We visited the hotel in the middle of July with the all Inclusive program. I liked it - strategic location in the center of Alanya, close to the beach, the cable car station to the castle and to the harbor and shopping center. Friendly ,helpful and fun staff, fantastic Turkish gastronomy and tea. In the bar near the pool (open 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.) you can have local drinks . There is the Turkish bath in the hotel with possibility to choose different kind of massage. On the beach you must pay deck chair and parasol.

We visited the hotel at the end of June with the All Inclusive program. A small hotel in the center of Alanya, close to the beach and the cable car station to the castle. Walking distance to the harbor and shopping and disco center near the harbor (about 15 minutes). Smaller rooms with air conditioning and balcony, bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. In the middle, a smaller pool with free sunbeds and umbrellas, a few tables at the outdoor bar, next to the reception a small terrace with gutters and chairs. Free WiFi throughout the hotel, worked without problems. Friendly and helpful staff, daily cleaning of rooms and change of towels. Turkish and therefore healthy food - stewed meat (chicken, mutton) with vegetables, sometimes grilled fish or fried chicken, as a side dish with rice, bulgur, pasta, sometimes fries. Lots of mixed raw vegetables that you can season with olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate balsamic or apple cider vinegar. Desserts in the style of pudding cubes, variously flavored, some with nuts and pistachios. In the bar near the pool (open 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.) local drinks (white and red wine, local low-grade beer and local alcoholic drinks free of charge). Self-service machines for tea, coffee, fruit post-mixes and chilled water. The biggest plus of the hotel is the Turkish bath directly in the hotel with the possibility of various programs and massages.

terrible hotel, too expensive for this level, it does not correspond to 4 *, maximum 2 *. the room stinks of a musty smell and mold, the bathroom stinks of sewage, the old bathroom door barely opens, the watering can is torn, mold on silicone. dust on the countertop by the sink. hair dryer covered in bare wires, dust and dirt everywhere. towels stink. There was only shower gel upon arrival and that's it, they didn't bring it anymore. cleaning is done terribly, bed linen has not been changed for 9 days, bed linen is stained and stinks. I wanted to leave the hotel but they didn't even let me do that. I didn't even want to go back, wasted money. I do not advise anyone. in the design of liquid wallpaper everything is covered in dust. for that kind of money, I could relax in a normal hotel and not in this wretched place.

Cosy hotel in a perfect place 100 m from Kleoptra beach nr 4. Beach is beautiful and sandy, the views around are so nice...Rooms are simple but have everything one can need, small fridge, safe box, free wifi (all teritory and also in the room), equiped balcony. Swimming pool is the size which allows U to swim and not just to sit it...Food is perfect for vegeterians, big meat lovers can miss the meat sometimes. Deserts, watermelons and cakes more than enough. Wine red and white of very acceptable quality. There are also SPA possibilitys, but didnt trie. The promenade along the sea is perfect for morning jogging or evening walking, with pools, lights, benches, cafes and the good atmosphere. The main advantage of the hotel is the super friendly staff that makes U feel like at home....Thank U Remi for super nice and relaxing holiday....Will return if there will be the possibility.

Hotel Remi does not deserve 4 stars. The towels in the rooms are old, washed out. Water was flowing from the ceiling in the bathroom as the neighbor was bathing above us - shock. There are no hangers for drying swimwear on the balconies. No water in the fridge - with the all inclusive option. Also no exposed water in the lobby or reception area, you have to ask a waiter every time. Little space by the pool, nowhere to sit outside. Poor service by the pool perhaps because there was only one waiter. Nice service but still waiting for tips. Maximum 3 stars

We stayed here for five days and all of them were great. Personnel is friendly and helpful, food was great big variety and different main meals every day. Hotel isn't new, but all is clean and working. Hamam downstairs was wonderful too, all massagers are professionals and all of them have medical knowledge. Also very close to the see and main street. Truly great place to visit.

Please avoid this hotel, rude manager / receptionist “Dilawer”. Toilet seat loose falling apart. Aircon out of order of room 315 for last three days when I complained above named started misbehaving and rudely said this is because you are changing settings, like I have never used Aircon in my life. Please do not book this hotel if you do not want to ruin your holiday.

This hotel is awful and definitely not a 4star. My husband and I arrived Tuesday afternoon and checked out Wednesday morning after finding another hotel. When we first arrived the guy at reception was very cold and not welcoming at all, after walking up 5 flights of stairs with 3 suitcases (lift very small and packed) we went to our room which was very basic and dated. The room had 1 plug socket which got very hot when in use. The minibar had 2 cartons of water and a rusty bottle opener in. The shower was luke warm and poor water pressure, I refused to shower due to black mould around the bottom. The bathroom was dirty with no hand soap! The bed was rock solid with uncomfortable pillows and the balcony had a table with 1 chair which was broken. The air conditioning unit was old and made a terrible noise when we had it on. The gym was shocking, a tiny room with wallpaper peeling off the walls and the equipment was old and dirty. We were prepared to overlook the room and went down for a drink and dinner. The staff at the bar were incredibly rude and told us we would have to pay for our drinks and laughed at us when we said we are all inclusive. They had poor English and spoke to each other in their language and kept looking at us and laughing god knows what they were saying. They made us feel very uncomfortable. We left the bar with no drinks, dinner was another disappointment due to the lack of choice, chicken rice and salad, the rice was delicious though. The puddings were dripping in syrup. We went out and spent our first night going from hotel to hotel to find somewhere is to stay. Before dinner we spoke to the guy at reception to ask if there was another room we could stay in but was told they was not. We finally found another hotel diamond hill resort on line and booked that for the following day. We are fortunate enough to have money to pay for another hotel but some couples/families might not want of been able to do that. When we checked out the staff didn’t seem bothered, the manager wanted to know why and didn’t appear fazed when we told her. The best thing she done was ring us a taxi. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
