Nice clean hotel, central for most things. Staff spoke very little English so communication was a big problem. Food was horrible, same thing every day so ate out. Paper cups for hot drinks and no tea. Bar closed at 10 30 prompt and hot and cold drinks weren't available after that either. During our stay we were the only English people staying there. It was prodominately Russian guests who were staying there and they were very rude. Had to ask several times for basic things like toilet rolls. Not the best service we've received in Turkey and we've stayed in many hotels in different parts of Turkey. Definitely wouldn't stay again or in Alanya.

Nice hotel friendly staff helped when needed. The only thing I can fault is the food same things on every night and not very nice we were expecting cooked breakfast. No labels on the food either. Apart from the food side of it we had a lovely week here

I’ve been to this hotel in May. The food was very delicious, rooms are clean, WiFi is freand fast . I could call with WhatsApp without problem and send pictures, dining room is near to the swimming pool. That looks nice , especially in the evening. And the staff were veryyyy polite. I liked this hotel :)

Highly recommend. Me and my mother spent 12 nights overthere. The room was specious and clean. Water pressure was good. The hotel was 10 minutes walk to a very good beach. Best place to relax. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful,good manager. Foods are diverse and healthg including different vegetables and delicious soups. Hotel has a clean pool. Will come back next year.

Poor food (watermelon was only first day, no fruit anymore during all week, chicken nuggets every day for lunch and dinner, no food for kids and infants). Staff is very lazy. Restaurant area is dirty, nobody cleans tables. The room was not small, but it was cleaned only too times during 7 days. Location of the hotel is good. Not far away from the beach.

Poor food,dirty pool,lazy staff.asked for butter portion at dinner and was told only available at breakfast.beer was off and when complained waiter just shrugged then went to management and got same response.pool was that dirty could not see the bottom.room cleaning only done every three days.avoid this hotel.

Very nice, small, but great hotel, guiet and calm atmosphere for relaxing holidays this is a great hotel, the staff are brilliant, friendly, helpful, present, attentive, but not overbearing and didnt left you alone when you need them. Special mention for Ali and Doni, Burak- they be such a stars! All the workers are very friendly and helpful. General hotel manager,made special effort to make me feel very welcome. The hotel, pool and all areas are clean and you can feel really like home, because these people, has established a very cozy and sincere atmosphere.. I already missed them.. The only negatives were: 1. Alanya is very hot, so very stupid when water can only pour into a glass and from 10 hours to get it, or can only be bought, it's for the worse, and dangerous to the health of every guest. essential water through such global hot all day and as much as you want. 2. Other things in your first aid kit has only two drugs, and I as a medic, I to say you are very confident about that, but still I am thankful for the people who took care of me when I was received sunstroke, and helped to go to pharmacies still remained caring and original, but the future must be to develop a full first-aid kit ;) anyway a big thank for us. 3. Bar, it's closing at 10pm. Relly?? This is a worry to us but it's not good for you.You lose a lot of money ;)) 4. The food was delicious, but perhaps should be slightly diversify the menu and do not repeat as often the same dish. In spite of everything I say a huge thank, for the 7 days that felt like a real queen, and despite all the rules anyway, we all together, found compromises,and created the cool atmosphere in Pera Inn, I was happy and, I say a big thank all people, who contributed to this feeling. Alanya and Pera Inn Hotel can offer you the time of your life making you want to come back again for more wonderful experiences. Ok..It's only a three star hotel, but plus is that this hotel is near the sea and city center. So to reach the sea, or go to city You don't have any problem. The main problem about hotel was meal, cuz it was same alot of the days... But ok, still thinking 'it's only three stars' aaaand bar, it's closing at 10pm. that was very very bad... And ofcours!!! Ali - You are the best. Realy. reception guy - so kind, peaceful, nice, always with a smile! And always helpful, if He can - He will do the best.

This hotel is only a 3-star hotel, but it is very tidy and comfortable. Hotel is near to the sea and city center. There was reception boy Ali, which always helps with everything you need. He is very friendly and funny, He created a very cozy atmosphere, because it was possible to hold a conversation even in Russian language, so I was feel like at home <3 I am very grateful to Him! I think I'll be back :)

Perra Inn Hotel maybe small but really causy. Rooms were tidy and comfortable. 5min to the beach or main street. And 10 min to the city center. Little bit disappointed about variety of dishes but biggest plus of this hotel was the staff. Especialy reception boy Ali, which welcomes you with a smile and helps with everythimg you need. So day starts and ends good.
