We booked this hotel, then read the reviews, they were not so good but I always say it might be ok once you get there or not. Well we had a pleasant surprise hotel was good, we arrived later than our planned arrival as we was delayed at gatwick, reception staff were very nice & helpful, we was helped with our luggage up to our room, our room was clean air con was rubbish it worked fine on first night then went on a go slow, was very hot in room we left balcony door open with curtain shut, bathroom was old but clean as it could be, large balcony with a side sea view. Didn't bother with pool as we do not like reserving a sun bed very early morning, it annoys me that people are allowed to do it, beach was just across the road but it was not nice, big stones & pepples to walk across to get into the sea, more big stones of different sizes in the sea & they were slippery once in it was ok, then the getting out was very hard we gave up after a couple of days, sunbeds & parasols were 6TL each which we thought was reasonable, you could get soft local drinks on beach for free but had to pay for effects. Food was ok, I like Turkish food but skipped the meat, the salad was always nice, the fruit selection was good, the peaches were wonderful, they have snacks in the afternoon & cake & biscuits later at 1700hrs. No air con in lobby it was HOT!!!! there, sat there some evenings playing cards having a drink The staff were very friendly, helpful nothing was to much trouble, they always had a smile & a hello, we were the only English in the hotel the first week there was a few different nationalities second week it was nearly all Russians . Hotel was quite a distance from the town centre & castle, there were a few cafe's/bars nearby & a taxi rank just across from hotel We would go back to this hotel as we liked it

Hotel is located about 20 min walk from attaturk square, what's is considered a cenre of Alanya. On the way you find McDonald's and big Migros supermarket. Room is ok size with minifridge. Balcony is spacious, comfortable. All inclusive bar is open from 9 am to 10 am. They got pepsi range and local spirits only. Pool area could be bigger, it's fine when hotel is half full. The beach is devided by road from the hotel. Cleopatra beach on the other side of the town is far better. There is a charge 8 lyra for sunbed on the beach Food is provided non stop from 7am until 9pm and it's turkish type of food Overall good value budget hotel.

Positive + Location. You are situtated right next to the beach with an astoundishing view over the marina, castle and Taurusmountains. + Everything you might need is closeby. Shops, supermarkets, dentist, clinic, barber, watersports/beach, restaurants, ATM and outdoor gym. + All-inclusive had large selection to choose from, local beer, spirits and soft drinks.Food was authetic Turkisk. + Room were OK. AC worked like a charm. + Hard beds and pillows, as expected in Turkey. + Hotel has a really expensive supermarket with all your basic needs. + Hotel also has a barber/hairdresser/tattoostudio/massageparlor. A bit expensive but I can really recommend it. + Poolarea have sun on it the entire day. Negative - All-inclusive food lacked of any international dishes. - Room had wall-to-wall carpets, which feels nice to walk but was very dirty and had stains all over it. - WiFi was only really working a couple meters within receptionarea. At the pool it wasnt working good at all. - Internet speed was ridiculous, as expected in Turkey. - Poolarea dont have nearly enough sunbeds and quite a few of them were broken so you could only lie down in them. - Pool was always kind of dirty with large hairballs and gravel/sand from the beach in it. - Temperature in restaurant. As its located on top floor it gets really hot, especially during dinner since they have no curtains or blinds on their closed windows. - No airconditioned area in the hotel, except for your room. Neutral * A vast majority of the hotels guests are polish. In one week we only heard 3 Brits and 2 Germans, the rest polish. * Adequate cleaning of rooms daily. Not bad and not particulary good either. *
