Great service and food. Very good location. Beautiful view from the Panorama Bar. Small minus for the toilets in the rooms, it was not sterile. Plus for the free WiFi. In general it was good place for holiday. I recommend this place. It is good place for the families and for the couples.

Bad beach, beds are placed where they are not allowed on the beach and it causing conflicts between hotel guests and other people on beach, which is not good and creates a bad experience for hotel guests.

I stayed at Panorama the last week before it closed up for the season, November. The first two days it rained, but there is a lot to do in Alanya and at the hotel anyway. There is a very nice spa and Ibrahim who did the massage is great, one of the best! I also did my nails and hair. The nails turned out nice and three weeks later they still look good. The hair turned out about 10 cm shorter than I wanted it to be :( . The breakfast and the food at the beach bar was as expected, the salads were also ok, but the rest….I ended up going to different restaurants in the evenings even though I had all inclusive. Maybe I had bad luck because it was the last week before closing up, but I was quite disappointed as I normally like all types of food. The restaurant is also very noisy. There are so many great restaurants in Alanya so I would recommend going to at least a few of them anyway.. The room was nice and clean but I had som problems with the lights and the fridge the last two days. I liked the hotel, but there are some things to adjust. This hotel has potential to be really good and the location is great.

We chose this hotel because its location. It has private pool and beach with designated beds, so we felt very comfortable. We took 7-day all inclusive offer and we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. On top of that all drinks - coffee, water, beer, juice, cocktails - alc/non-alc - are included in the price, from 10.00 a.m. until 12.00 p.m. (after 12.00 p.m. you will be charged) and also from 16:00 to 17:00 there's coffee time, where they serve ice-cream and cookies (all these are at the bar from the beach) and from 23 until 24:00 there is another snack - late night soup (we never tried this one). Also on the bar by the beach they have the bar where they can also serve food, from 11:30 - omelettes, salads, Italian pizza and Turkish Pizza. The breakfast - lunch - dinner are buffet type and the varieties are endless. They cook a lot of food, for all the tastes and for everyone. POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THE FOOD: the food comes in varieties for everyone, the dinner is amazing, they cook the Turkish meat with spices and it tastes just great, during dinner the chef comes and greets people, which is very cool, during breakfast you can have omelette or roasted egg made just in front of you by the sous-chefs, the waiters are very kind people and they try to speak to you in your native language, they serve with drinks all the time. Turkish tea is very tasty and it is served in traditional cups. The variety for deserts is very nice, they had cakes, jellies, baclava and rahat lukum. NEGATIVE ASPECTS: We were offered a dinner where they have "A la carte"restaurant, but we were told that we have to come at 19:00 sharp. The menu was predefined, so we could not chose and the option was "Asian dinner" - the soup was not great at all, full with starch, it looked like a reheated jelly, it was sushi in the menu, but we did not get it, the aperitif was just three little spring rolls (images attached), the salad was said to have fish (this was also missing) and the main dish was also without Asian flavor. Unfortunately next day I had a rush on both of my hands, but it was nothing serious. I trully believe it is from this, because I was eating food from the buffet for 5 days and I felt great and after this meal I was dispaoointed by their "a la carte" option. What we think is that they should cook traditional Turkish food only, because it is just great, packed with taste and not try to approach other cuisines. The second negative thing: COFFEE: all the coffee is instant coffee. If you order capuccino, you receive what they call "white coffee", which is instant coffee with instant creamer. If you order espresso you get "black coffee" - instant coffee. The Turkish coffee is not for free in there, so you have to pay. OVERALL FEELING: we were very pleased by their service and their work. THE STAY: We arrived at 3.30 in the morning. so the concierge was very kind and offered us a cold plate with vegetables, cheese, a bit of ham and drinks. They are very nice people, they were always answering our questions. The hotel offers beach towels(the blue ones) . The cleaning ladies do not speak any other language so we could not understand much - but we used signs a lot and everything went well. A negative aspect is that the ventilation from the toilet does not work that good, because the smell of sea water was quite present. The rooms are clean, nothing to comment, we had a tea pot and cold water in the fridge waiting for us. WI-FI does not really work in your room, but you have a very good connection on the beach :) The hotel has security and parking. It offers every night an entertainment program :) They have a TV room with good internet and gym facilities included in the price. After check-out at 12:00 we were allowed to leave the luggage at the reception and also to attend the lunch and dinner (they did not remove the access bracelet) The hotel premises comes with its own inhabitants: CATS. We are cat lovers so we spent a lot of time trying to play with them or feed them. They have arranged a feeding point:) We felt very safe in there and I recommend this place with warmth. :)

I was in the hotel on business but I took my children, too for holiday. I was pleasantly surprised. Panorama hotel has very friendly staff. The food is excellent, really high quality and there was quite a variety of it. The beach is clean and beautiful and since the hotel is right at the beach, there is also a beach restaurant with cocktails, and soft drinks. For the ones who do not wish to swim in the sea there is a cristal clear pool with a great poolbar. Also for those who wish to eat something different than what the regular kitchen offers (at least 20 types of food/meal) and extra offer of beautiful tasty sweets & cakes, well for those there is also a rooftop bar. I can only reccomend this place.

Booked this holiday through Voyage Prive for our family of 8, on arrival we booked in and were taken across a busy road pulling suitcases to the hotel itself which is seperate to the resuraunt and beach, although it has an underground tunnel under the busy road this has a lot of stair, not good if travelling with elderly parents, we booked 4 pool view rooms which none looked onto a pool!! but stretching our neck on the tiny balcony you can just about see it, the room itself was very small and uncomfortable. Worst was the customer service this hotel caters for Russian German and Danish they hardly have any British people staying which was very obvious as hardly any staff soke english , there was excursions but none in English we had to go out the hotel to find somewhere to help, the young woman on reception was rude and just shrugged her shoulders when asked for help. The dining room is a free for all school dinner hall, as a family of eight we had to find out own tables and were seperated every night, staff in the resturaunt (apart from Kidur) were not attentive to our needs at all , although I must say the food was very good. This was an all inclusive hotel which meant the drinks were free up to midnight, when you could actually taste any form of alcohol was we you paid after this time, there was very little alcohol in any of our drinks. Dirty glasses were on the wall outside our rooms for 4 days until they were removed!! Voyage Prive said this was a 4 star + but I would not even give it 3 stars, this hotel especially the service ruined what should have been an enjoyable family time and I would encourage others to stay elsewhere

One of the best hotels in Alanya for more than 50 years. Management attaches great importance to guest satisfaction. Because it is in the city center, it is only a few minutes on foot to reach places to visit, shopping and night clubs. Do not choose here if you want to have a holiday in a very luxurious hotel without leaving the hotel.

It's been a while since I was here, but I still think of this place. It's a really nice hotel with a lot of different food every day - there is a buffet, and a restaurant and they also have a restaurant at the pool and the beach side, which is nice because there is different menus! I normally don't book ''all inclusive'' or stay at the same hotel for more than a few days.. Actually I only book hotels to sleep in, but this one is fantastic. there is a lot of activities for adults and kids. every morning I joined the water gymnastic/yoga thing. afterward theres thousands of activities to do. I tried they hamam as well, and Turkish flat bread. delicious. the pool is big enough, and they have a kids pool, and if you're tired of being at the pool, just go across the road and enjoy the beach instead, theres also a lot to do there. it's close to the market, so you can walk into the city and promenade if you want. I'd recommend you to join them at the evening entertainment, it's really fun and they have something different every day! the hotel are nice, there is not so many homeless animals here compared to a lot of other hotels. I saw only 2 cats during a whole week. the rooms are clean, the staff is very sweet and friendly and you can easily get along with them. buy a bath ring or a ball to play with in the water, it's a really nice hotel. I'd come back here if I'm going to alanya again. TIP: if you can, then fly to gazipasa instead of Antalya. is only a 30 min drive instead of 2 hours if you fly to Antalya and then take the trip to alanya. you'll save a lot of time.
