We rested at the hotel from October 8 to October 21. We arrived at the hotel around 2 p.m. We checked in immediately, building B, room 610. The room was no frills. View from the balcony towards Antalya, with a partial view of the sea and the mountain from which paragliders descended. It's very noisy at night. The room has two beds, a refrigerator, a TV, a bathroom with a shower. I would also like to say about the bed linen - washed, with holes, in 13 nights it was changed once for the same. The hotel has a small pool with cold chlorinated water. Some of the good things about the hotel -the food is always fresh and tasty, very good friendly staff, except for the manager, who never answered our greetings, but was extremely kind to the Germans. Beach 22 is located across the road from the hotel, the entrance is rocky. We went to beaches 15-16 , there is a very good sandy entrance. Opposite the hotel there is a bus stop to Konakli (number 50), fare 30 liras. You can get to the Time Center shopping center and Neva outlet, the choice is better than in Alanya. The tour was taken from Anex, without transfer, flight by Pobeda to Alanya, we got to the hotel on our own by public transport, it’s not very convenient. We ordered a 7/24 transfer back, 200 liras per person, a Mercedes minivan, very comfortable. If we go to Alanya again, we’ll choose another hotel.

Melissa is know for it's friendly staff. We paid litte extra and got a bigger room towards the pool and with a nice sea view. This is an all inclusive hotel and even though the hygiene seemed to be good, I got sick and had to stay three days in the hotel room.

The hotel was ok, room was basic but clean. Cleaners carried out basics in rooms, and were generally friendly. Air con worked well, and was needed on a couple of occasions. Staff were pleasant, chefs were not so, in fact some of them were quite miserable, possibly reflected in the terrible food they served. Hotel had fair selection of salads but kept out too long in heat for my liking. Hotel looks onto beach and has beach bar, Resort was quite nice, no night-life unless you went into the city. Plenty of water sports and tandem paragliding. Pity about the food being so bad, having to eat out meant that the 'all inclusive' part got more expensive.
All in all, hotel not bad, would I go back - no, Resort quiet, would I go back - no, Value for money - fair. There were no english holiday-makers in hotel which made it bit frustrating.

We were 3 adults with 1 child in this hotel.
Pros- nice sea, nice public beach. The rooms are tastefully furnished, only the bathroom is smaller, but it was possible.
Disadvantages - don't expect all inclusive, you practically won't eat enough for lunch and dinner. We informed the CK and there was a remedy - there were lunches and dinners for 3 days, that we ate, but things gradually returned to their normal. The standard wait for food refills was 20 minutes or more, and even after several emergency calls, they still didn't bring anything.
If you come from the beach, you cannot have refreshments at the bar by the pool - they are cleaning. There is only 1 bar.
The air conditioning in the corridor did not work at all, the light did not come on in the evening, but still on during the day. Wifi works only at the reception, but if there are more people there, it drops out. You can also buy it for the room, but the price is 2 euros and it still drops out all the time.
When I evaluate it, the ratio of price and quality that one expects, I give 2 stars.

Pros - The hotel is clean and for the most part acceptable. There were some unmet expectations but for the most part, our travel agency was to blame for it. The staff was nice overall.

Cons - The wifi ... just horrible. You have to pay 2 euros per device and will still drop every 5 minutes. DO NOT come here if you need a steady wifi for work. The food is plenty but, quite bad the few exceptions are usually taken within minutes and not restocked. Advisable for hunger games fans. The gym ... what gym? There is a bar (One love reggae bar) next to the hotel and they will play loud music through the night. The beach isn't the cleanest either, both water and sand.

This hasn't been the worst experience but still wouldn't repeat.

Room was a poor standard for the price we paid. Food the same every night with not much choice. No snacks included in the all inclusive option only breakfast lunch and dinner. Reps are very pushy, one came over pestering whilst we were eating. I was travelling with my son who is type 1 diabetic, asked for a diet coke and was given normal coke, luckily i tested it as he could have ended up in hospital. They stop serving drinks at 10 to 11 at night, which wouldnt be a problem if there was a kettle in the rooms. Pool is only open 10-6 in peak summertime. I've been alanya many times and would not stay at this hotel again. It's a shame as it has a lot of potential as the location of it is great. Highly recommend yeniacun apartments around the corner or anahtar apartments.

My wife and I have been going to the Cleopatra Melissa Hotel in Alanya every autumn for about 15 years to extend the summer a bit. Again and again we are enthusiastic about the price-performance ratio: Great location right on the beach, incredibly nice and helpful staff, delicious food, a relaxed and friendly atmosphere - what more could you want. Since we do not speak English, it is especially great for us that German is spoken excellently at the reception. We have always been looking forward to our next holiday here throughout the year and have now also been able to inspire our children and grandchildren for family holidays together there.

My wife and I vacationed at the end of September. Upon arrival, we were offered a choice of three rooms in building B. The room was good for its category. I liked the food at the hotel, there was meat and delicious soups, and the fruit always included watermelon and very tasty melons. I enjoyed my vacation.

Scenic location, great beach, hotel very nice, clean, cozy. Very friendly staff. It's delicious! It's gorgeous for a three, it didn't happen in fours. Fruit - juicy, fresh! Alcohol is fine, too, delicious beer and white wine! I recommend it!

We stayed here for one week in September. The location could be described as "far from everything". The food was okay (rice, pasta, chicken, meats and sallads), but you were not allowed to take the warm dishes for yourself, which was pretty annoying. They would give you one tiny chicken leg the size of a toothpick, and expect you to be satisfied with that. We once were eight minutes too early for breakfast and were told off by the staff to wait before taking any food (I hade already taken some food on my plate). Seriously, eight minutes! If you had any business to the reception you would always find the lady on the phone, so you hade to stand there and wait for ages just to get your room key. The bathroom had a really odd layout. When going on the toilet, you had to squeeze yourself down sideways to be able to sit at all. If you have some extra weight on you or you are otherwise just a big person, then forget about using the toilet at all. The terrible smell from the drain would also spread into the bedroom, even with the bathroom door closed. No, won't be staying here again.
