Cosy hotel in a perfect place 100 m from Kleoptra beach nr 4. Beach is beautiful and sandy, the views around are so nice...Rooms are simple but have everything one can need, small fridge, safe box, free wifi (all teritory and also in the room), equiped balcony. Swimming pool is the size which allows U to swim and not just to sit it...Food is perfect for vegeterians, big meat lovers can miss the meat sometimes. Deserts, watermelons and cakes more than enough. Wine red and white of very acceptable quality. There are also SPA possibilitys, but didnt trie. The promenade along the sea is perfect for morning jogging or evening walking, with pools, lights, benches, cafes and the good atmosphere. The main advantage of the hotel is the super friendly staff that makes U feel like at home....Thank U Remi for super nice and relaxing holiday....Will return if there will be the possibility.

Hotel Remi does not deserve 4 stars. The towels in the rooms are old, washed out. Water was flowing from the ceiling in the bathroom as the neighbor was bathing above us - shock. There are no hangers for drying swimwear on the balconies. No water in the fridge - with the all inclusive option. Also no exposed water in the lobby or reception area, you have to ask a waiter every time. Little space by the pool, nowhere to sit outside. Poor service by the pool perhaps because there was only one waiter. Nice service but still waiting for tips. Maximum 3 stars

The hotel was very clear. The staff is very kind and helpful. Big pool with lots of places. The all inclusive is super and varied. The room was big and good equipped. You can reach the sandy beach with few minutes walking. We will return soon!

We stayed here for five days and all of them were great. Personnel is friendly and helpful, food was great big variety and different main meals every day. Hotel isn't new, but all is clean and working. Hamam downstairs was wonderful too, all massagers are professionals and all of them have medical knowledge. Also very close to the see and main street. Truly great place to visit.

Please avoid this hotel, rude manager / receptionist “Dilawer”. Toilet seat loose falling apart. Aircon out of order of room 315 for last three days when I complained above named started misbehaving and rudely said this is because you are changing settings, like I have never used Aircon in my life. Please do not book this hotel if you do not want to ruin your holiday.

This hotel is awful and definitely not a 4star. My husband and I arrived Tuesday afternoon and checked out Wednesday morning after finding another hotel. When we first arrived the guy at reception was very cold and not welcoming at all, after walking up 5 flights of stairs with 3 suitcases (lift very small and packed) we went to our room which was very basic and dated. The room had 1 plug socket which got very hot when in use. The minibar had 2 cartons of water and a rusty bottle opener in. The shower was luke warm and poor water pressure, I refused to shower due to black mould around the bottom. The bathroom was dirty with no hand soap! The bed was rock solid with uncomfortable pillows and the balcony had a table with 1 chair which was broken. The air conditioning unit was old and made a terrible noise when we had it on. The gym was shocking, a tiny room with wallpaper peeling off the walls and the equipment was old and dirty. We were prepared to overlook the room and went down for a drink and dinner. The staff at the bar were incredibly rude and told us we would have to pay for our drinks and laughed at us when we said we are all inclusive. They had poor English and spoke to each other in their language and kept looking at us and laughing god knows what they were saying. They made us feel very uncomfortable. We left the bar with no drinks, dinner was another disappointment due to the lack of choice, chicken rice and salad, the rice was delicious though. The puddings were dripping in syrup. We went out and spent our first night going from hotel to hotel to find somewhere is to stay. Before dinner we spoke to the guy at reception to ask if there was another room we could stay in but was told they was not. We finally found another hotel diamond hill resort on line and booked that for the following day. We are fortunate enough to have money to pay for another hotel but some couples/families might not want of been able to do that. When we checked out the staff didn’t seem bothered, the manager wanted to know why and didn’t appear fazed when we told her. The best thing she done was ring us a taxi. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I would't say is a 4* hotel. However it is not bad as you have the best beach in Alania only 1 minute away from it. The property is clean. The staff is friendly and helps you out with everything you need. What I liked best about it was the food. Extremely delicious and yummu! Cheers to the cheff! The pool is quite small but on the other hand both the room and the bathroom are comfortable, good and clean. Actually it's worth the money, without too much luxury.

I find it very hard to believe that this sells itself as a four star hotel, it is no more than a 2 star. Rooms are ok basic but small. The food was absolutely disgusting. Poor quality meat and tasteless and very repetitive. Any of the hot food that was left over from the previous night was then served in the salad the next day, a Brussels sprout salad is just too weird. The pool area is tiny and we did not spend any day there even if we wanted to. To get a bed you would have had to go to get up very early . The staff on the reception were poor and could hardly communicate in English. The WiFi in the rooms was very slow and actually didn’t work at all for 2 days . The only area where you could receive reasonable WiFi was in the reception area . The only redeeming feature were the very friendly pool/ restaurant staff who made an effort to serve you well and make conversation in English . Also the massages were excellent good value and very relaxing .

I think we were the only British guests staying here. Food was ok but limited. We were all inclusive but only ate there a handful of times. We spent most of our time away from the hotel due to staff being really unfriendly barring one member who worked the bar. Room was tiny but clean. Pool was small with several loungers, but we found 2 couples would put their towels out on the loungers then sit at one of the 5 tables and chairs by the pool so nobody else could use them. I wouldn't stay here again.
