To be honest, I was expecting more from this hotel. I will explain you why. The food is average Three star hotels food. Every morning is an eggs. Boiled or fryed. 🥴And some vegetables. For lunch you can have a soup and the main meal. For dinner it a bit better situation(you can find even a cakes). Staff iš 50/50.I can give a 10 points to room cleaning and restaurant staff except that lad which is like a manager of the bar and the restaurant. (he is quite rude, and when he get that we are from England he became nice. Possibly expecting for tips). The Hotel informator at first day been tried to sell hammam for double price, but when I said that we going to different place, became quite ignorant. Animation? I seen animator, but to be honest, I have no clue what he doing. From pluses I see good hotel location not far from sea, and not far from bus stop to Alanya, good cleaning, and good receptionists...

Neat hotel, close to beach. Very friendly cleaning lady. The animator Mateo is the best. He was very helpful with booking various trips and negotiated good prices for us. Mateo also showed us a great time in Alanya's night life. Go meet him if you want to party!

Actually i thought the vacation was quite fun! The animation guy was very nice and helpfull, and can take you to awesome parties. We had a obsolutely great time here. we recomend you to come spend your vaction here :)

Terrible hotel.
Very bad food and alcohol. For breakfast its only eggs and vegetables. And if you come 30 min before the end of breakfast you only get vegetables. For lunch there is only 1 option for soup and 2 options for main course (and vegetables).
Wi-fi is not working. Good thing it's free though.
Right after checking in they are persistently trying to sell you stuff like hamam and spa procedures. If you want to use safe in your room it's extra money (all inclusive doesnt cover it). Room bar is empty, only water is there.
Staff is not polite. For example some waiter yelled at me for opening a window during lunch and forced me to close it. Because it was too hot for him. He could have asked politely at least, it's not my fault that it's hot.
The only good part if room cleaning.

Whilst LoveHolidays was misleading stating 3 pools and evening entertainment, there was one main pool and two TINY ones with entertainment 3 nights we where there, one being bingo that we paid extra for. Downside was the room was very small and didn't have a kettle and the duvet in the wardrobe you wouldn't want to touch.
Having said that all of the staff where friendly and helpful (reception, waiting staff, bar staff, and cleaners). The hotel was very clean with a few extra touches, always sun beds available by the pool and at the beach, very close to the beach too. We had a great time with the entertainment staff (Mateo) and whilst we where told the hotel was full there was always somewhere clean to sit at dinner and plenty of tasty food.
I would recommend for an easy, relaxing holiday and would visit again if I went back to Alanya,

This hotel is quite far from the centre and a bit of a distance from the main road so you have to walk quite a bit to get to town centre and back.
I stayed in November and the main thing that let this hotel down is the food as the breakfast had very little choice and there was very little food. I am not sure if this is normal for this hotel or whether they had reduced choice and quantity of food due to being November/low season but this is not what I expected of this class of hotel so would not stay here again. I had better breakfast in some 2 star hotels so it was very bad value for money to stay here.
Reception staff were also a bit slow to deal with customers/me and I had to wait a while to check in even though there were not many people checking in at the time.
Housekeeping/cleaners were great though and the room was fine, if a bit on the small side.

First of all it’s advertised as four star. I kindly gave this hotel a two star.First morning me and my friend arrived at 02:30pm got you our rooms and their was a power cut in my room so I was temporarily moved to a DISABLED room then got moved upstairs.Most of the staff weren’t that nice especially the manager who at first was all tactile and overly friendly trying to make you buy things then when he knew you weren’t interested just gave you a dirty look.he was also lazy sitting at tables with guest annoying them.the food was ok but nothing to write home about. I won’t be coming here ever again

Very nice crew- helpful and also fun. We had best time with them.
There is a possibility to drive to the party with a partybus. One crew member is partying with you and controls, that everything is okey, safe and fun. We went to the nigtclub Summer Garden, witch is a very nice and magical place. Best time.

Just arrived home yesterday what a horrible experience.those hotel came up as four star. If I could give it no stars I would. Don't stay in the main block where reception is, all the rooms are dirty, small, the windows and doors onto the paint flaked balcony don't fit, or open and if you do get them open, you'll not shut them. Don't look forward to a meal if you arrive at night, unless you like cold boiled eggs, stale bread, cheese spread and a marmalade portion. after the 1st night we requested a move to the newer block which was alot better, and are the rooms they feature in the brochure. Food was boring chips n salad, chips n cold pizza, chips n whatever. AND you've to walk up to the roof for the restaurant which is not good when the lifts aren't working half the time. The bar staff are miserable and rude. Althought there AI we dined out frequently. Entertainment non existent unless you like the naff leather jacket show. Nice smell of drains around thehotel and lots of building sites around. Would not dare to go again!
