Basic hotel. Wifi worked alright, sometimes not at all. Foods are the same from day to day, leftovers are served on the next meal. Desserts are basicly same pieces of cake just coloured in different colours. If there were any new kind of desserts you would have to be there within the first 10 persons to get one, otherwise there would be no left as they did not fill the table during the meal. Pool looked good now, I think they had cleaned it before we arrived. There were no smoking signs everywhere, but they did not mean anything as there was smoke alla over the pool bar area. Staff was nice however, and it's within a reasonable walking distance from most of the shops and, for us a very important, cat park 🥰

WARNING Do not book this hotel. Pics are not like the real thing! Hotel serves up to 200 guests mainly Russian and other European however the bar area seats around 30 guests and there is only 6 (yes six) sun loungers for a small pool which would be crowded with half a dozen swimmers! Standard rooms are less than 3 metres squared so it is an assault course to move around the beds and other furniture. Food shocking and leftovers recycled to next meal( so sprouts and broccoli for breakfast)! Staff terrible apart from Ramazan who was the only person willing to help us. Balcony was tiny! TERRIBLE!!!

Terrible, dirty swimming pool (pic attached) every day same food, not much salads, food which was served for lunch is mixed with chips and served on dinner. Very poor drinks maybe 10ml shot, no chance to get double shot.. night manager is full of mobbing to service. 10pm bar is closed and night manager keep eye on barmans hands. It is only one swimming pool not 2 as described in offer. Bar in lounge is not in service. Lift sometimes not working. If you come overnight you wont be welcome to have some food or drink after long journey. I am absolutely dissapointed of this place. 10pm lights off when people seat and chat by the bar... Very unprofesional. Find better place as this one is unworth the price as you will be very dissapointed like good few people we net here.

The hotel is not that great. Lovers for food would not be satisfied. The food mostly is catered and only a few tiles are made in house, but overall the food is average and repetitive, the meat is not good, the fruits are the most disappointing as they have no taste. The utilities are not that good, at least in the room that we stayed the shower cap was deteriorated, room service brought us torn towels and torn bedsheets. Wi-Fi is pretty bad in bloc D in the rooms. One good aspect is that the hotel workers are very polite and responsive, also the location is good right across the beach.

If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing hotel in Alanya, Cleopatra Golden Beach Hotel is exactly for you. The staff of the hotel is very helpful and smiling. They try to do their best to organise your comfortable staying there. The rooms are cleaned every day, the food is delicious. There is a big variety of salads and pastries. What is very important - the availability of water, juices and other drinks during the day. The biggest plus is that the sandy beach is only 50 metres from the main entrance. The Alanya Fortress and the cave Damlatash is 1 km from the hotel. There is a small swimming pool inside the hotel territory. If you don't like noisy entertainments in the hotels then this place will suit you. Thank you for our holiday - Ilona (from Latvia)

Traveled with family for a stay of 7 nights in June. The staff and the manager were friendly and put effort into ensuring we all had a nice stay. The rooms were cleaned every second day and were done well. The food was good, with a various selection of meat, chicken, vegetarian alternatives, and cakes. Make sure to eat warm food & watch out for flies. Would recommend eating breakfast and going for dinner outside every now and then. It is quite cheap (compared to Sweden) to eat out, a meal for two with drinks should cost around 200-250 SEK. If you go for burgers it is often about 130-150 TL The swimming pool was small and nothing noteworthy. The location itself was great, with 2 min to the Kleopatra beach, 1-3 min to various markets e.g. BIM, and 3 min to the bus station if you wish to explore the inner city of Alanya. You can also walk all the way, meeting various sellers, services, and restaurants on the way. Overall a great pick for a trip to Turkey, with a cheap price and various activities. Special thanks to the friendly receptionist, the cleaning lady, and the manager who helped us with check-in early. Tips: - Check out Alanya castle and Damlatas cave. The castle can be reached by cable car, bus number 4, or by foot. - For families: make sure to know 1-3 places for your children to eat, in case they don't like the food.

I travelled with a brother and a friend, we were staying there for 7 nights. Upon my arrival at 6am, I was told that my room is still not ready and I need to wait until check-in time at 12pm. No problem, I fully understood the situation. An hour later a manager (Ramzan) comes up to me and offers a room, but on a condition that I need to share it with my brother, who hasn't arrived yet. No discount, we still need to pay price for two rooms and in exchange we get free sunbeds on the beach lol. Of course, I refuse. He kept saying "please help me". Obviously, they oversold the rooms and he was in trouble. An hour later he offers me a room, but without a sea view, which I paid for. I say no again. The next day, after my friend and brother have arrived, Ramzan approaches my friend and asks him to move in with my brother in exchange for... free massage. This sort of unprofessional behaviour alone was enough to downgrade the experience. Never seen that in any other hotel. Other items: - Swimming pool is a joke. - Food tastes OK, but looks terrible. We preferred dining out. - Wi-Fi was incredibly poor. - Elevator didn't work 5 days out of 7 we were there. We were lucky to be staying on lower level floors. - My friend had cockroaches in his room. On plus sides: - My room with a sea view was nice. - Beach is only 50m away. This is the biggest saving grace of this hotel. Honestly, I was happy to leave this hotel after 7 days. None of us will ever come back.

I can highly recommend this hotel. Very nice modern rooms with comfortable beds (mattresses are 20 cm like in 5* hotel). Delicious food (but quite often repetitive) and friendly staff. Thank you for your hospitality.

I don't usually complain about hotels, as long as there clean, friendly and decent choice of food, and bars open I'm happy. But this hotel was very run down, most similar hotels were being knocked down. Was more like a 2 star hostel. Non English speaking staff, so no fun or banter. These is no pool it's more like a dirty pond in the dining room... Noone used it, and u couldn't sit round it, no space at all. The pool area is the bar come dining room ... Food very limited choice, but most of it tasted ok . Never saw any fish in 10 days. Only one choice of meat at a time, loads of nice veg n salad, the dining room / pool bar was like a works canteen. All outside so flooded when it rained one day🤣 Only 3 drinks available whisky vodka gin. Local and tasted watered down. And I was disgusted by the size of the shot. I would say every bar would pour 30-40 mm of spirit in a glass, as its local n weak. In this bar .. literally only 1mm. I asked for more they were scared to give more as the owner was watching on camera. Ridiculous, the bar manager even came over and said this is normal hotel measure, I'm sorry but not in any hotel I have ever stayed in my life. So cost a fortune eating and drinking out every day. The location is amazing which is why we picked it. Right on the beach. However. U have to pay for all food and drink on the hotels beach, including the loungers, so with a couple of kids, couple of drinks n a burger .€50 a day or more... Shocking .. Alladin the beach bar man was amazing and helpful. Cleaners were friendly a nd amazing. Bed was like a brick, couldn't sleep at all asked 6 times to change bed, mattress, even saw the manager on the beach. Not bothered, I slept in kids bed for 9 nights, my poor wife suffered. 😀 . Nice bar on front of hotel is not free drinks or food either. I recommend you to bypass this hotel. You will be dissappointed. Poor food choice, poor staff in the main, no health and safety poor resteraunt bar hygiene standards .no where to sit in the sun at all, just beach. Very poor drinks alcoholic and soft. No mid meal snacks. Avoid Avoid.Avoid. Very Greedy Owners...

VERY carefully with the transfer company Golden Sea Antalya paid for the round trip transfer. On the day of departure, I received confirmation of the transfer, but no one came for me! Nobody answered the calls. At the reception I found out that they do this regularly, they just don’t come for passengers. After waiting 1.5 hours, I realized that I might be late for the flight. Paid an additional 80 euros for a taxi and drove to the airport. Rest was ruined! Rested from 10 to 17 September, the hotel is a maximum of 4 stars, the condition of the rooms is average, 3-4 stars maximum. Since I was flying alone, despite the family hotel, I expected some kind of entertainment, but no. After 11 pm there is absolutely nothing to do in the hotel, there is absolutely no entertainment, even the music is turned off. The nearest nightclub in Side is 20 minutes away by bus. Far from the beach you need to cross the road and go far enough along the road to the beach.
