Hotel Remi does not deserve 4 stars. The towels in the rooms are old, washed out. Water was flowing from the ceiling in the bathroom as the neighbor was bathing above us - shock. There are no hangers for drying swimwear on the balconies. No water in the fridge - with the all inclusive option. Also no exposed water in the lobby or reception area, you have to ask a waiter every time. Little space by the pool, nowhere to sit outside. Poor service by the pool perhaps because there was only one waiter. Nice service but still waiting for tips. Maximum 3 stars

We went with my husband and child (11 months). I didn’t look at the distance from the airport, I chose this hotel, it’s far from the airport, and if you weren’t the first to be picked up on the way, it’s another quest to endure 3-4 hours of travel with a child ((but we were lucky 2.5 hours and we were at the hotel. We arrived in the first hour nights, we were greeted very well at the reception, we immediately checked in, were shown to our room, connected to Wi-Fi (by the way, the reception is excellent throughout the hotel, which is important in the room as well), we asked if we wanted to eat, and sent us to the dining room; by the time we went down, the table was already set . At the reception I was met by a very pleasant man, unfortunately I didn’t remember his name, an adult with gray hair (his name is similar to Nazar), the room on the third floor was 314, cozy, there was a balcony (although the table on the balcony was wobbly) The rest was excellent 👍. Of course, the variety is not very good, but we had enough, there was meat and vegetables and fruits, we are not picky so see for yourself, the main thing for me was that the child could eat without problems, and so it was. The hotel is located very conveniently, everything you need is nearby, the sea. it’s a two-minute walk, but the beach is a bit dirty, be sure to take towels from home (we didn’t get any at the hotel, even though it’s paid) on the beach there are also paid sun loungers and towels, I took a blanket from home, sunbathing on it was fine. What is lame is the cleaning, or we were so lucky, disposable soap, shampoo, etc. were replenished once, and when we checked in, that was all, the floors were washed three times and then two of them we asked for ourselves, towels were changed every other time, the bed was not changed at all not once, only one sheet and then because the child spilled on it, I washed the blanket myself by hand (there are no duvet covers at all), they hung a sign for cleaning to no avail. Otherwise, everything is super, and the staff is responsive and helpful, they will tell you everything you ask, overall I’m happy and I think I’ll come back here again, though when the baby grows up🙈to make the journey easier.

The hotel is nowhere near 4 stars. Three at most. The rooms are very small for the summer resort and doors slam all the time. I would recommend taking ear plugs. Food was inconsistent - one day very poor and average another day is very nice with good variety. You never know what to expect. When the source or oil finished they did not automatically refill until you point it out. Wine is terrible, beer is ok. Cleaning is poor, towels were grey. We hunted white ones from the maid’s trolley and tried to keep them. Shower gel was non-existent, needed to ask at reception, tv never worked in two weeks, despite asked at the reception multiple times. Reception staff and management simply didn’t care about the guests. No security. Nobody spoke English, one guy spoke Russian (the friendliest and most helpful one). Beds were hard, bed sheets were put directly to the mattress, nothing in between. Very tired hotel, required renovation. When we moved in, the table was dirty and felt like bed linen were used. If you are comparing 4star hotels, know this one is way less than four. If you are on a par with 3 stars, this one may win. Location is perfect for the beach, center, and surroundings. Not sure if I’d be back. Only if nothing else is suitable.

We bought a ticket through anex tour for 140 thousand for two for 8 nights. I will say right away that we are not one of those who find fault with service, but when you simply sit at the table and eat quietly, waiters can come up to you and poke at your phone, touch your pill box, and generally remove the dishes from the table without asking whether you have finished your meal.
- The time was 21:30, all the time we were swimming in the pool the staff saw it, and only after half an hour they decided to bother saying that there was chemicals in there and health problems could begin. For your information, it is not written anywhere until what time you can swim (although we have been to other hotels and calmly swam until 23:00). We decided to find out why this happened from the administration, they left us to blame, saying that our tour operator should talk about these moments, and in general supposedly “you see that no one is swimming, so it’s impossible”, that is, we must proceed from the fact that others are swimming there or No. So the pool is just for beauty.
- Cleaning woman. there was a knock on the room, we opened it, there was a cleaning lady standing there, we said that we’d be leaving in 5 minutes, she said sweetly Okay, after a while there was a knock on the door again, before we could leave we saw this picture - she furiously and brazenly entered our room while simultaneously talking on the phone , let me remind you that we were still getting ready to go out. Upon arrival in the room, we find that the cleaning lady rearranged my glasses that were lying on the sink, cleaned their closet, when the staff does not have the right to touch the personal belongings of hotel guests. Firstly, I couldn’t find them, and secondly, it was wildly unpleasant for me that someone was managing my things at all.
- Purity. That is, its absence, which is indicated by dust on the wallpaper, a terribly dirty air conditioner, peeling wallpaper, a cracked door, a rusty shower stall, no dryer, you have to dry it on anything. Bed linen with stains. Dirty mirrors, even after cleaning the room. We were told that linen and towels are changed every 3 days. Firstly, not everything was changed, for example, the sheets were changed, but they decided to leave the pillowcases; They gave me a smelly, damp towel, as if they had just brought it from the next room and hung it up nicely.
- The hotel is 4 stars, but this is a definite D if you compare price = quality.
- Among the advantages:
- In general, the food is delicious, you won’t go hungry.
- The hotel is located in the center, you can walk, close to the sea.
- The hotel itself is calm, the contingent is 40+.

Hotel Remi is a very outdated, dirty and warm hotel. Our bed linen and towels were very dirty, time and again there were brown stains in it. The shower was broken, the toilet leaked, and we found a lot of dirty hair. The dinner buffet looked bad, little choice, and everything tasted lukewarm or mega chewy. Staff did not look fresh and not everyone wore neat/clean looking clothes. Of course we passed on these complaints, but nothing was done. It was written on a long list every day and it was promised that they would fix it. Unfortunately, they did not succeed. We would definitely not book a second time. This hotel has affected our holiday in a very negative way.

Its 2* stars, not 4* stars hotel!!
I was unaware that Remi hotel belongs to the Kleopatra group
To take a bath in scalding or cold water, you cannot adjust it. Horrible food, just chicken, in 10 days 2x fish and of course chicken. Sometimes they even use leftover chicken from the day before, shred it and mix it with rice and to go with... chicken!!!!. I know the Kleopatra group doesn't have good food, but this was the worst hotel in the group.
To take a shower, only boiling or cold water, you cannot control the temperature. The rod that supports the shower curtain (yes, a very old curtain) was loose, so it wouldn't fall, they had a plastic bag tied to it.
Bed linen, just a sheet underneath, the top sheet doesn't exist, just a blanket to cover up.
In 10 days they never put clean bedding.
Friendly staff, shame they don't speak even basic English.
Good location, in town and near beach..

We always read reviews and try to take them with a pinch of salt as two young girls who just basically go on holiday to party - however I wish we read the bad reviews and took them more seriously lol. I’m going to bulletpoint my reasonings just to make it easier.

The good:
- Decent wifi. Worked all around the hotel and also in our room.
- Free safe in the room which was very appreciated
- The staff were helpful when we needed help and were very friendly.
- The location is also really good. Close to Mcdonald’s and Burger King (which you’ll later read I really needed). Very close to all the clubs and the strip and plenty of shops and restaurants all around the corner.

Now…… the bad:
- The pool, just horrendous. It’s small with about 20 sunbeds which wasn’t too bad for us as we came late august - but any other time of the year I feel would be very sparse. There are flies around the pool that honestly do not leave you alone. They’re on you constantly so you’re spending the whole time swatting them away.
- The rooms are basic. Not ideal. Mini fridge wasn’t cold, air con is not great, our twin room was absolutely tiny - when you opened the door it was close enough to hit the end of your bed. The showers temperature changes every 2 seconds and there’s no drainage in the bathroom so the floor just stays soaking wet from your showers for the entire holiday basically. There were cockroaches in our room which honestly made me feel sick but thank you to the staff for removing them.
- The food……… this was honestly close to ruining my entire holiday. There’s absolutely no choice at all. If you’re a fussy eater or just want any basic food do not bother at all. It’s all Turkish soups and stews. There’s no labels at all so you have no idea what you’re eating and allergies? Non existent apparently cause you’ll have no idea what’s in your food. No toaster for toast in the morning, no english breakfast food at all, no waffles / pancakes, no chips, no pizza, no burgers, no chicken, honestly nothing ideal. Had to spend a fortune just eating out every night instead. No ice cream or anything which I found surprising as it was almost reaching 40 degrees when we were there.
- The staff aren’t really attentive, didn’t ever ask us if we wanted a drink with our meals but seemed to be doing it with everyone else? Not really sure why. One of the staff members asked why I was only eating bread so we told him there wasn’t much variety with food to which he just laughed and walked away.

I don’t really like to give bad reviews to be honest, but I don’t think the reviews for this place aligned with the hotel at all and I just wanted to give an honest picture of what the hotel was like and our experience with it.

terrible hotel, too expensive for this level, it does not correspond to 4 *, maximum 2 *. the room stinks of a musty smell and mold, the bathroom stinks of sewage, the old bathroom door barely opens, the watering can is torn, mold on silicone. dust on the countertop by the sink. hair dryer covered in bare wires, dust and dirt everywhere. towels stink. There was only shower gel upon arrival and that's it, they didn't bring it anymore. cleaning is done terribly, bed linen has not been changed for 9 days, bed linen is stained and stinks. I wanted to leave the hotel but they didn't even let me do that. I didn't even want to go back, wasted money. I do not advise anyone. in the design of liquid wallpaper everything is covered in dust. for that kind of money, I could relax in a normal hotel and not in this wretched place.

We visited the hotel in the middle of July with the all Inclusive program.

I liked it - strategic location in the center of Alanya, close to the beach, the cable car station to the castle and to the harbor and shopping center.

Friendly ,helpful and fun staff, fantastic Turkish gastronomy and tea.

In the bar near the pool (open 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.) you can have local drinks .

There is the Turkish bath in the hotel with possibility to choose different kind of massage.

On the beach you must pay deck chair and parasol.

The all-inclusive concept on the beach is not valid. Standard all-inclusive system is valid between 07.00-23.00 hrs. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in all rooms. All rooms have a water heater and tea is available free of charge.
