Arrived to very welcoming staff. Very clean room with a great view of the sea/beach. Lots of extra charges, WiFi was free in the communal lobby area but was very slow. To use WiFi n rooms there was an extra charge. Extra charge for the safe too. All inclusive drinks finished at 10:30pm then charged. There was some entertainment, the leather fashion show was rather weird. Pool very small and the photo used to advertise shows a pool bar- this is not there. Very few sunbeds and even fewer umberellas. Unfortunally all the sunbeds had towels on and reserved very early in the morning with some not being occupied by a person until after lunch. Staff didn't monitor this either. Sunbeds could have see better days as a lot were damaged. Rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bedding. Staff were lovely, friendly and really helpful when we were left with little help from our rep about our transfers. They went above and beyond. Staff spoke a variety of languages and were very fluent. Food was nice, salads had lots of variety. Not dishes not many but rice and chips there every day along with fresh bread. Very basic hotel but clean and friendly.…
It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, actually I didn’t have alot of expectations when ai think about the pris, cause it was not expensive. Put the service was amazing. Extremely friendly staff, good food, by the beach and they have shows maybe twice a week. I was there with my parents, and it was really good place to stay, clean and big room. The hotel is on the beach-way. Only few minutes to other shops and restaurants. We wanted to stay for longer time, but it was fully booked.
Short walk into the city, lovely sunset view by the beach just across the road. Food was ok, wish for more local dishes though. Pool area was small and never had the chance to actually use it. Drinks included in the all inclusive should be more visible. The entertainment was ok, but the fashion show by the leather company was a bit odd, the price you could win was a 10% discount in their shop - why bother. Was transferred on my first night - some plumbing (rather overbooked) - apparently to a better hotel, but wasted a day coz the other place was crap... Shame
hotel that gives peace to our holiday. fun, sympathetic, fantastic. rooms are cleaned every day. employees are helpful. very close to the sea, you can go to the city center very easily by walking.see you next year parador beach hotel.☀️☂️🏖️🍹☀️
The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to the center is very close, the rooms are very clean. staff is friendly. very close to the sea. The food is good, but it should be a little more variety. I can recommend it to everyone. You can enjoy your holiday comfortably. I hope to come again. Thanks to Faruk and Sürmeli and Fatih
First of all, the location of the hotel and all the staff are great. the rooms are very clean and nice. friendly staff especially surmeli and faruk. food could be a little better. It is very close to see. Also you can go to the town by walk. But it is better if you try walk evening time. See you
What a home from home After two years of covid it is great to once again see the world. Great food, clean and spacious rooms and an excellent staff, faruk took care of all our queries including support with currency exchange and planning activities including paragliding. We cannot wait to return. Now we must go back to the Uk and to the rain ! See you in 2024
I stayed in this hotel alone for one week between 15th and 22nd of September. For the money I paid, I was surprised about the quality of service, rooms, cleaning and food. The rooms, where majority are facing the Alanya castle, are newly refurbished and spotlessly clean with the cleaning service being done daily! The food is not plentiful, but for the price, it is enough and it is very tasty. I want especially to thank to the day hotel manager Zehra. If you need any help, go directly to her, she is very nice and kind and will do everything to solve your problem and to make your stay more comfortable. Overall a great hotel, would go back anytime.
Can't say anything bad about hotel but the hospitality here is horrible. We arrived around 12pm and had to wait 2 hours until the check-in time to get our room, but that I can somewhat respect. Food is eatable, however for lunch you usually get breakfast leftovers mixed together. Fries get re-heated as well. This can be expected since we paid very little for our trip, however the check-out process and waiting for our transfer is what was the last drop and caused me to write this review. Check-out time is 12:00, our transfer is at 18:30. The reception staff cuts off your wristband and you are no longer able to have food or drinks. It is 34°C outside and we are denied lunch and even water. Our tour operator contacted the reception about this and they replied that they do not have to serve us after check out. We also asked about late checkout and it costs roughly 60€.…
In pictures hotel looks way better, it has seen better days, i mean everywhere rooms/restoraunt, outside. After rebuild it would be good. And rhose late checkout fees are absurd. And by means of covid 19 "what are they doing" its just joke.
