The hotel is in a great location. The rear of the hotel backs straight on to Kleopatra Beach. It is about 15 minutes walk to the city centre, lots of shops nearby. About a 15 minute walk to the cable cars to the Alanya castle. Hotel was clean and tidy, cleaners came every day to change sheets and towels. Staff are generally friendly, however the manager at the reception was not overly helpful. Not able to recommend a taxi or a local bank when I asked about this. He didn't seem too interested in us, maybe because we hadn't booked dinner. We just didn't feel very welcomed, which was a shame. We also got a triple bedroom and not the double we booked but kept it as it had a sea view. We booked with breakfast, which was ok. I would book again if there was a different manager.

Wonderful hotel in perfect location on the beach. Staff are all lovely and helpful especially Alli on the beach. Had an fab 2 weeks at this hotel would definitely return. Lots of lovely places in the area to eat and book days out and only a short walk to the cable cars to visit the castle.

Just spent 2 weeks here and loved every minute hotel clean and tidy food was nice and the staff was very friendly especially Alli and Hussain would recommend to any one. The poo area was good with enough sun beds

A 3 star hotel that worth its price. Room, food, service, staff were all OK especially considering for its price range. Definitely worths the money you spend. The beach is 50m away and it's a good one. Staff was friendly, they care cleanness. You shouldn't expect much but for this price range, quality was good. Alanya city center was like 20mins walking.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are lovely. Rooms are cleaned every day with bedding changed every 2 days. End rooms are loads bigger and have a big balcony than the rooms in the middle of the hotel, the rooms in the middle have the air con generator on the balcony which blows hot air that isnt ideal when the balcony already isnt big enough to swing a cat. The pool area plays quiet music and the pools are great, if you want a sunbed you need to be down before 8am. Lunchtime Food and cocktails are cheaper than the bars in alanya (46TL a cocktail £6.80 compared to 60TL £8.80 in bars/restaurants) The beach is a stones throw away, they charge 8TL a sunbed £1.20 and bring your drinks and food all day. Hotel food isn't the best. There were no English people at the hotel so i think they catered more for the German folk. Breakfast - Hams/Cheese/Salami/Eggs Dinner - Rice/Stew/Veg salad We ate out at a bar called Cubanas a few times, really nice there and well priced. Its just opposite the hotel down the street where the camel sits. They offer a free trip to the castle at night time, its worth a go for the views. Overall we thought the hotel was pretty basic, wouldnt return due to food but other than that we enjoyed it :)…

Perfect position just on the beach, normal bazen, veeery friendly waiters, excelent breakfast and diners. We enjoied 10 days with whole family. Moreover, they prepared for me great birthday party ;) Thank you

Very good value for the price. The hotel is next to the beach, you don't even need to cross the road. The ~20 sunbed at pool area are free of charge, but they are occupied whole day, so be fast in the morning. The breakfast and the diner is OK. Upper levels of the building are better because of safety

An excellent hotel, everything is clean and neat, the staff is fantastic, the food is great, all the recommendations for this hotel, I'll probably come back again.Too bad they did not have all three meals offered, the son ate food and was thrilled, although he had never eaten such food before. But in the first place it would definitely put the hotel staff, from room mugs, waiters, cooks, receptionists ... each one will help you as much as you can for anything you need.

Really nice place to stay. Hotel is renovated last year, so furniture in rooms is new. Location is excellent.You don't even need to cross the road on the way to the beach. Hotel doesn't provide sun umbrellas and sun beds but you can rent them for less than a euro per day. Food is quite good and people are very friendly. Would recommend it.

Breakfast ok-,dinner mostly some "unspesified" in sauce. Dessert ok, but missed more fruit. Rooms were cleaned every day. Pool area untidy. Staff probably tired at the end of the season.The location is perfect anyway as it's close to the sea and the centre of Alanya.
