A fab two week stay at the Monart City Hotel. On arrival, the anti Covid protection system was excellent, ensuring the hotel guests and staff remain as safe as possible. This included spraying of luggage prior to entering the premises and there were anti bac hand washes throughout the hotel including communal areas like lifts, stairways, bar areas and restaurants. Our temperature was taken three 3 a day. Check-in was effortless and help was at hand to transport our luggage to the room. Remote controls for TV and Air-con were sealed in new plastic bags ready for our use. We stayed in block 1 (above reception) perfect! Recently refurbished with large flat screen TV and bespoke lighting throughout. The bathroom was quite big with a power shower. The king size bed was super comfortable. The balcony overlooked the sea and the sunset above the harbour to the right was a sight to behold, perfect. The Hotel beach offers a bar too. The Hotel is immaculate, clean and very well maintained. The food is really good offering various meats, fresh fish, and vegetarian options. Soup of the day, salad bar/desserts/fresh fruit. Drinks include beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, juice, tea & coffee. We wanted to express in our review that the staff are all exceptional. From reception, bar, house keeping & Restaurant, all totally professional and very personable. Nothing was too much for them and everything was carried out perfectly. Thank you for a perfect stay Joan & Hughie Campbell

Returned from a stay here at the beginning of September, we always book 4 or 5 star all inclusive if traveling to turkey i would give this a 2 star rooms small uncomfortable mattress lumpy pillows small old fashioned 1980 s box tv very dark and dingy rooms. Due to covid none existence entertainment, the hotel next door did have entertainment that you could hear Monart not even music played in the evening, apparently your supposed to listen to the hotel next doors music, it was like the most miserable atmosphere i have ever been to. pools ver very small with a few beds due to covid again but your not allowed to sit in your family groups, food rubbish in a small restaurant with only to two air conditioning units in the upstairs sitting room very stuffy, not one person of staff in the restaurants are friendly to uk customers, due to Covid again you couldnt get a drink and sit outside from the restaurant the pool bars was not open till 10 and they would not let you bring a drink outside the restaurant so if your like me and an early riser and like to relax outside with a nice coffee in the morning then its tough luck, however i did see they they was accomodating the locals with coffee outside from the pool bar before 10 am . The reception staff was ok at times except one russian girl who certainly was the rudest staff i have ever met. the only possitive thing i can say about the hotel was the beach across the busy main road and the friendly beach bar staff. then to top our holiday off my friends had a robbery from there hotel room they lost quite a substantial amount of money passports etc , the hotel could not care less not until the jet2 reps got to the hotel did anyone care, the reps got the police involved and they told my friends it was a regular occurrence at Monart. we asked for a change of hotel from the jet 2 reps and moved to another 4 * hotel, The hotel we moved to was very Covid safe we asked to wear face masks in public enclosed places not once in Monart was we asked to, face masks was provided it was very safe and there was entertainment we could get a coffee and sit outside with it before 10 am the rooms where 4* standard we could sit and sunbathe as family, we was not treated like we was just an inconvenience to the staff it was a totally different experience. i would just like to point out that due to Covid there is some changes that we expected and adhered to but what i cannot understand is if you can get a drink outside at 10 am and after why not before, where does Covid affect this, No music played in the evening but music played in the day time. you can sit round a table together as a family but not sunbathe as a family and as for listening to entertainment from the neighbouring hotel you can hear it but you cant see it never ever have i been asked to do this before however the 4 * hotel think that this is fair. i hope you take in my views from here never ever once have i left a negative review or felt like i have had to change hotels in the nearly 30 years of travelling abroad. The photo below is the view from my room

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your review. One of your family members did the same review already on the 13th of September. We dont know how many times you feel like to share the same things but we guess what you are trying to achieve with your actions. You could pay for the safe in the room in order to lock in your valuble stuff. Hotelier doesnt takes responsibility for lost things in the room. Things like these happening very rarely in our Hotel so need to blame us for things you can not prove. However your family had to state it to the police in order to get their new passport documents for departure. Our Hotel is taking all necessary preventive measuers and offers masks at the reception and entrance too, you just need to request it. We have disinfactants everywhere and we are using a fogger machine for our general areas. There are many others things too, if we wouldnt take all these measures we wouldnt get the safe toursim certificate. And we do have toursim licence for 4 stars. You should book a resort hotel not a city hotel if you look for a bigger place with much more entertainment. İt was your choice. The person who gets drinks in the morning before 10 am is the owner of this hotel. Furthermore you can get your coffee and tea at the main restaurant before 10 am. The last part of your review you should write to the other Hotels page not to ours. If you book a sea view room from home you will get it at Monart City too. You can upgrade your room if available. Thanks again for the same review, we havent answered all parts of your review as most of the points we answered already in your review before. Best regards Your Monart City Team

Spent a week at this hotel in September, when arrived, room given wasnt adequate for our requirements as we like to sit after a hard day in the sun on the balcony with a glass of wine. We went to reception and they couldn't have been anymore helpful, told us to come back next morning. Next morning we were shown a fantastic room with fantastic views, the girls at reception were so nice always chatting, all staff very nice. Hotel couldn't do enough to make sure all hygiene was taken care of with temp taken before entering hotel and restaurant and hand sanitisers everywhere. The hotel is trying its best with the variety of foods there was also the snack bar. Fantastic massage and Turkish bath, all in all fantastic week, would return again.

just a quick note to say this is the 4th time i have been to this hotel. The staff at this place are so attentive and the hotel is situated in the perfect location. This years trip was a little different than previous years due to the current COVID pandemic but it was clear to see that everyone was pulling out all the stops to keep their guests safe. I just returned from a 2 week stay at this hotel on the 25th of September and im already booked again to go next year. I would also like to add that the food choice was good and unless your extremely hard to please you will surely find something to eat, - Greetings from GH

Stayed at Monart City for one week hotel clean and covid proof room was very small. The food apart from the snack bar is absolutely terrible the people who worked in the main buffet hall were the most miserable people I've met in Turkey. The girls on reception and the main bar staff are totally different lovely people
