Serious safety incident
Very rude reception man (bald man ) soon as he knew we were English his attitude stank towards us for our whole 2 week stay here cleaners should be fired our room was cleaned 2 times in 15 days had to steal towels ourselves whenever we saw the cleaning trolly just so we would have some keys they give you for your room seem to work in anybody’s door we had 2 people just walk into our room with there keys the male staff are extremely pervy they follow you around the hotel just staring at you then seem to find your instagram and think it’s ok to send you messages asking to meet on the beach bar staff are friendly with you when they want to be at one point we was refused the drinks we wanted as the machine had suddenly broken which was a lie these drinks were not given to us because they don’t like to see you having any fun food was not the best all seems to be the same stuff each night gets boring and most of the food gave me and my friend a bad stomach bug a lot of Russian people here so if your English do not go as they are the most unfriendly bunch you could ever meet honestly this hotel should be closed down in our opinion also there is not a lot nearby to go to in terms of nightlife pretty boring area if your young and want to have some fun avoid this hotel

Very unclean. Sometimes room service wouldn't change our sheets or give us fresh towels but when they did, the 'clean sheets' would have stains on them. Bathroom is tiny. Door opens and you can't get in my pregnant sister struggled with this a lot. Showers kept breaking. Air conditioning kept not working. Wifi which you have to pay for but ONLY works in reception. Full of entitled guests who argue over dining seats that are not reserved. Water tastes like pure urine. My whole family became ill from eating the food in the buffet probably due to serving old food

DON’T GO THERE! the worst experience of my life! the hotel is a dump, a 2 star at most! the staff is rude, disrespectful of women, they talk down to you unless you are with a man. very loud music at the beach and when we asked the “djs” to turn it down a bit, they made it even louder, were screaming at us and literally attacked and assaulted us, I have the bruises on my hand to prove it. went and made a formal complain, the next day the two djs were back at their spot like nothing happened. should have filed a report with the police but too much hassle. the whole hotel is a rip off, charge you extra for everything, no wifi, and after you pay for it, it only works in the lobby. if this hotel was in any other country, it would have been shut down already. room with ocean view costs extra of course, and you are facing a loud highway!!! also should mention that Christian Tour who arranged our trip should be ashamed of themselves for working with them.

I was there with my children at the beginning of August. Our room number was 1124 My son made a lot of friends right away and the entertainment girls took good care of him. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the bartender who always knew what I wanted and didn't have to ask. Very Super service from him as well. I also saw a lot of friendly staff at the hotel. It was very nice that the hotel introduced a local night club on the evening of my birthday. Everything was so beautiful and great. On our last day, we were asked if we would come back, I couldn't answer right away, but if the opportunity arises, I would go back. We were very satisfied with everything and many thanks to all the service. If someone recognized us and there are pictures and videos of us, water sports and other times together, find me on Instagram. Tommy

I've just returned from my holiday spent at Asrin Beach hotel. I had an amazing time with my friends, we were 26 people together, but I will mention the not so great side of it too. The hotel is located in a beautiful place, with sea view. It's garden is very beautiful, full of lovely flowers and palm trees. To the beach, there is a tunnel that leads you to it - the tunnel in the evening is very smelly, regarding the toilets in it. The beach is lovely, with free sunbeds and shade for them. What I mostly liked about the beach is the sand, there is a very fine sand all around - awesome for small kids - but is not very clean in the morning. Rooms are nice, but hygiene is not the staffs strength - in 7 days only 2 days were my towels changed. Bed was made nearly every day, quite nicely. Also, hotel is supposed to provide free water for each room, but with my friends we always had to beg for some bottles of water. Bathroom had no hot water in the mornings, I had to complain 4 times until it was fixed, but even after in the following mornings I had to shower with cold water. Most of the staff is nice and friendly, although they don't speak English well, so it's quite hard to make yourself understood. Wifi is not free at all, they charge you for it. Pool bar has a stupid program, it is supposed to close at 11am,but even before closing hour they don't serve you with cocktails. One evening restaurant had no Pepsi, there was always something missing... Another thing about restaurant is that has poor Ac, it's super hot in the evening. Food was okayish, but every day same things were served, not a big variety of food for a 4 star hotel. I even got sick from some kinf of food on my last night. Cakes are very nice! All in all, I think you could do much better as a hotel, there is potential for it. Elevators are very slow and quite old, you should do something about it too. Now it's a 2 🌟 star hotel in my eyes, according to the time spent there.

me and my partner just recently visited this hotel we were the only english speaking people at the hotel. we found most of the staff to be rather rude and non understanding of us not very helpful what so ever. the food was the same food every day and also very greasy my partner and myself spent lets say quite some time on the toilet which may i say did not flush properly also the pool bar staff were also rude we were all inclusive and the bar staff said when we asked for two drinks for myself and partner no basically you can have one they also served young girls first who jumped the Queue and there was also a big shortage of sun loungers people had there towels on them but didnt appear to be any where around. Also all of the toilets in the hotel smelt really bad. If there was a way to get our money back we would as we felt it was disappointing and over rated. brian easton jane doyle

English review from a 51 year old Yorkshire Man saying here with my partner and 2 boys ages 6 & 8. Staying here at the Asrin Beach Hotel from 16th July 3023 for 10 days. Firstly, I really want to ask you to ignore all the 1 and 2 star terrible reviews dished out on the review sites about this hotel. In my opinion those bad reviews are either fake or written by people who are wanna be toffs....! This is hotel is great if you want a low stress and fun beach holiday with your kids. There are few English people here but everyone is courteous and friendly and just here to relax and enjoy there holiday. - Food There is loads of choice at every meal time. Salads, loads of different cheeses, hams, meats(chicken. Bbq fish and meat), kebab meat strips, hotdog sausage and salami etc, cereals, excellent tea and coffee, proper Pepsi, Fanta & sprite. Loads of delicious puddings and ice cream served everyday from 2pm-4pm. You can have nice lager or red or white wine at meal time in the restaurant. If you want cocktail menu or rum, brandy, vodka just go to pool bar from 10am to ask for this. -Reception staff & security. Decent English speakers on reception, friendly, humorous, change money get advice on trips etc. Anything you want for room. Toilet rolls, water. Just ask and within 10 minutes you have it free of charge. No problems here. Security stop children leaving complex without adults which I think is fabulous and a true reflection on the attitude of the hotel. It is a safe hotel for kids. -Room. We are staying in room 2225 in the west wing. Functional and for a standard double quite spacious. They have given us a single bed, a double bed and a comfy soft camp style single bed. Clean towels and toilet rolls and water in fridge supplied every day along with clean bed sheets if you ask. But remember to put your maid service tag on the outside of your door. The one thing that I'm not happy about is there is only one English speaking TV channel out of 100 channels and that's BBC NEWS WORLD SERVICE. So no English kids channels for down time. The hotel should address this I think. -Pool. Main pool is quite deep so kids under 10 need supervising as they won't get there head over the waterline stood up. There is a small kids pool and a waterslide pool which is shallow too. Waterslides open from 11am-12.30pm and 2.30pm - 4pm. They are good fun and fast. Lifeguards always monitoring the pools. Very good and safe. - Pool Sun loungers. If you have not put your towels out by 7am you will be lucky to get a lounger. This is a Russian, Eastern Europe and German hotel so you must be on point to get your loungers....!!! -Local area. Next to main artery Road so hum of traffic 24 hours a day but you kind of switch off to it after a while and it's not an issue with all the music and frolicking going on. You barely notice it. Two big shopping malls next door. Buses and taxis cheap and on request. -Beach. Relatively clean, lots of free loungers as semi private beach area. Beautiful surroundings and a good beach bar for beer and wine, burgers, fries salad etc. - Entertainment. Geared up mainly for kids from 10.30am and evenings. Pretty good. -Summary Look, we paid £997.00 for 10 days. There are little things like struggling to get coffee before 7am breakfast if your an early riser because the one coffee machine that's on early has run out of milk.. ! But It's incredible value. Trust me, if your on a budget but you want an all inclusive holiday with all the trimmings. Book it you won't be disappointed. Jason.
