Very good hotel but wrongly rated as 4 star.. in my experience it should be 3 star hotel due to small rooms and small pool. However rooms are clean, food is good and staff is excellent ( very hardworking, polite and helpful). Beach is realy close Wi-fi is usually poor due to fact that band with is shared by all guests and in times of lunch/dinner even in close to router internet is bad .

Kleopatra beach 80 metres to the hotel (1 umbrella with 2 sunbeds for only 3,5€ per day, buying a special discounted ticket at the reception). Shops, restaurants and amenities close by. Nice and helpful staff, especially bartenders and cleaning room ladies. Beers/wines/vodka /gin included in all inclusive basis as per soft drinks, available only from 10 am to 11 pm, good food, a bit repetitive but fresh and tasty. Dinner available 19,00/21,30 (instead of 21,00) and drinks 10,00/24,00 should be a great idea, really appreciate by hotel guests, also because really often, some kind of finished food at 20,30 was never replaced, so the choice after 20,30 was limited ). We asked for a high level double room and they gave it, the only issue was that they wrote they put for us a lunch box with drinks in the room, as we requested for our late check-in all inclusive basis but, once at the hotel, at about 23,00, there was no food available and we had to go out for dinner despite paying all inclusive). All in all, a nice hotel suggested

But the small bathroom is not very comfortable. The hotel is in a lively area. There are many shops and cafes around. Many Finns stay at this hotel. Walk to Cleopatra beach about 100-150 meters. We had a view of the sea and mountains from our balcony. For breakfast there were always eggs and scrambled eggs, various muesli, local cheeses, vegetables. Fruits in April were apples, pears, oranges, grapefruits. For lunch there was always some kind of vegetable puree soup, meat and chicken, stewed vegetables. Sometimes there were fish, but very bony, rice, pasta, salads and dressings, a lot of greens. Dinners are similar to lunches, but there were always french fries with ketchup. The menu was simple but delicious. From drinks we took beer - always cold, local wine - a kind. But in the stores sold exactly the same. My husband sometimes took local vodka - raki. There was no drinking water in the room, so we bought a 1.5 liter bottle and then got water in the restaurant at any time of the day. We really liked the staff. The guys are simple, unobtrusive and friendly, always ready to help. A couple of times we ordered a hookah for 100 lira and smoked near the pool. Sunbeds and towels on the beach - paid. You can pay at the hotel, or you can pay on the beach. Of the minuses - sometimes in the evening it was noisy. Downstairs across the road there is a cafe where you can sing karaoke. But at midnight the noise stopped. Another minus was the small elevator. But a family with a stroller can easily fit in it. We liked this hotel, it felt like home.

Visited 3rd march to 10th march 2022 with room on 2nd floor facing the karaoke bar. Room was clean, though could have benefitted from extra blankets, in march it is still cold on a night. Food, I gave breakfasts a miss as don't like Turkish sausages, pancakes, etc so was left with eggs (either scrambled or fried). There was no toast making facilities, no cereals. Dinners and tea, couldn't fault them, lovely salad (especially the Turkish ezme salad) and pickled birds eye chillies. The pool was out of action, though wasn't really warm enough to use anyway. Bar - was mixed (sometimes wanted to ask for a Cadbury flake to go with my beer!!) Spa - the masseuse was excellent when I had issues with my back, resolving the issue with 2 visits.

.....there are a couple drawbacks. A refrigerator in room shoud have direct power supply, otherwise what's the point when most of time you are out and when come back you have, whatever left, on room temperature. Second, a guy on the beach makes his own sunbeds schedule. He keeps saying (sometimes in a harsh way) "this part is for guests with hotel ticket" but I noticed with my own eyes it's more per his, let's say, simpathies.

Medium rate hotel, dysfunctional dining room, no coffee or tea, no cups or glasses, no Coke (Pepsi). If you pay for allinclusive, you expect this to work. The food variation sucks, same o same o every day.
