We stayed at this hotel in the second half of September. We lived for a week with meals - everything included. The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the beach, which is a big advantage. Everything was fine in the room - there was hot water, the air conditioner worked perfectly, and there was a small sprinkler. No noise was heard. The safe is paid. Food is good - eggs, pancakes and other dishes are served for breakfast. There are fruits and vegetables. The coffee machine is working. Carbonated drinks and local alcohol are available. for lunch and dinner there is a good selection of meat. We especially liked the dinners, during which various meats were grilled outside. There is a large shopping center near the hotel if you want to buy something, and there is also a souvenir shop nearby. Several evenings we watched a same woman belly dance, others a boy and a girl presented us with fur coats and jackets. For snacks, a local woman baked pancakes with 3 different fillings, they were very, very tasty. During the trip, I noticed that the internet only worked in the reception area, it was very, very slow. Although the meal type was all inclusive, we learned at the bar that cocktails cost extra. The pool water was cooler than the sea.…
Good hotel, nice location and view from balcony. Really nice man in resturant - Mehmet, he can speak nice english and will help you in every move. Best worker in this hotel for sure. He can help you with everything.
The hotel is advertised as 4 stars (although everyone is aware that in Turkey the stars are different then other countries), I will say from the beginning that this hotel, in my opinion does NOT deserve even 2 stars, and I will detail below why. Also, the "all inclusive" concept is a not what one expects, where one can eat only at certain times and only some basic drinks are included. 1. The food is vey bad, at times horrible: - most of the times we could not pick anything that was eatable.. first day we arrived we could not find anything ok that we could eat - there were flies everywhere on the food and in the restaurant (no special closed part of the restaurant to avoid the flies being everywhere); only 4 types of food had a cover to prevent flies and those were usually at lunch as an example: one tray of overcooked pasta, one tray with a weird brown sauce, one tray with overcooked peppers and tomatoes very unappetising, and one tray that most of the times was empty - I am convinced that the food was re-used from one day to another, because many of the cooked vegetables looked overcooked and you could see that they were the same as the days before - the only food that we were able to eat in 1 week were: pancakes and fried eggs in the morning (fried in front of us directly), some chicken drumsticks on a grill (again grilled on front of us), one time some weird tomato soup with overcooked pasta in it, and french fries that were the worst that one could have, they were burnt and flaccid, some bread - I spoke with many other families of different nationalities and all were unhappy with the food, one family also mentioning that their child had food poisoning which ruined completely their vacation 2. The personnel (with very few exceptions) is unfriendly and rude at times - the waiters were bored of what they were doing, seemed annoyed with tourist, and even rude at times, e.g. instructing people to go away because the eating time was over and were taking away your plates and glasses without asking - the cook (chef) was coming out of the kitchen bored and sweating, and sometimes was just speaking to other waiters while at the same time picking and eating up with his hand french fries from the tray ... I have never seen anything like before ... - 15-20 minutes before the end time of the dinner I informed the waiters that there were no more french fries, so they went into the kitchen, I waited 15 minutes, and then when I asked again they told me that the time is up for eating and they do not cook anymore. Next day at lunch time, the waiter recognises me when I am coming to check the food and he dismissively shows me that now they have french fries 3. The cleaning was vey basic - the cleaning in the room was - the sunbeds at the pool were very old and dirty - the towels and the bedsheets were stained and changed rarely - the cleaning in the room was not done properly, very poorly executed, as just after cleaning you could see still hair and dust on the floor and on the furniture and in the bathroom - inside the fridge was dirty and most likely has not been cleaned for months if not more - in the restaurant, the table covers were stained and obviously not washed for a good amount of time ... the waiters were using a brush to remove crumbs or remaining on the tables, then packing the covers and putting them back next time on the table. 4. Poor services - generally the services offered felt like were done with low quality and biggest price possible, to maximise the profit (probably after the pandemic period and the inflation in Turkey) - you have to pay for internet in the room and only one device could use that connection (no information upfront about this) - the safe box (extra charge) is a small one and it is locked with a key which you then have to take with you and be careful not to loose it - no ice-cream and fresh juices or cocktails were extra-charge (and even the one paid cocktail was not good in quality) - they had particular rules of not using the towels from the rooms at the pool or beach (which is understandable), but did not provide any alternatives so even if you go to an all inclusive hotel, you have to bring from home your own towels - the hamam that they advertise to have, it is non-existent in the hotel ... you get there and it is in ruin, so if you want a hamam, then they book you for another place or another hotel - they advertise that they sell to you cheaper sunbeds for a particular place on the beach, but there we were told that we should not buy from the hotel because it is the same price at the location - the fitness room has extremely old equipment and some not functional - almost everything in the hotel is old .. it is obvious that they did not invest into renewing things for many years - the pool was closed after 18:00 and was forbidden to swim - the barman was asking for money for drinks after 23:00 What was OK: - the day we arrived, was 5 am in the morning, and at 7 am a loud humming noise started so we could not sleep properly ... it turned out to be an AC machine from the neighbour room, which after complaining to the reception, to the DETUR representative and to the cleaning lady, this was fixed - the beer (EFES) is pretty good - the café-latte and cappuccino from the coffee automat was ok - one of the barman guys was friendly (after giving him a tip only though) - the hotel is very close to the beach (just crossing the street, where you have to be careful because no car stops at the crosswalk) and the sea is beautiful and warm (in July)…
Very pleasant stay in the hotel, clean rooms, bed linen changed regularly, food quite correct. I would like to praise the exceptional staff, especially Mehmet Polat , a very pleasant man who behaves like a friend towards you, very hardworking and careful, kind. He made our trip beautiful in every sense.
The hotel is excellent, the staff at the hotel are very friendly. The price-quality ratio is phenomenal. The hotel beach is number 20, do not buy tickets for sunbeds at the reception, it is cheaper on the beach itself. On beach no. 20 is run by wonderful people, they offer a large selection of drinks and very decent prices. We enjoyed our 10 days.
Our family was me, My husband, My mom and our three boys. I Have visited lots of Alanya hotels, but This was the best. Hotel staff was so nice and kind, and helpful. Food was good Also! We all felt same, staff IS what made This hotel. We surely Will visit again!
Before going to Turkey, there's one thing you should know: their hotel categorization is really poor and Kleopatra Ada Beach shouldn't by any means be a 4 star hotel. The room was clean (thanks to the lovely lady that made sure of that), it is right across the beach, it has great bread for breakfast and that is about all it's greatness. The staff is polite but it was because they were expecting tips- it took us a while to understand that that is how it usually is in Turkey. Our room was on the first floor and I do not recommend that because it is right between the two hotel's kitchens and that means that we were up from 6 AM and also after lunch from the loud noise of dishes and cutlery. We asked for the higher floor and sea view room before we got there and we didn't get either (which could've been the traveling agency's fault). We got a twin room instead of a double. The terrace is a place you have to hang your bathing suit or towels to dry, but not the place for spending a pleasant few hours in the evening for example. There's two plastic chairs with a small plastic table jammed up between all the other small terraces and their AC heating. The food was also a disappointment: it all tastes the same. Partly because all the vegetables are just boiled and spiced with some weird hot spice and partly because it was mostly all the same. For example- often the dinner is made of lunch leftovers with some slight changes. For me, breakfast was good, dinner not so much, but for lunch was always the poorest choice. Not that it was awful, but not even close to a four-star hotel experience.…
Currently staying here for 1 week. Room is fabulous and spacious. Big walk in double shower. Balcony over looking beach with amazing views. Food average for all inclusive but still very good. Cant understand the bad reviews cant fault the staff or the cleanliness of the hotel looking forward to the rest of our stay
Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude to guests, they kicked us out of the restaurant at 10:03 (meal hour is 8-10am) and wouldn't let me and my family finish breakfast. AC is not totally functional, terrace furniture looks terribly dirty... Really bad experience in this hotel.
I have stayed with my girlfriend for 7 days in this hotel. At first sight, hotel is nice, really close to the beach. Seaside has a nice beach and the sea is warm, but its not clean and There are lot of rocks that will prevent you from nice swimming. Food is really bad, DO NOT EAT FISH! Food is the same every day and There is no quality meat prepared. So, this is a really bad experience regarding this hotel. If you are not a fan regarding turkish culture, i suggest you to avoid it. Nevertheless, it was a memorizing experience. :)
