Our stay was awful.... We couldn't eat at the hotel the food was disgusting. It was either cold, stale or re heated for days on end. The fruit had a funny taste, the oranges were mouldy and dirty, cereal was put out day after day. All of the food was left out with flies all over it. Table cloths were turned upside down and only ever swept with a dustpan and brush. On day 2 I had a really bad stomach and couldn't face eating at the hotel so had to eat out for the rest of our stay. If you like broccoli for breakfast then go for it. Cauliflower and potato wedges were served for breakfast lunch and tea. The cauliflower was served for 5 days running and on the 6th day it was made into a soggy salad. The salad is all covered in dill to mask the fermented taste. Eggs were black in the middle and the olives were repeatedly put out until they looked like dried up sultanas. The food all had a funny smell and the drink selection was very very limited. They charge 2 euros for fresh orange juice and I asked for a cocktail and they said 5 euro. The juice machine is watered down. Glasses for the juice were always either dirty or red hot. The tables were surrounded by flies so you couldn't enjoy a sit down with a coffee. No drinks facilities in the rooms eg kettle or water. Mini fridge didn't close properly. The rooms were big but we were given 2 single beds and had to rearrange the room ourselves. The balcony had no working light. The lights in the rooms were temperamental and flickered. The tv was no bigger than my ipad. The air con made us have sore throats and cough so decided to turn it off and immediately felt much better. The drawers didn't shut and slid open causing us to knock into it everytime we walked past. The showers were filthy and had limescale all over the head. Toilet seat was discoloured and the flush was hanging off the wall. We had to ask for clean towels and for our bedding to be changed as they were just left filthy. We seen huge cockroaches in the hotel on the ground floor and on the 5th floor. The lift was tiny and took forever so walked down the dark stairs most of the time which we found dangerous. Staff were rude and never smiled. We asked for a drink at 10.50pm and told no even though it didn't shut until 11pm. There was hardly any seating for the rubbish bar area. No snacks in the bar. No ice cream, no bottled water either. There was 1 night of entertainment which lasted half hour and was a couple of people trying to sell you fur coats. WiFi was extra 13 euro each for it in our rooms. Safes were extra charge too. Sunbeds extra charge but found cheaper at beach 18. The beach across from hotel was full of rubbish which they claimed was their part of the beach. What a waste of money. People were complaining left right and centre but they barely spoke English so all they said was OK. We had no running water in our room for a whole day and wasn't kept informed about when it would be back on. After a full day at the beach we really wanted a shower and to go for food before it got too late. There were lots of unhappy people at this hotel due to the state of the place. The only positive about this hotel is the fact it is close to the beach and not far to go to find elsewhere to eat. Our room was situated about a 4 metres away from the next door hotel and we could conversate with the hotel next to us from balcony across the alley way. No sun ever on our balcony and only a tiny glimpse of the beach with a nasty smell of drains wifting through the air. We do not recommend this hotel to even the homeless. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

Not recommend this hotel! I couldn’t believe that I’m in Turkey. Most of the staff rude and helpless, zero facilities. The food terrible, they will give you the same chicken for 3 days in a row, I had food poisoning! I’ve been in Turkey many times before and this was the worst experience of my life. This hotel didn’t deserve more than 2 stars, so disappointed!

Arrived here on the 18th September at 3am was told we had to pay a extra 13 euros each to have wifi in the rooms. Aircon wasn’t cleaned properly went off and got someone to come up to the room he took it apart and started cleaning it in the shower dust everywhere, beds wernt changed at all the whole time we were there just our towels. Was throwing up on day two the food I wouldn’t even feed to anyone it was disgusting, warmed up food from the night before till it was gone and used up (night before chips for breakfast) didn’t even clean the trays properly that the food was kept in. Went all inclusive and wasn’t even a proper bar had to eat and drink out every night due to the food not even being edible, the staff on the repetition were asking me ( a 24 year old women) to go on a beach walk with him . The pool don’t even get cleaned never seen it cleaned once the whole 7 days we were there, we went to beach over the road everyday which is so much better. Don’t even get sun round the pool after 1/2pm due to it being to crowded in the area with hotels. Asked for a sea view ( as payed for on a our booking as additional ) and got a tiny segment of a sea view whilst people who actually paid for it got one. Absolute shambles and wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone. The area was lovely Antalya itself and if I ever went back I would stay further into the centre rather than Kleopatra beach.

This hotel isn’t a one star never mind 4, it doesn’t have an all inclusive selection atall it has 4 alcoholic beverages with lemonade Fanta and coke it reheats the food for breakfast dinner and lunch until it’s finished then you might be lucky for something new for the next three days! The staff speak to you like rubbish the rooms are ransid the pool has never seen a cleaner it’s the local strays bath and drink. If you want infections to be spoken to like rubbish have ransid rooms and run arounds in the ceilings 🐀 eat the same funky food and have no diet requirements this is for you! Absolute shambles of a hotel and every last person that had wasted the money being there had the same perspective. AVOID

The hotel has big rooms and bathrooms. Unfortunately that's all positives I can say about the hotel. It will great to do deep cleaning especially in the shower area. It is not cleaner fault, I believe they don't have enough time and good cleaning product to remove the mould from the tiles. Customer service in the reception and restaurant - terrible. Those people making big excuse to serve customers. I felt a bit discriminate in some moments. All of them rude and not happy to help. Food - very poor selection. White cheese was spoiled. Drinks machine - broken. The AC was very loud and directed straight on the bed - so I ended up with sinus pain. One night british couple were fighting outside and inside the hotel until 2am and no action was taken. Guests stepped out from the rooms and asked them to be quiet, receptionist was probably sleeping. I wouldn't. recommend this hotel to anybody, even for short break.. waste of money... I ended up eating outside and paid for all inclusive... This hotel really need better management who will guide the staff how to treat guests who are paying a lots of money so they can pay their bills....

Food if I want to call it that is nasty would not even feed it to a rat . You have to pay for Wi-Fi. To be honest the only thing good about this place that everyone agrees is shocking

Myself and best friend booked this hotel and arrived on 11th sept 2023. Thought great all inclusive wouldnt have to spend to much, how wrong was we. Woke up after a long flight and transfer wanting good breakfast, which is between 8 and 10am. Egg was like rubber and never seen veg in a breakfast, so toast it was, which was burnt or just warm bread. Then tried the night time food with a local lager, shock more life in a glass of water that was in the lager and to be honest the food was like mush wouldn't even serve it to a pig. Ended up eating and drinking out everyday so ended up spending more than expected. Bedding wasn't changed in the 10 days we was there and staff was so rude. Would I stay in the hotel again NO area lovely.

Hi, been here for almost 2 weeks now. Me and my wife was happy, food was good, room was clean. There is a nice beach nearby that is lovely. Staff at the bar is very nice and if you ever have any problem just go to Fatih, the manager who is very helpful. Good location, just 1 km to city center amd. Lot of shops nearby. Overall was good value for money so will definitely come back.

First the lady that checks has a very bad attitude and is very rude. The room was disgusting. There was only a mini fridge in my room and the air conditioner didn’t work. I could see foot prints on the floor where other people walked! It looked as though it had not been swept in a very long time. Food was not fresh. I didn’t like anything. This place was so disgusting. Bugs everywhere, horrible customer service, worst experience ever. Do not waste your money here.

Absolutely terrible hotel… We been there for 10 days and I witnessed a lot… - NO hygiene (everywhere is dirty and dusty) - NO health & safety (pool area ,restaurant, rooms, etc) - NOT good food (not using fresh products and good quality ingredients) -NO facilities ( only 2 pools - both dirty and not cleaned properly) - NO entertainment (after 23:00 lights off) - NO service ( costumer service at 0%) and MOST Important NO MANAGEMENT! If you’re staying there just prepare for good diet, because every single dish from their daily food menu is made with turkey! (No chicken, lamb or beef) If you like fish, you might find a sort of small fish cooked on the oven full with tiny bones… Fruits- No taste and usually rotten. Desserts- Not even sweet ( never seen baklava) Chefs need to learn how to cook proper tasty food or just quit your job! Shame for you! Learn how to listen your costumers! Nobody will ever return to your Hotel ! I tried to talk with the hotel manager Fatih about the food, hygiene and etc. and how could be improved with simple things… his response was : we got only negative feedback from British tourists… -Ok I live in UK but I’m NOT British! He was trying to say that only we are the fussy ones… at the same time 80% of the hotel’s guests were unhappy with the hotel. Long story short- nothing happened even after the complain. For the NEW guests: PLEASE don’t waste your money with this place , you will be disappointed! For the Hotel owner: Please, get responsible and take action immediately! I contacted the local authorities for health & safety and also TURSAB. Soon action will be taken!
