stayed at this dump from 10/19th june 2014, was the worst holiday of my life, the room was small but at least it was clean, the breakfast was Turkish only and a few cereals which was ok, the lunch time and dinner time there was 1 choice only so you either eat this or starved, there was always salad and some other cold dishes which weren't fit to eat, even more so after seeing some woman going round and sampling all these side plates with the serving spoon(disgusting). After not eating at the hotel I spoke to the manager Mustafa and he told me I couldn't expect to be fed everyday as the hotel is only 3 star and cant cater for everyones tastes, I was disgusted at this as I have stayed at a number of 3 star hotels before and they have all been brilliant, if it hadn't been for a lovely girl called laura who showed mr where tommys bar was I would have been going home as the food was fantastic there and all the staff were brilliant, the receptionist Gulcan Reyhaniuglu at the hotel was amazing, she tried to help me all she could, I wouldn't wish anyone to pay good money to go away and feel as I do now as I feel like I wasted all this money for nothing

I stayed in this hotel for 7 days. The location itself is okay. Good transport links to Cleopatra beach and the centre . Only 2lira and about a 10 min bus ride. The weather was beautiful. Always really hot!! The transfer from Antalya airport took about 4 hours on the way there but around 3 hours on the way back. Now in regards to the hotel... The food was ALWAYS cold. You get served Chicken as a main meal almost EVERY DAY. Once we had fish and that's about all there is. You don't have much choice when it comes to food. We saw a few cockroaches around the place but after speaking with the manager I think he got it under control. Our room was given to us with a broken bed. Air con which kept turning off and a fridge which wasn't keeping anything cold. However after speaking again with the manager these things were soon resolved. Some of the staff were VERY rude but at the same time Hakan the night security, Gulcan the girl who is at reception in the day and Teddy from the animation team deserve some recognition for their good service. The rooms were kept clean enough. The shower seems to vary in pressure throughout the day but again after speaking with the manager he had the shower fixed for us, it improved slightly. At the bar the choice for alcohol is only gin, vodka, raki (a local drink which tasted like sambucca) and beer. there's no stools to sit at the bar and the entire kitchen is closed by 11 so forget about even getting a drink of water. They keep plastic cups for the drinks which aren't always washed adequately. Overall I'd say the room itself was fine. For the price you pay it's okay. The fact it's sold as all inclusive seems to be a bit of a joke because the food itself isn't very nice and they don't replenish the food as well as they should be. For example if a salad finishes they'll either not bother replenishing it or they'll wait ages before they do. I'd say it kind of feels like they don't really care. The manager is good in the sense that if you speak to him about an issue he'd try his best to resolve it. Personally I wouldn't really bother with going all inclusive at alperbay because you can get more choice and tastier food from any of the restaurants nearby eg, from Adanus just opposite the beach. Oh also its good to note that we paid 10eur for the week on wifi but it doesn't work in the room. Only by reception which again sucks. We stayed out of the hotel as much as possible because there's no entertainment at all. The hotel has a LOT of Rude guests staying as well who seem to push you out the way and no apology. Again staff just allow this behaviour and regardless of what we say it doesn't seem to change anything. Which reminds me that the "masseuse" Jay Jay made some very inappropriate comments during the massage as well saying "you have very big breasts" he seems to be a con as well and only after making money for himself. He offered another guest a special massage because he had lost his voice... I'm not quite sure how that would have helped!?! Also Emer another member of staff was very rude to us because we took some bread to eat. Which is why I can't stress enough that the "all inclusive" part of things is a joke!!!!

we stayed in this hotel for 5 days till we was moved to its sister hotel but that's another story, all I can say about this hotel is it was quiet at this time of year as its end of season, but the staff were polite and the food was ok its based in a good area just by the beach and a short bus ride from alanya only costs 2 lira, there was no entertainment but wether they have it in the middle of summer I don't know, but this is not the sort of place I would take children as there wasn't much to do for them, but pleasant enough for couples who want a quiet holiday

We were a quite happy to stay in Alperbey hotel. We bought this holiday as last minute no name hotel ***350 EUR/7 nights/all inclusive/by air. Staff are friendly. The animation team (girl from Bulgary is really crazy - only 1 game over whole week - bingo, I think) The swimming pool is really small. I swam in hotel pool only 1 times. The beach is quite far (5 minutes waik) and a lot of stones in the sea, no snorchelling. The food is good. Bar closed 23 pm strictly. Good value for money. Approx 10 minutes walk you can find a lot of shops with souvenirs and nice walking in night or go to Cleopatra beach by bus (15 minutes). I recommend to pay a trips - we were in dolphin show (16 EUR), trip to waterfalls/side/amphitheatre 18EUR+10 EUR entrance, boat trip 10EUR (with drinks and lunch - the best of) No buy in a hotel, you can find seller near a hotel with trips.
