This hotel has the best view in Alany. That is the best I can say about this hotel. This hotel had made me a promise that they did not keep. Then they promised me to make up for it, and that did not happend too. Sorry but I really can not recommend this hotel to anybody. And may I add, the wi-fi is on off when you stay in building no 2

The panoramic views from the apartment rooms are outstanding!Looking out over Cleopatra Beach,Alanya there is always something of interest day or night. The balconies are great and every evening a sundowner is required to watch the sunset! Ever changing and truly spectacular, this is the best place to experience it. As dusk approaches small bats flit around and cicadas can be heard chirping. The apartment rooms are large and spacious with a useful kitchenette and large sofa beds in the deluxe rooms, they are clean and the beds are firm but comfortable. The staff are friendly and Ibrahim is excellent and knowledgeable. He can converse in many Scandinavian languages and his English is very useful. Of course it is a steep walk up to the hotel from the beach but taxis are available and it would not have the best view in Alanya if it was lower down the hill! You will leave Alanya fitter than at the start of your holiday due to the sun,sea and exercise!

This hotel has apartment accommodation over looking Ceopatra Beach from well up the hill, comprising a large bedroom with double bed or two singles and a lounge equiped Kitchen and wrap around balconey. The balconeys face West so there is normally a fantastic sun set to watch every evening. The staff are helpful and friendly and there is a pool and bar/restaurant also overlooking the bay. The settee in the lounge also converts into a third bed for family groups. As the hotel is well up the hill you either need to be fairly fit or get a taxi as the hotel is about 300 feet above the main city but there are steps or easy road walk to get you there. Ibrahim on reception is a terrific source of both information and advice on local attractions. The hotel is on the way to the fortress that is on the cliffs above the bay.

The views from this hotel are just amazing. You look right out over the city and the ocean. The rooms- lounge room, bedroom and kitchen- are large, comfortable and clean. For the price, this hotel is excellent value. There are two balconies, a lovely pool and the restaurant is very good. And it's just a five minute walk down to a beautiful beach! The front office staff are great as well. Ibrahim will help arrange any activities you are interested in and is a welcoming, friendly and professional host. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

The view is amazing! The balcony and the apartment were big and we had nothing to complain about the hotel. But there are several hundreds of steps to get from downtown or from the beach to the hotel, if you don't take a taxi that costs around 5 euro. You must be in a good shape to walk up those stairs. The cleaning was ok. The pool was little cold but it just felt nice because we had really hot weather. We didn't eat at the hotel. Next to the hotel is a little shop where where you could buy food and beverages. I would defenitely choose this hotel again if it wasn't for the stairs up the hill. (Our friend however had to share the apartement with a stranger for several nights since the hotel was overbooked. The manager promised it was only for the first night, but it turned out to be three!)

This is a fantastic little hotel. The location is amazing - it looks right over Kleopatra beach. It's an easy walk down to the beach during the day and to the resort center on the other side every evening. the walk back up is a bit more difficult! Good for some exercise. The apartment itself was what I would expect from a much more expensive hotel. A really modern and clean living room, bathroom and bedroom. There was also a good kitchen so we could have breakfast at home each morning before the beach. There were two good sized balconies. It was lovely to watch the sunset while having a beer sitting out. The towels and sheets were changed every second day which was plenty. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food is the restaurant was mediocre but we didn't mind as we ate out most nights. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Bella Vista is a very clean and good size apartment with a fabulous view over Kleopatra beach and the city. The staff are all very pleasant and helpfull I think the owner is missing a trick here though the restaurant is in the best location in town but the food is nothing but mediocre, To be fair to them we only ate there at lunch time once , it was there Chance to impress us but they failed miserably with a very bland burger and poxy chips not much choice either, If they tell you they have a shuttle bus dont believe this , they have not Whoever said it is only 5 mins to the beach is either an olympic athlete or is in a taxi. By the way Taxis will take you up the Hill but they dont switch on there meter so they can charge you a bit more typically 10tl from the bottom of the hill, if you are in town centre you should catch a taxi there it will still only be 10tl the steps are not too bad but the slope halfway down the steps is the steepest hill i have ever seen and i live in the pennines, You need to take about £100 for taxis if you are staying 2 weeks, although most of the restaurants in town will pick you up for free, if you stay by the pool all day you may find it a little difficult to get a sun lounger as the Swedish and the Germans seem to own them All. I think as they evolve they may realize that a first come first served system is far more civilized and if you do go to the beach in the afternoon take your towel with you and give someone else a chance The management could easily sort this problem out if they took the towels away as they do on cruises. nothing more annoying than seeing a towel all alone on a lounger from 6am till afternoon Dont let this put you off though I would go to Bella Vista AGAIN no problem. the other bonus is that the room has its own gas rings (4) and fridge so you can save a few pounds by using the hotel shop and doing your own breakfast they also have a fridge with freezer compartment saved a few bob on drinks and orange. if you sit on the balcony in the evening you are right over the restaurant so you feel as though you are dining there anyway we did that till about 9pm before going into Alanya

Hi Great holiday and picked a great wee hotel. Check-in:arrived in the middle of the night but there was somebody there ok to check us in. No problems Rooms: Very clean and all housekeeping had been done to a high standard. Big studio apartment - double bed (two singles pushed together), air-con in bedroom. Kitchen: good sized, well stocked, we even cooked one day. Living room - big, two sofas. Bathroom was ok, shower a bit of a mind of its own, sprayed water everywhere so had to be careful. Balconies: Not one, but TWO balconies. The views and sunsets were fantastic (hence the name :) and makes everything worth it Location: Important to say that the hotel is at the top of a steep hill and though it was no problem to us, older / frail folk simply could not do it. There are two paths down, one is quite treacherous so only use it if feeling adventurous :) Taxis are only 10 Lira though and can take you to the taxi rank in the middle of Alanya. We did this most evenings. All you do is press a button in reception and one arrives within 5 mins, excellent! Breakfast is between 8 and 10, it is fine; melon, processed meats which i don't eat but looked ok, cheese and boiled eggs galore, plus lovely fresh bread. There is also a coffee machine and one for orange juice - the latter was not good, could've done with some water too. Menu for lunch / dinner is good - we had lunch most days there, beware the pizza is VERY cheesy! (Think that's the Turkish way though). Chicken sandwich was really good. Attended the Turkish night! Hilarious! There was a fashion show, traditional Turkish folk dancing during which my girlfriend & I got "married" and led a conga line!!!! All good fun. The food was great, traditional chicken kebab and buffet style salad. Pool: Swimming pool was 10m + a paddling pool, it was fine. There was a small argument between other guests at one stage due to the age-old problem of people leaving towels from early morning - limited space though but we always got two loungers in the end. Demographics; mostly Scandinavian, Dutch & a few German. We were the only native English speakers, great!! Staff: All good, friendly, always willing to stop and have a chat and a laugh. Very hard workers, long day for them. Other: the castle is just above the Hotel on the mountain, get a taxi though! Worth seeing. Our taxi driver even waited for us, 30 Lira all in....worth it. All beautifully lit up at night. There are also quite a few cats that live in and around the hotel! They didn't bother us but worth mentioning here All in all, would definitely go back, especially to Alanya as a resort.
