We rested with my sister in October at the Xperia Grand Bali Hotel. Very nice hotel, rooms, bar, dining room, pool. Comfortable air-conditioned bus from the airport. We arrived at the hotel early, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist and offered to have breakfast. After breakfast we checked into a room, there were no free rooms, and we were offered a royal room for a day without any additional payments, in the end we lived in it for the whole vacation)) It was a two-room suite, with a bath, shower and a large balcony, overlooking to the sea and mountains! The room was cleaned on request, you could turn on either the cleaning button or not disturb. Cleopatra Beach was a 5 minute walk away. Great views, water, cafes and music on the beach. Food for every taste. Mandatory chicken, beef, turkey and white fish daily. Always a selection of sweets and fruits. I was especially pleased and remembered by the hotel staff, they mostly speak English, but in any case they are smiling and welcoming. At the reception, you could always take masks and ask for everything you need. I liked the bar the most, our favorite bartender Yakup works there. When he came to work, the whole bar was filled with positive! He is very attentive and respectful, always keeps bar clean, wipes the tables every 5 minutes)) brings cocktails when they run out, asks how are you and jokes)) He charged us with a good mood for the whole day!!! The bar served local and original drinks. I really liked their "Baileys" and cola-rum with ice and lime)) Very cool hotel location, close to castle, port, Starbucks, many shops. In general, I highly recommend it to everyone)) Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

The hotel has a nice interior and is in a very good location. Everything is very near - the beach, shops, teleferik, archaelogy museum etc. Everything was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Only the food was not very delicious. Some dishes were tasteless, fruits were low quality and there was few variety. For example we got fish only once a week. Also we didn't like Russian music in the bar that was played quite often, would have preferred Turkish music :) But all in all, it's a nice hotel in a good location

The hotel is good, its 4 stars fully justified. Located a 3-minute walk from Cleopatra Beach, there are many cafes, restaurants and other entertainment nearby. The main attractions of Alanya are also very close( funicular, cave, museum, water park). First two sunbeds and an umbrella cost $6 , then two employees came up and said $7 or 210 lira. I heard you could just buy a cocktail and use sunbeds, but that's not true. You should pay for both a cocktail and sunbeds with umbrellas. Cocktails cost about 360 lire. The beach itself is dirty, lots of plastic and bulls from cigarettes, for they smoke everywhere and all the time. The water is clean in the morning, but by the evening you swim in plastic, which is thrown off pleasure boats and boats. Overall, I can recommend because of the good location.

This hotel is a totaly fraugh. First they gave us economy room with a smell of cat pi and explained that this is a first floor so cats can jump to a balcony, but if we pay some extra money they will give us better room. So we payed 100 euro in cash with no receip for better room. Food is terrible every day the same for lunch and dinner si we go in restorant for extra money although we have all inclusive. Drinks are full of water, and everything exept room and sheets are dirty. The safe you jave also to pay extra, beach towels extra.Do not pay for this hotel because it not even 3 stars or just pay for bed. Never again

Good: Great staff, so nice and fun. Great with kids.We got a family room upgrade instead of a standard room. (2 kids). The location is perfect in the heart of Alanya, close to the beach number 1 and 2. Rooms are clean and modern. Pool is clean.
Bad: food. Same food every day. You can take only 2 spoons, rarely do they allow refill. Same old tasteless sweets. My son only eats watermelon for breakfast and at 9 it is gone.No refill. They offer so little choice like a 2* hotel. Not enough toilet paper. We are family of 4 and we got so little. TV only Turkish channels. Internet is very slow. Conclusion: location and nice staff are the best. Food is for a 2* hotel, such a shame.

I was here in October and everything was really great. The hotel is in a perfect location (everything is around hotel the beach, shops, teleferik, museum etc.) Hotel was very clean and staff was helpful, friendly and always smiling to everyone :) Also they have a high quality free WiFi 👍 The internet was working everywhere (outside too, on the street as well👍). So if you want to have great time and live in a good location you have to choose Xperia Grand Bali 🏨 They also have hotel near the beach 👍 it's called Xperia Saray beach 🏖️ also you can go to this hotel👍😎

It was my first time in Alanya and I didn't know what to expect. We chose hotel in the city center because we wanted to see a little bit of the city. It's 4* hotel so the rooms are smaller then in 5* which is normal (hotel standardization) but rooms are very nice and clean! Our rom had balcony and there's also a beautiful view of the Castle. Food is so so, not terrible but not great also. If you are staying in Grand Bali you can use beach at Xperia Beach hotel for free which is great! Because of the policy only adults (in Xperia Beach hotel) we had an amazing experience with animation team and their shows! That is something soooo extravagant and really for adults only lol. We had a lot of fun!
Also, I would love to say a few words for some people. In Xperia Grand Bali we were welcomed by Yunus (receptionist) who is sooo polite and kind and made us feel really welcomed and everytime was greeting us with big smile. Hulya is woman working in the kitchen who doesn't speak english BUT she is awesome!! You can feel her positivity only through smile! Cihan (bartender) - really nice, young guy who also made our stay great!
In Xperia Beach - big love for animation team Bora and Anas, amazing guys!! They know how to entertain people. Husein - guy at the beach, so great guy, always smiling and so kind to everyone
And in the end I would like to thank Milena (manager) for kindness, always with smile and ready to help in every situation. They all made us laugh and it was hard to say goodbye to them. Those are really loving people who made us feel wonderful.

We stayed at the hotel in the second half of October 2023. Ideal location to the best part of Cleopatra Beach, the city center, and interesting places. A decent level of service in accordance with the price and star rating. Comfortable beds, pillows to choose from more fluffy to flatter, good bed linen, room cleaning was not satisfactory (elephants, swans, flowers in the bed were constantly pleasing to the eye), the staff worked as a well-coordinated team, Therefore, I want to thank all the hotel staff for their work. Reception workers, Thai masseuses (washed, gave massage, sang a song), cooks (tasty, varied, fish, chicken, turkey, beef, grilled vegetables, eggplant, zucchini, peppers in a variety of forms, plenty of sauces and herbs for salad mix, puree soups, desserts and fruits, special thanks to the waiters for their sincere smiles and compliments. I will definitely come again and recommend the hotel to my friends.

we dont have heated pool that guests can use in winter time. Also Xperia Grand Bali hotel will be under construction in winter months.
We can recomend you to check our Xperia Saray Beach hotel, also without heated pool, but with great accommodation and service and with very good spa and wellness center.
