The hotel was excellent with good service throughout. I loved having my breakfast and meals on the terrace which had an excellent view of Analya. The hotel is situated closed to the harbour where you can book pirate boat trips and many other excursions.

To be honest for the money you pay for the all inclusive this hotel is worth it. Ok not the greatest selection of food if youre british but hey you wont go hungry if you are hungry :) Myself and my partner ate out on numerous occasions but it was was well worth having all inclusive knowing you can have a drink or a bite to eat if youre around the hotel anytime. The staff are all good and found them all polite. The hotel is basic and clean ....but a few pointers ...there is no iron ( so take a travel one ) , the tv has hundreds of channels but only 1 in english ( bbc news ) !! so take a small laptop. Do not go on jeep safaris or canyon trips .....you will spend no time at these places ....you will just be taken to various shopping places and cafes etc. The best trips are the boat trips and make sure you barter for the price. If you like shopping ....again barter and from the hotel go left and up ( its cheaper ) ...down towards the harbour it is more expensive. overall the hotel is great ....couldnt wish for a better location , comftable and clean , good staff and worth the price even if not the greatest food.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The rooms are a good size! The cleaning staff are amazing nothing is a problem! The food for 3* is very good! The chefs are super kind and happy to go out of the way for you! The two guys that work the restaurant are great also always polite and keep the area super clean and tidy! The “BARMAN” is awful he is rude and spiteful along with the fact he has no clue how to pour a drink! The manager came to try sort the situation but the guy is just awful! As long as you don’t have to see him the hotel is very good value for money!

Stayed there for a week, good location but otherwise absolutely nothing to recommend it, especially if you are British. They cater for Germans and Russians predominantly. Food is really poor, breakfast horrendous, lunch and dinner,Brice, veg casserole and some unidentified 'meat' substance every day. It's all inclusive but at the bar it's like the alcohol cost is coming out of their own pockets. One bartender, on most of the time was particularly unhelpful and rude. You get the worst quality local spirits and wine. Wine is vile, I had to mix it with the machine cherry juice to even make it palatable. And you get the smallest glass with a half full measure. Only a handful of staff were friendly, the beds were hard and uncomfortable. Staying here made my holiday an absolute misery. Avoid at all costs.

Everything is good - its hotel location. Food selection is horrible, especially breakfast, which is always the same. Poor selection of fruits, desserts, undercooked food and they serve old food. For example, soups and potatoes are not thrown away, they are served again. From meat only chicken is with soy. No vegetarian, no gluten free options. They even don't know what gluten free is. We all holiday was eating a way . Some rooms smell of sewage. If you love your self- don't come here.

I just arrived back home from my stay in Ergun hotel from 4th-11th September 2022. Firstly, I would like to say a big Thank You to all the staff who work hard all day. Especially the manager, who helped me to make sure my transfer would arrive on time. This hidden gem is located near to the main street, a few minutes walk to the bars/clubs/beach/shops. There is also a chemist a few doors away. Please don't let other negative reviews put you off, this is an excellent, affordable hotel which offers great value for money on your stay. The cleaners work tirelessly all day, the hotel is very clean. Usually I hate walking barefoot on the ground, but it was so clean I walked around with no socks on! Coming on to the food! Everyone has their own preferences, for myself, I'd say there is a wide range of choice on offer, I have attached pictures above. Personally, I enjoyed the turkish breakfast and fresh fruit and salad. The BBQ chicken is also delicious. The dining area is located on the top floor, with stunning views. The swimming pool is a cosy size and the outstanding views add to the experience. There is free wifi in the lobby area. Hairdryers are provided in your rooms, so save the space in your suitcase for something else! Right opposite the hotel when you walk out of the entrance, you'll see a little convenience store which is alot cheaper than other shops to get your essentials like water/drinks/snacks/ etc (it opens in the evening) My overall experience I would say is very positive. The hotel package is good value for money, it's incredibly budget friendly. I would definitely come back. The only downside for me is that the food is not labelled, which some people might find problematic. However, I would certainly recommend this to others.

The overall experience was quite pleasant. The room was small, but there was enough space for two people. Pillow was lumpy. Towels were a bit worn out. Bedsheets were changed only twice during the one week stay. On the first day we moved few items from the minibar because there wasn't enough space for our own water bottles. The cleaning lady didn't see the items next to the minibar and added new items in. On the last day the receptionist charged us on the items we didn't even drink!! Very rude!! The food was excellent. I don't have any complaints. Especially the dinner service was good. The waiters were friendly. The all inclusive drinks were also good. Gin tonic, vodka + mixers, raki, white wine, red wine and beer.
