kids after being in other hotels in Turkey and this is by far, the worse.

The food is horrendous prisons get served better food than what we had. It was catered for Russians and was mainly borscht which is utterly foul. Two other couples we met out there was ill from the food for days and so was I on one occasion and refused to eat anymore, thankfully it was my last night it happened so it wasn’t throughout the majority of the holiday like them but I lived off the burgers they had at the beach for lunch the whole time and tried the chicken on the side with it once. Worst mistake ever. As I spent my last night up all night being voilebtyly ill ontop of travelling throughout the night the following night , I am extremely tired writing this as you can imagine. The entertainment is non existent. The receptionist clerk had an awful attitude. Especially towards women he had no respect in the way he was with you it was very clear. We asked him for help regarding our transfer times the morning we were leaving and he was shouting in Turkish in a nasty manner. Three hours later he tried charging us for a late check out when we still had 6 hours left before our bus picked us up leaving us in our swimwear and unable to hVe a shower to get changed before leaving the place. Nobody told us anything about early check out until the last minute. He then wrote a letter all in Turkish and demanded me to sign it. I stated calmly that I wouldn’t sign nothing until I understood what it meant and as I said this his eyes started bulging out of his head as he was uncontrollably shouting at me in Turkish which left me feeling quite threatened especially as I’m a young petite female. Your baggage gets left in an unlocked room throughout this Time period and anybody could’ve walked in and helped themselves to our luggage which I really didn’t like and after the receptionists aggressive manner towards me I didn’t feel comfortable there whatsoever. I am not a fussy person but this is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. It has put me off the country altogether which is a shame because outside the hotel when we found some places to go to (which was expensive in taxi fare as it was in the middle of nowhere, but worth it to get out of the hotel itself in the day .. around Asrin beach it is all Hotels and petrol stations that’s it for 15-20km each way. We paid all inclusive and yet we had to pay for things like WiFi .. which was cheap enough we didn’t complain. But then the WiFi kept cutting out and the power and water in the hotel rooms kept shutting off. We had a crack in our balcony glass holding the balcony together. The shower wouldn’t attach to the wall we had to hold it over our bodies to be able to wash ourselves. If your British don’t set foot in this place !!! the ratings say 4* but I would say it is lucky to be a 2* .. it is a shame the receptionist ruined it for the staff as there was a lot of staff there who was happy to help even though there was a language barrier as not all of them know English and the ones who did it was very little. The weather was beautiful. The lays crisps they sold at the tuck shop and the all inclusive ice cream was enjoyable as that was what I lived off on throughout the afternoons and evenings but that was about it. If you’ve already booked to go here... good luck.
