Lovely looking hotel but don’t visit here if you’re English you will not be accommodated for, let alone understood. This hotel only caters for Russians and Germans, no-one speaks English. Group of grown men fighting round the pool around kids as young as 2 blood everywhere at 10am. My children are 5 and 7 and weren’t able to understand why no-one could understand them and why people were so rude. Lifeguard on the Aqua park will drive you mental with his whistle my kids got fed up of their ears ringing, entertainment again my kids couldn’t join in because they didn’t understand a word anyone said. Food, well let’s just say don’t bank on ever eating a decent breakfast. Couldn’t even serve something so simple as toast for their English guests. I lived on coffee until the snack bar opened which was the only place which served half decent food but be prepared to wait an hour plus. Our trip was cut short and we booked into another hotel we were made to feel so uncomfortable. Staff are so rude. My children queued for a biscuit and when it came to their turn (they were last to be served) the lady switched the lights off in front of them didn’t say a word and walked out. My children were left confused. They don’t like the English. Reception staff are abrupt and rude. Ruined part of the holiday staying here just such an unfriendly atmosphere. The nicest people at the hotel was the guy who manages the rent a car and a local rep. Shocking service all round from this hotel.

I’ll kick this off but please note I have been to Turkey at least five times previous and stayed at 3,4 & 5 star hotels. The hotel caters for Russians and Turkish and is no where near five stars. I’ll rate this as three stars. Their is a major issue with the food quality control, found dead fly in the noodles, a cheesecake that should be chilled and was at a temperature of 36 degrees! Salads was slimy and off ie mouldy! All the food was Turkish / Russian hardly any labels out showing you what the food was or it’s contents so for instance my wife is allergic to chilli and tried a dish and it had chilli in it luckily for her she tasted it as soon as she had it in her mouth. The temperature gages on the servings are no where near accurate as what they say they are as this is not the temperature of the food. For instance one morning the kids went for breakfast and came back with stone cold chips and onion rings for breakfast, freezing cold pancakes they was that cold you would of thought they had just come out of the fridge. They have serving stations in the buffet area but most are not in use. They have the so called serving stations outside which is Pide, Fish, and What looks like mini frozen dried burgers which are disgusting. In the evening they have pide, fish, chicken or Turkey but chicken/ Turkey runs out about 40 mins into serving and that’s it. Their is no waiter service unless you ask for a dressed up table and they constantly expect a tip which annoys me as I would expect a table service during my stay in a five star at least for drinks. I Reported my concerns about the food temperatures to guest relations at reception and also to Murat who is a supervisor/manager at the restaurant and they offered me a table at the alacarte fish restaurant which is free anyway! The other alacarte is 20€ each adult and 10€ children which is on certain nights again most of the five stars that offer this I’ve been too you have to book but I’ve never been charged for it. The drinks hot and cold are out of vending machines which mostly was left dirty and served in cheap paper cups for hot drinks and very cheap plastic cups for cold drinks all of which was disgusting to be honest. They have two chilled drinks dispensers with with premixed soft drinks and the outlet of the tube was mouldy so did not have anything from it. I’m the buffet area main restaurant the plates are under the food so when anyone with long hair goes to get a plate they have to bend down and their hair goes in the food on display. All the food is pretty much repetitive on a daily basis and when lunch has finished they take all the food away and cover it with cling film and take it in he back it then re-appears for dinner! Vodka, whisky, gin are served from the miniature opened bottle into a plastic cheap cup with a mixer of your choice. The buffet area really needs to be sorted out and quickly as most foods was stone cold or Luke warm. PLEASE NOTE THEIR IS NO FREE ICE CREAM HERE DESPITE IT BEING ALL INCLUSIVE YOU NEED TO BUY THEM FROM THE SHOP. Table tennis and tennis also football you need to pay for. I did ask LoveHolidays for a hotel change but they declined. 9pm to 7am they claim to have a snack bar which is just soup left over from the buffet area. So if you arrive after along flight don’t expect sandwiches or toasties it’s gonna be soup. On to the rooms now. I have to say the maids do a cracking job here and they are always smiling and say hello or good morning in their own way. Our room was a family room and was spotless I couldn’t fault the room at all or the maid service. We had a maid in every day with towels changed daily too. *However by accident looking for my wallet I noticed the mattresses was stained ours was like a big double one and it had spots of mould at the side of it. * The single beds was also stained please see photographs. The staff have poor understanding or English and it is very hard to communicate with them. Their is no cash machine on site it’s 3 minute walk at the side of the hotel. Staff was not wearing protective clothing as what they say on their website. The carpets in the hotel are stained in most places I found and also the general decor was mediocre. I found most staff un-helpful and sometimes rude especially at reception and in the buffet area. Bars was dirty and managers just walking around on their phones talking all day. I really failed to find anything positive about the place apart from the maids. Neighbours at war! This is the third time now over 24 hours we have had to complain about the noise coming from 5096. They are constantly drunk banging, fighting and shouting and screaming at each other until 2 or 3am. Spoken to. Fezvi At 21:13 changing room to 5107. Pools and water slides The pool was clean and the life guards was active around them the water park was open for 1 hour in the morning and then 2 hours in the afternoon. On-site Arcade It as an arcade which you need to pay for everything at least one euro, PS4 is 4€ and bowling is also about 4/5€ for 20 mins. Gym Well it’s not a gym! It’s got a treadmill in it one weight, four blue dirty mats and two bikes. It is not monitored and it is touch and go weather the bikes and treadmill will power on. On-site mini market The prices here are quite reasonable for a proper can of coke it is 1€ They accept £,€,$ also debit and credit cards. If you pay by £ they will try and give you Turkish Lira as change! Best bet is to just take Euros for everything. They have an hairdressers, tattooist, photographer, popcorn machine stall and also a jewellers all apart from the tattoo and hairdressers come mothering you to buy whilst chillin at the pool side. However be warned the hairdressers on site tried charging us 80€ for my daughters braids with wool and we went across to the shopping centre which is 3 mins walk and they said 45€ needless to say she got it done their. Popcorn tastes like gloss paint! All in all I wouldn’t consider returning to the hotel for the reasons outlined mostly the food. If I had known the true failures of this hotel I would not have bothered going. The visit was for a family of five from the U.K 05/06/2022 - 18/06/2022 which was described as an all inclusive five star hotel via Loveholidays who I will be dealing with on my return. All complaints mentioned have been photographed to show this is a genuine review. And before I get a response from the hotel managers I have already told you about the food and the problems I face when we got here and nothing at all was done about it. The last day was check out. Check out is at 12pm however our holiday was until 18/06/2022 until we got picked up at 18:00 we vacated the room and handed all passes into reception and was charged an extra 50€ to stay in the hotel until 6pm with no room. I Paid it as we would of had to leave the hotel with all bags but felt like I was under duress to do so. I spoken to guest relations explained again the issues and that we shouldn’t have to pay extra and he said he understood but didn’t make the rules up. One member of staff Murat said they have only just had English come here it’s mostly Russian, German & Turkish. The management don’t won’t to know about any situations that may arise despite numerous attempts to sort things out on my half.

an amazing journey , every time someone from the Animation team walked past you they had a big smile and they made me always smile. The animations were the best I ever seen. Discos had really good music and if you wanted a song they turned it on.The food is delicious and you have so much to try. So a 10/10

On arrival we were greeted by 2 very helpful men , considering it was 4AM they were extremely accomodating. They got us checked in quickly and advised us of soup on the lower level if we were hungry. First impressions of the hotel were very positive, the people there seemed to be very helpful, the barmen smiled and made jokes and the entertainment team were funny. As the days rolled on , the barmen seemed different, and i can only put this down to the fact that i hadn't tipped them, no eye contact when serving, no jokes , and no smiles, bearing in mind i always am polite. It was silly on their part really because i like to tip consistent good service to the outlier ms at the end so their loss. The pools are nice, slides are fun too, nothing negative to say about them really, just not enough slides would be my only gripe. Music around the main pool is extremely loud , perfect if you want to party all day but no so good if you like to relax a bit. Rooms were spotless on arrival and the decor is lovely, shower is hot too. Cleaners lacked a bit with towels only changed once in the week , when it should be every other day. Entertainment team were very good , so far we've only seen one show , but it was pretty rubbish really, and I'm usually easily please so take that how you will. A nice touch here is the bowling , and it's only 4 euro per person per game which as it goes isn't too bad, 3 pool tables which are 4 euro per hour , table tennis, and a games room. I'll make a small point about the gym as I'm aware many don't use them , especially on holiday. But this here is definitely the worst gym I've ever seen , it has a treadmill that doesn't work 1 bench, with only a couple plates and 1 dumbell, that is it. The food is pretty repetative here , and seems to be more tailored for the Eastern European people, we ate , but I wouldn't say it was very much enjoyed. The cakes were pretty good though. I would never go back to the same hotel anyway, but if i did, I wouldn't come back here, just doesn't stand out at all unfortunately and the local beach is extremely poor too.

The room was good with a nice view on the swimming pool, but music was so noisy. Music played from 10 AM to 12 PM, so you couldn't sleep during a day and before 12 PM. Animators were very cool, they had lot of animations during a day. You can play water polo, volleyball, darts etc. In the evening was karaoke, shows in amphitheater and a liitle disco. In main restaurant was low quallity food and there was not much choice. They haf good BBQ and cakes. In second restaurant was very good pizza, but burgers were terrible. The beach was awful, very short and with an ugly concrete platform.

Just returned home from the Senza Inn resort in Alanya, and overall it was ok. There are some positives and negatives as follows:- Positives The resort is very clean and tidy. Rooms are cleaned daily and there is very little/no rubbish lying around as hotel staff are constantly tidying up. Rooms were cleaned daily also. A previous poster mentioned the carpets in the hallway for the floors looking like they had been damaged because of a flood - I agree, they were looking quite worn, but didn't smell as though they had been damaged. The waterpark was a big hit with the kids, very relaxed atmosphere and the kids would have spent all day there if given the chance, unfortunately it was limited to 3 hours per day (11-12 & 14:00-16:00). The entertainment/entertainers were fun and engaging for both adults and kids. There was enough going on throughout the day to keep you busy and break up the day whilst they weren't pushy to get you involved like some other hotels. They're a small team of 6 (from what I could see) but all worked very hard and made an effort. The resort staff in general we're fine (some seemed a little distant and there was a bit of a language barrier but to be fair they made more effort to speak English to me than I could Turkish with them). After a couple of days they did seem to relax and engage with you a little more, but I didn't experience any rudeness at all. There are plenty of amenities in the hotel itself. Shop, shisha bar, babrers ratio parlour etc. So if you wanted to you could spend your entire holiday at the hotel itself without needing to venture out. Finally, the shuttle to the private beach was only a short ride away. The beach area was also very clean and there was plenty of space for sunbeds. Its probably only a 10 minute walk to the beach (in a straight line) but we took the shuttle to make sure we headed to the right place. 24 hour drinks (including alcoholic) available. Normally when I've done all Inclusive before the drinks tend to stop at midnight but this was available 24/7. Negatives Firstly as we arrived late (about 10pm) the only food available for us and the kids was soup. Nice and healthy but after travelling for 8 hours we needed something more substantial. As they served drink and soup throughout the night it's a shame they didn't expand the menu even just a little to accommodate late arrivals. The food in general wasn't great. The snack bar which served pasta, pizzas and burgers throughout the day was fine, but the main restaurant was quite repetitive and food which should have been served hot was tepid/cold at times. Food did seem to improve as our week went on (the chicken dinner they had on Thursday/Friday was amazing) but the rest was mediocre. We ended eating outside the hotel the final 3 night we were there from a restaurant just outside (Ruzgar) which was very good. Although not too pushy, we had a number of staff approach us to try and sell us additional things, like spa treatments (after a free 15 sample massage) as well as trips to certain shops/attractions which we weren't interested in. They weren't pushy but that along with having to purchase wi-fi at the rate of €5 per device/per day it did feel that the hotel were trying to get you to spend even more money. The food counter at the beach bar wasn't operational. The bar was being kept so drinks were at hand, but the only food available was salad rolls which were shipped down from the hotel. It meant we didn't spend as much time down the beach as we probably would have liked. Finally - there was mention of an 'Irish Bar' on the resort, there was no such thing, in fact no bar at all... They had a counter which served drinks (24hrs) next to the bowling alleys but it lacked atmosphere. No TV's for sport and all they had on draught was one type of local beer or soft drinks (cocktails are very nice though). Overall we had a nice holiday and did the job for what we needed, we didn't pay over the odds so we weren't too disappointed with some of the flaws and the kids enjoyed. I agree with some previous posters, it's probably not a 5 star, more like a very good 3 or possibly 4. We've never been to Turkey before so have nothing to benchmark it against so will likely try somewhere new next time but I wouldn't rule out returning again one day if I see a good enough deal

2.4 family that checked out after day 2 with no refund. We tried to hold out but we ended up checking out and using our holiday money to rebook into the neighbouring hotel that actually did what it said. Hydrapasha palace hotel. We’re do I start with this shocking hotel. On arrival there isn’t anything to drink considering it’s supposedly 4*. The reception staff are rude especially resul and the shorter older stocky one that works alongside him. They are miserable, rude and totally unwelcoming. Customer service is not the receptions strong point at all. I must say the staff are not all like this. It is only reception. They don’t do anything for you. They grunt at you, everything just seems like it is an effort. We booked 7 nights especially as you can only use the fish restaurant if you book a week. Only to be told on arrival that it is only open one day a week. The food is shocking, it is like one big canteen. It is dark and dingy with an attachment to the grill outside. During the day there is food available but there are only a few options available from the menu. The menu needs seriously updating if they no longer offer all the choices. We are big seafood lovers and the only fish we had was tiny grilled mackerel. Not even a prawn was available and this is supposedly 4*. The games room had PlayStation 4’s. My twin boys have the five console at home so this was disappointing. Every game within the room was no less than a £ 1.5 euro charge. Considering this is an all inclusive hotel I cannot understand why there is a charge. We may as well had taken them to a villa. The pool was freezing, there is no heating whatsoever. Even when it was hot the pool was freezing and inhabitable. The pool was virtually empty the whole time. With no indoor pool, a games room that you had to pay for, the kids had nothing to do. I haven’t a clue we’re the beach was and I dare not ask reception. The evening entertainment was shocking and boring. The room floors need revamping. It looks like there was a flood. On arrival to our room there was only a double bed and no single or pull out bed. When we spoke to the reception they sent what could only be described as a piece of metal. There is no way that standard is 4*. This hotel is 3* only and needs to be re looked at. The slides are only on for a few hours throughout the day and once again the water is freezing cold. The shower gel/conditioner which we presume it is isn’t even labelled with a name. That just says it all. You could be washing your body with hand wash for all we no. Don’t waste your time people. Pay that bit more and create decent memories.

The hotel is situated in a rural place called Turkler - approx 20km from Alanya and a 100km from Antalya airport. The hotel has a very large main pool and shallow kids pool in the courtyard. There are plenty of amenities. There is a kids playground with slightly deeper kids pool in the back. Kids indoor play club and outdoor gym. There is a games room - albeit paid for but haggle as it is a must in Turkey anyway. There are quite a few restaurants, Main buffet for you main meals. There is a grill restaurant just outside nearby the passage to the waterpark - don't miss as grilled foods are by far the best. We also had pizzas and pastas in the restaurant next to the games room. There are also "Alla Carte" - more like tasters restaurants where you can book a table and be served by very attentive staff which won't let your glass go empty. We only had time to try the "Fish Inn". The Manager of which - a guy called Uğur - was amazing and very nice to talk to. Speaking of talking - the knowledge of English amongst the staff is limited - good enough to place and order of something but they certainly are better in Russian and sometimes Deutsch. Mind that as a quirk rather than a problem. The restaurant has some shops where you can buy some essentials should you need those or some souvenirs. Those shops are by far better priced than the nearby shopping centre called "Nova Bazaar". Going there is asking for hassle. only venture if you have desire to obtain fakes from of designer brands. I recommend renting a moped or a car from hotel based (in lobby) Nazaar rental. Haggle a little and you won't pay more than £25 a day - it is worth it as you will be able to go to the mountains and Alanya on your own terms - the Kale (castle) and citadel are accessible by car - only for not faint-hearted drivers and its a fracture of cost than the planned excursions. Hotel has 5 floor setup with plenty of rooms. If there is more than 2 of you I'd recommend family suite which is two floor and very nice. The lobby has a patisserie with way better selection than desserts at meals. Whilst you there you may consider skipping coffee - It was hard for me but it is not the greatest as it is powder from machine, and opt for chai - Turkish tea which tastes awesome! Staff in the hotel is very nice. They will serve you drinks in buffet restaurant if you ask them. In all other restaurants, table service is a must. The only little snag is the animations team. They are not as energetic as we were used to in Spain or Greece. There is a piercing and tattoo parlor - the tattoo guy is talented if getting inked on holiday is your thing. There is also shisha rental - pay once for the full day and they will come and change your coals. Haggle though! After all the hotel is nice. It is not European 5* but good 4*. Water park is great for kids and adults. Wifi is paid - but pay for one day as they forget to switch you off! UK phones are stupidly expensive as it is approx £2 per minute in or out... There is a transfer to the beach bar - but it is 5 minutes walk so not really worth it. Beach is rocky and not the greatest, but if you inclined to listen to waves - treat yourself - just take a towel as the sunbeds are dusty. Lastly - the Spa - Sauna is free between 9-4 treatments are paid for but highly recommend option 2. We went with kids who were with us at all time (9 and 5) and they enjoyed it too. Worth the spend but haggle!

to this hotel 5 stars is like me to the moon. Its tragedy. The staff, food, drinks, staff behaviour. The hotel is not clien and have not good smell.. If this hotel will be in Europe will have 2 stars not more. The food all days is pretty the same. Forget about deliciousness.. Maybe the salad’s was the best of all food. If you want lay near pool in the day - you will not have free place where to lay down. You have to wake up around 06:00 in the morning and go to put towels on the sunbeds then you have a place… otherwise you can go to the beach, there is some place to lay down, but the beach is very rocky and the sand is very dirty. The staff always will start to talk with you Russian if you will not are Russian.. In the hotel many stayers are same Turkey’s and Russians.. It was my first time at this hotel and never again i will not go to this disaster place and do not recommend to you. Better to pay a little more for your comfortable vocation.
