I spent eight wonderful days at this hotel. I got a spacious room on the 6th floor with a magnificent view of the mountains, a huge two-meter wide bed, quiet air conditioning, a safe, a kettle with a constantly replenished set of tea and coffee.
The pillow was comfortable, the blanket soft and comfortable.
All described additional services in the room were free, including unlimited water, which was replenished daily.
The area is small, but very cozy, there are many different sofas, tables, armchairs, even swing chairs.
I would especially like to mention the restaurant. I didn’t have to fight for tables or for food whenever I went there. Dirty dishes were removed by waiters instantly, and tables were set in the same way.
The food itself was very tasty, we were delighted with the excellent soups three times a day. The main dishes were not repeated during the week. There was not only chicken and turkey, but also beef, fish, and stuffed peppers. Everything was prepared very well, there was no heartburn or stomach upset. The chef himself ate the same food as the guests in the common room.
The entire hotel staff is a friendly, efficient team, ready to help guests, always friendly and welcoming. Many Russian speakers. I have never encountered a desire to lure out a tip.
Vacationers are mainly Russians, Germans, and Turks.
The hotel is a few minutes from the beautiful Cleopatra Beach.
The only downside was the noise from the street when the window was open, but it was compensated by the magnificent view. The rooms facing the pool are quieter.
Conclusion - sometimes a three-ruble will give a head start to any five. All the positive reviews about the hotel are true. I sincerely recommend it to fans of city hotels, there is an excellent coffee shop, a min market, and money exchange nearby.
Opposite the hotel is (in my opinion, compared to the others) a very profitable exchanger. If you go to the right from the hotel, you can walk to large shops Migros, etc. The reception will answer any request and your question, do not hesitate to contact them, always help, especially if the reception will work a fun, positive kid Ismail who speaks Russian.
This is the best 3* compared to the Europeans. This hotel is definitely recommended!
The staff are very friendly. I'm wildly sorry, but I can't count the older receptionist with whom I talked about changing the room. I think he's a little tired of the guests. The second employee, the younger one, is very friendly.
There is a wonderful beach 200 meters from the hotel, which is why we go there. To be fair, I have to say that there aren’t many really good options within the city, so maybe we’ll come back here, maybe not.
The hotel is beyond praise. Despite the stated 3 stars, very surprised by the quality of service and comfort! Asked friends from 4 stars, we had better)
Rooms are clean. Two beds are made into one, but they have one large mattress, not like many hotels two separate.
It's 5 minutes to the sea. The centre is 20 minutes' walk away.
We had windows on the city. Noisy, but it didn't bother us. But it's a great view from the window, of the mountains and the city.
The staff act like you're the most valued guest, everyone's just crazy polite and friendly. At the reception you can always ask interesting questions: help not only in questions about the hotel, but also humanly advise on how to go anywhere, where to go, where to buy what. English is well spoken, many people know Russian. Special praise for the employees at the restaurant: work at a frantic speed as soon as you finish your meal - immediately take the dirty dishes, wipe every crumb. They work like bees, while everyone smiles, wishing a pleasant holiday.
There's more than enough food. I don't know who lacked variety, we had enough. There was always something to choose from: at least 2 side dishes, 3 meats, dozens of salads, fresh vegetables and fruits, very delicious sweets. Eating to the ground, trying to try everything) The only thing is, there was no fish, but so much where in Turkey. I don't eat meat, but I still had a lot to choose from. There's a bar, you can sit down tonight. Sometimes live music comes.
The only upset was the hamam didn't work, they said after the covid they decided to close it. That's why there's only a pool of entertainment.
If we're still in Alanya, we'll definitely be back here!
Hotel worthy of solid,4*+
The sympathetic, friendly staff (Ibragim was particularly impressed at the reception, who spoke Russian perfectly. Very sympathetic employee!)
Checked in instantly, at 10 o'clock instead of 14, which freed us plenty of extra time to rest. Instead of a standard room, we were offered a two-bedroom, which was even more pleasing since my adult son and I are perfectly placed in separate rooms)
The buffet allowed for a very varied diet. (Fish, two meats, chicken, various sautés and salads, side dishes - very much in total) Thank the chefs very much! It was delicious!
Great location: 5-7 minutes to the sea at medium pace, 25 minutes to the funicular, 40 minutes to the Red Tower and Bazaar on foot👍
I recommend the hotel with full confidence!
To begin with, we'd like to say that if you want to have a silent and a carefree vacation in the middle of the city, you can choose it.
First of all, this is not the first time when we were there,we were met by the helpful staff. Registration was done in some minutes. The porter insisted to help us with the luggage. The flat, not the room, was clean. There were towels, slippers.
There is a bar, a clean pool with a bar and you can taste local ghiozleme. The restaurant is opened three times a day. The food is enough tasty and varied. We are not heavy eaters 😁 and it was enough for us. We like city hotels because they give us the opportunity to taste local food in local restaurants, markets etc.
The hotel is very clean, and this is the main reason why we have chosen it.
The staff is very attentive and receptive.
We'd like to thank for everything!🇲🇩
1) excellent staff, fulfills all requests (from changing the pillow to moving to another room at 23.00 (they didn’t wait until the morning))
2) the food is good, according to 3, there is little meat (beef), the choice of food is not large, but everything is very tasty, there is chicken, turkey, in 6 days there was fish twice, the cheese is surprisingly all very tasty, vegetables, fruits, pickles . Breakfast is a bit sparse, but we always got our fill. Thanks to the chefs! Tea/coffee/water/juice/soda - everything is freely available 24/7.
3) the staff in the dining room is just 10 points out of 10, Thank you everyone, quickly and clearly. The only thing is that the distribution area seemed a little small to me; if there is an influx of guests during the season, it seems to me there will be queues.
4) there is excellent Internet connection in the room (as well as throughout the entire territory), the safe works, there are slippers, soap/snout only soap (dispensers hang). Maybe something will be added this season, I don’t know.
5) the location is excellent, 15 minutes to the funicular, 7-10 minutes to the sea. We were there in the off-season, I don’t know which beach the hotel is attached to. And the only thing the hotel does is give discount coupons for sunbeds. The hotel itself has a lot of places to sit, sofas, armchairs with soft cushions. We saw a separate play area for children, but it is not working now.
6) the only negative: there is a Brooklyn restaurant nearby, there is karaoke... with all the ensuing evening consequences. Ask for rooms facing the pool if someone wants to sleep at night.
Summary: the holiday was a success, I liked the hotel.
This year only the weather is very hot, 10° more than last year. Prices of sunbeds and umbrellas have doubled, last year it was 70 lire, this year 140. And big claims on Anextour. Well, the planes are trash, the seats are sculpted, neither bent nor accelerated! And the flight from Krasnoyarsk is 7 hours! Last year flying with the Turks was very comfortable. Holidaymakers are no longer put in anything!
