the hammam is not relaxing at all. everything has to happen quickly. I paid for 90 minutes and only got the hammam for 60 minutes. When I said something about it they were supposedly going to investigate. I didn't hear anything during my holiday!

Nice hotel, with good amenities and excellent food. Staff was kind, and they were enough to serve fully booked hotel's guests. Pool area was nice, bar serving drinks and a burger bar was available in the afternoon. Hotel beach was only a hundred meters away. I'd go again!

The hotel is good but the F&B department is so terrible. The servise stuff are so spoilt rude that they can even make fun of guests while they are eating. There is no authority to tell them to be respectfull to the hotel guests. The f& b stuff turn their backs and laught at guests. It was the worst experience ive ever had...

the food in this hotel is boring, bad and always the same. service is not nice they just wait for tips. sun loungers on the beach are nice you will get if you pay extra. too much cost means too low standard of service. I will never return to this hotel

The hotel is almost perfect, accommodation is excellent, restaurants and food are perfect, the staff is amiable and helpful, the location is perfect, 700m from the city center, the Internet connection is thought something that needs patience and work. This hotel makes the other 4* look like a camper, in other words, one of the best 4* hotels in Alanya. Well, almost perfect. The hotel beach (beach 8) is something staff and management should and cannot be proud of. All of the front row sun beds are constantly "reserved" by either the same people or ghosts who place their towels on exactly the same sun beds and never show up during the day. Suddenly, even though the sun beds are free, the "beach guy" removes the towels for some paying guests who are not even guests at the hotel. The issue has been raised with the reception staff a few times, but absolutely nothing has been done to resolve the aforementioned issue. This is the only reason why I give it 1 star.

Nice small hotel close to everything. If you don't need high luxury hotel and all you need is clean rooms and good food that hotel is for you. It's not very big but the service is great they really take care for everything. The only minus is that the bar on the beach is extra payed, but it's not very expenssive. It is very close to the city, shops, restaurats, everything. Overall very nice and woth recommending hotel for nice price.

Initially I had expected a pretty poor hotel experience as I had only paid under 500GBP for a week AI but I was very pleasantly surprised. I arrived at 03am in the morning and was greeted by a lovely gentleman who spoke perfect English who, before asking the bellboy to take my suitcase to the room, also offered me food which was a very nice touch. The room was spacious with plenty of cupboard space in both the room and the bathroom and there was 2 big mirrors - 1 which was full length. The room came with nice fully pillows, a perfectly selected summer duvet and the balcony gave me a seaview. The room has a very odd blue light but you quickly got used to it. Unsure what the purpose is of this blue light? There is a free minibar with waters and a couple of beers and the shower pressure is better than ive ever had before even in 5 stars hotels. Another nice feature is that you can lock the door with added hinge - nice level of security. I really cannot complain at all about the rooms although its a shame that the security box is 12 euros per stay. The breakfast is great for a smaller size hotel. Plenty of cheeses, cold cuts, cereal, bread rolls and toast, friend eggs, boiled eggs, omelettes, sausages, pancakes and fruit. Lunch was great for me too. A large variety of salads, meats, french fries and many hot dishes. Honestly you will not go hungry. I didnt have dinner here as we went out to eat every night. The pool is small and very cold - im sure its warmer in high season however i would be worried about space when the hotel is full. When i was there it was pretty empty and there aren't that many spaces to sit or lie outside so i can imagine it gets packed pretty quickly. Works brilliantly in April though. The bar is small but perfectly adequate and most known spirits are on offer. Again, staff speaks brilliantly English so this was never an issue for me. With the hotel comes free access to beach number 8 where you can also use wifi. Drinks etc however are not free here. The spa: charges 30 Euro for what other hotels charges 10 for. Would not come here again. Overall, very happily surprised by the value for money here and the staff who works there. Would definitely return.

The hotel location is great, 20 minutes walk to the beach. The buffet was excellent. The staff tried to do their best, but fell short in many areas which may not be their fault but management’s. Here is why I don’t recommend it: 1. When my family arrived after more than 24 hours traveling, we were told that the hotel was overbooked even though we had reservations and paid in full. The staff assisted as to walk across the street to their other property (Grand Zaman Garden), a much less desirable hotel. No thinking about it, we were never offered any refund for the difference in rates. Next morning, we had to walk back across a busy street with close to a dozen pieces of luggage. 2. Good luck find a staff member who speaks English. Russian, Ukrainian, and Dutch may be. 3. The air conditioning was turned off in hallways and reception areas most of the day, every day. Rumor was to discourage guest from hanging around reception and bar are and drink alcohol for free.

Plus ( second time here) Upgrade was easy, great spacious room on the seaside with balcony Had to stay longer cause of a hospital visit, no problem, dint have to move to another room Good location Friendly staff All inclusive doesn’t mean including tip, so tip staff Food was good enough for me, you can eat whole day, thanks for the lovely fish, there one guy who can grill the best. Nice ambiance, great hall to sit down Nice indoor pool Good value for the money i paid. Friendly housekeeping, can ask everything if they find out what you mean Very good pizza in afternoon in grand zaman garden across the street, don’t miss it Free chairs at the beach Downers Awful Wifi, log in with passport number, big brother is watching you in this way, ( see latest news bout that) so i did not do that, no wifi for me this holiday Bathroom had very filthy tiles Hard beds but got good topper on it straight away Awful red and white wine and don’t get me wrong, I’m satisfied easily To less space for clothes in family room Reserved beds early in the morning at the swimming pool, not showing up for hours Not really possible to eat outside with lunch and diner, its like a ugly shed, noisy, not nice, for me a big downer, tip : eat later Tiles round swimming pool filthy, bad cleaning You should not use glass at the swimming pool Tip: nothing to do with hotel but take cash money with you to change, turkey ATM is asking too much money to take money out, I paid ten euro for 150 euro and your own bank is collecting on top. The more money you take out the more you pay. I travel all over the world, this is the most expensive bank rate from a country i ever had.
