I've just arrived back from a very relaxing 10 holiday at the hotel. It is situated within easy walking distance of the shops bars and restaurants. My room was basic had a very comfortable bed, a good shower and was very clean. the staff are very friendly and the cleaning staff are always about making sure everything is spotless. The food was plentiful and hot and there was always something to eat. Yes it could do with a refurbishment but if they did this then they would charge a lot more, considering the area and the beach they could easily do this anyway. I will definitely be back as the staff made me feel safe and welcome which is an added bonus being a solo traveller

I have just returned from a ten day stay at the krizantem hotel when we arrived our two bedroom family room wasn’t ready so was given two rooms next door to each other, then the next day our family room was ready on hindsight we should have stayed in the two rooms. As the air-con wasn’t great the toilet moved when you sat on it, the shower was over the bath with quiet a big step into it. For the whole of our ten day stay we were the only English speaking family although the staff try there best there English is very limited we used a lot of hand gestures to communicate. In my past experience with all inclusive all local spirits were free here only Gin, Vodka,red/White wine and very low if any alcohol beer. If you wanted an ice cream you had to wait until 5pm then get in a very long queue. Snacks in the afternoon from 3pm was Burger and Chips very day no variation. Just a word to the wise waiters and bar staff are all men unless your a young beautiful woman prepare to wait as they will ignore you until they have to serve you. I was travelling with my sixteen year old daughter and her friend who received a lot of unwanted attention to say the least. Lastly the animation team work only around the main poor which is quiet small to get a sunbed round there my husband got up at 4am one day that was too late all beds gone. There is no evening entertainment only mini disco for kids nothing else. Food is catered for the majority so if your a fussy eater don’t bother they do have a chef in the morning and evening cooking omelettes fried eggs pancakes on alternative days which was nice. Please don’t be deceived like us 1. With the photos of the hotel the sun beds are very basic no cushions no aqua park unless that classes one slide. 2. Turkey is cheaper than the Uk but only slightly be warned. I haven’t written of turkey all together but definitely would not stay in Alanya.…

It was our second visit in Krizantem Hotel. Previous one was one year ago, when " covid 19 " restictions were still in force. We come back to well known place where everything was almost perfect. The first thing : personel were supervised every day from morning hours till evening by Mr. Artun as manager - worked very skilfull and smooth. They gave every hotel guest filing of great comfort. Great thanks to chief cook and his staff for preparing plentifull and various ,fresh delicious dishes. It is necessary to express our thanks to friendly personel in restaurant - always helpful . It is also necessary to mention room service,which was working very efective. We are fully satisfyied from our two weeks in Krizantem and prmissed ourselves to return next year if our health permits.

Hotel is conveniently placed right next to a private beach with free sun loungers and a bar. All rooms have access to a free wifi. There’s air conditioning and polish tv available. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea. Food was great and diverse. Service was top-notch. I can recommend.

I heartily recommend the Kriznatem hotel. Fantastic atmosphere. Very friendly service that cares about the guests. The waiters change even the table cloths for each family. The best cakes I've ever eaten. Rooms cleaned every day. I will go back there for sure.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. I have been spending my vacation there for the fifth time and I am always very satisfied. Good food, and every day the cook makes an addition to breakfast and dinner, such as scrambled eggs, kebabs, etc., all hot and on a regular basis, and when it comes to sweet snacks, they are delicious. The cleaner cleans the rooms every day. In the evening, the attractions are very nice and the staff is very helpful to me. The location is great - next to the small town and the main city of Alanya it is very close. The beach is literally 10 meters away. I can't imagine spending my vacation in another hotel

Writing this in english because I want everyone to know how bad this hotel is. The bathrooms are full of mold, not a tiny bit but every corner is covered in mold. My pillowcase had a brown stain on it and my boyfriend’s bedsheet had blood on it. When we confronted the manager he offered us two rooms which were even worse. When we showed the pictures of the mold in every bathroom, they said that they couldn’t do anything else. This is the most nasty hotel I’ve ever been in. The food is terrible too and the hotel itself looks like it’s never been cleaned. The toaster that you can use for breakfast is all black from burned toasts. Looks like it’s never been cleaned. No one cares even tho mold is very bad for your health. PLEASE DONT GO HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. The good reviews are probably fake. Bad service, nasty rooms and the food is disgusting. The beds are so old. From 7 nights spent here, no night with quality sleep due to the bed. 🤨 The food is the same every day and the quality is low on it. The hygienic conditions are not really in place. Some crockery was not well washed. The plates were still not dryed.

We had booked 2 weeks in this hotel but as we arrived to hotel at 2am, they told that they are overbooked and they will transfer us to some city hotel. They did not even apologise. We told them that this is not ok but they just rudly put us in a car. Tour operator was closed at the time and all managers were not available so they told us we had no choice but to obay. Staff told us that these forced transfers are common at Kaila hotel Group. I’m very disappointed at this replacement hotel and I can’t believe they can do this often. So this might hapen to you too if you book this hotel!
