The restaurant serves delicious food, everything is fresh, the restaurant staff are always in the audience and make sure that everyone has enough. Dirty dishes are cleaned up quickly, waiters work very clearly. I want to mention the waiter Ibrahim, always smiley and polite, will come up, joke, although he himself is very tired, but will not show the view, always smile.
The hamam also has a good employee Ahmet, always with a joke, you can talk about everything, works for several years, massage does very well.
Room stock is good, everything is clean, girls are cleaned every day, thank them for their hard work.
In general, I liked the hotel very much, I recommend it.
The only thing to note is the lack of a good disc jockey. People come on vacation and want to dance in the evening to good music, the repertoire this year was NOT VERY...
In conclusion, I want to say a big thank you to the hotel for the spirited atmosphere and your friendly team, please KEEP IT, DO NOT LET THEM GO.
1. Professional masseuse Ahmet, hamam and massage are super, I recommend to sign up for the first days of arrival before you have time to sunbathe.
2. Waiters and bartenders, work fast and high quality, always polite and friendly, drinks and cocktails delicious, great beer, separate hello to bartender Murat.
3. A very positive animator, watched with pleasure his shows and programs.
The room has everything you need, cleaning every day. The food is delicious and varied, thanks to the chefs, the chef always went out and made sure people had enough. Nearby beach in walking distance, sun loungers, umbrellas for free, wifi on the beach does not catch. Also near the mosque, prayers were heard, giving an extraordinary flavor. Nearby chain stores, bazaars, fairs.
We would like to express our gratitude to the hotel and its staff.
Unfortunately that is the positives for us. We knew that we had booked a cheap week away for some sun and realise that somethings wouldn't be to our taste, however many basic things need looking at, at oba time.
The bathroom smelt of sewage all the time, we were going to ask to move rooms but many other guests said the same. The fridge in the room actually gives off warm air and isn't cold at all. The air con is inadequate , it cools the room at night but during the day at 30'c, there is no point having it on, meaning the room is unbearably hot. The food as noted in other comments is not great, always the same, never warm. Anyone with allergies/dietary requirements i would avoid this hotel, nothing is labelled in the restaurant at all and if it is, its wrong. Not necessarily down to the hotel as we ate on a trip which we booked at the hotel but we actually ended up very sick for the last few days of our holiday and we are still sick now, unable to return to work yet :(
What's always great is the attitude of the staff. During dinner, the chef always meets the guests himself and stands in the room, monitoring the occupancy of the dishes. The cleaning girls are very friendly and conscientious. The receptionists are nice and alert. Especially Maral. That girl captivated me with her positive energy. A constant smile on my face and a willingness to help with any question - even a meter brought me from home (I needed to measure the size of my husband's shirt at the market). And yes - the market itself is located right outside the hotel on Monday and a block away on Thursday.

the pool is clean and warm, there are many sun beds.
the sea is warm, there are many waves, if you swim well, you will like it. The beach is private for oba time guests, everything is super.
excursions, shops - everything is nearby.
the best excursions were at Suleyman Osmanoglu - Ahiska tour, on the way to the beach, where there is a mini park and cats.
A nice girl met me at the reception, helped and told me everything
The rooms are comfortable, clean, have air conditioning, TV, balcony, cleaning service comes every day and cleans everything as quickly and without disturbing as possible.
It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, there are sunbeds available
The food in the restaurant is very tasty, something new every time
I'll definitely come again

But the hotel's biggest plus is the staff, very friendly and friendly people. I especially want to mention the manager at the Moral reception, a very friendly and kind girl. We handled everything through her, very quickly. He'll always tell you, tell you, ask you how we feel about everything, if we like it. Thank her very much!
The room we had was nice, comfortable beds, lots of pillows, the room had everything you need, lacked curtains in the shower cabin, mountain and sea views. The maids were nice, smiley, cleaned the room well, daily.
Very much liked the hams, liked the attitude, you can see that here work for results. Ahmet is a great masseuse, you can feel the hands of a professional, a nice man both externally and in communication. Inesa is a wonderful masseuse, a very pretty girl, nice to talk to.
Excellent cuisine, everything was delicious, soups and desserts, we had everything, meat, fish and fruit(melons, melons, peaches, plums, etc.). The waiters and bartenders did well, working fast, very attentive, Ibrahim, Murat, Elkar, fun, positive guys, cheered us up.
Animator Ken, a very obsessive and insolent man, screwed us up. Followed us everywhere, such behaviour towards holidaymakers is unacceptable. We can joke and laugh, but there's a limit to everything, you don't have to go overboard.
But this fact did not affect the overall impression of the hotel. It feels like you've come to visit a very friendly family, it feels good to be back. Thank you!
Hotel recommended. If you are tired of the bustle of the big city and you want a quiet, beach holiday, then come to this hotel, will not regret.

First impressions the Hotel and rooms are very nice and clean, the staff on the whole are pleasant and curtious but most speak lttle English, the pool and bar facilities are generally good if a little small . The beach is just an 8 minute walk and supplies free sunbeds on beach 35, the hotel provides free towels for a 5 pound deposit. There is masive market outside on Monday so you can get your souvenirs early, The deserts, tea , coffee and soft drinks are very good. Generally the Hotel itself is realy good. BUT ..
The Bad Points: The Hotel caters 95% for Russians and Germans who are rude and curt at the best of times and make the stay horrid, they hog the lift and barge around like they own the place. The food is awfull it caters for Russian and German taste only .. chips for breakfast ? very limited choice of hot dishes no cold meat or cheese so if your a fussy eater avoid or youll eat out, we ate mainly salad, bread and cake . The bar is OK the orange juice tastes like over diluted squash, Gin Vodka or Raki are the only spirits and local larger, bar closes at 11.00 which is ridiculous for a Hotel. To sum up would I come to Alanya again Yes .. I probably would. Would I stop at this hotel again no I would not . It is not set up for the English clientele.
