Hotel sám o sobě není tak špatný, i když by potřeboval pár úprav. Pokoje byli čisté, každý den uklizeno a každý třetí den nové povlečení a ručníky. Bazén menší, ale na to osvěžení postačí. U baru ještě jeden menší bazének a brouzdaliště. Výtahy velice pomalé a nestíhali nápor lidí. Též jejich cookie time, suché sušenky bez chuti. The hotel itself is not that bad, although it could use some improvements. The rooms were clean, cleaned every day and new sheets and towels every third day. The pool is smaller, but it is enough for refreshment. There is another smaller pool and paddling pool near the bar. The elevators were very slow and could not keep up with the rush of people. For us, the location of the hotel is good, about 5 minutes to the beach across the road and all around, bars and shops, so you won't get bored. Wifi only in the lobby, otherwise for a fee, see photo- But what was really a disaster was the food, for breakfast only eggs, chips, rice with milk and the next day pancakes instead of eggs, and so it was repeated for the whole 10 days. Lunch is what is left from breakfast, only two side dishes to choose from and one type of meat, dry leftovers and lecho. Dinner a little better, they turned on the grill, so there were meatballs or fish, and we had kebabs twice during our stay. And again, what was left from dinner appeared the next day for lunch, as some kind of mixed salad. And their snack bar should be renamed the burnt burger bar, every day only a frozen and then grilled burger with fries (see photo), they don't do anything else. Also their cookie time, dry cookies with no taste. Every day the same again. The bar staff acted like we were bothering her, she was very difficult to arrange in Aj, we wanted drinks and the lady at the bar arrogantly told us that it was extra money, which we said we understood and then threw a dirty ticket with drinks, and when we chose, she told us again that they only make one drink out of 12,😀😀. The waiters were apparently part-timers who were barely 18 and did not understand or know the basics of dining at all. The only staff who were nice were the cleaners and the receptionist. The animator was only there for nothing, every evening only tour the diskotek, 10 € for 1 person.…
We booked this hotel thinking it was 4 star all inclusive. Boy was we in for a surprise. The rooms are very small and reminds you of soviet union in the 70's. Everything is outdated and looks shady. We had a small refrigerator in our room, but that only worked when the keycard was in the holder. We asked for 1 extra card, but its probably easier to be a snowball in hell than to get it. The Hotel was supposed to have free wifi, and they do but its limited to 12 square meters in the reception. To have wifi åt your room/somewhere in hotel you have to pay 2€. The breakfast was ok, but limited. If you like to eat vegetables i guess you would be satisfied. Im a carnivore though, and i got tired of dry turkish sausages after 2 days. The chef made pancakes 1 morning and that was a welcomed break to the monotone brakfast routine. The staff is Always circling the tables like hungry sharks or vultures. You get the feeling that they want you to hurry up. Bar downstairs has the cheapest beer, wine, gin and some soft drinks. Not even local turkish tea, coffee or ayran. One of the managers was constantly trying to make you buy time in their hamam. But after looking at the gym wich smelled like a daft basement, i was not interested. The hamam is seriously overpriced and you can treat yourself to a superior experience for half the price anywhere else. One night the hotel arranged a lottery. The winners got whisked of by car to a leatherstore to recieve the vinnings. The winnings consisted of a small purse. You got your price allright, but after first being battered by aggressive shopstaff to try to make you buy products. The animationteam, well the guy Mateo that worked with it deserved a big cudos. Its not easy to try to make gold out of mud. The cleaning was good and the cleaners deserves a better fate than this hotel. You can always get extra towel, water, esp if you say thanks with some tip))) All in all this is a solid 1 star hotel. But they claiming to be 4 star is a big joke. Location is Good with beach and restaurants close. Would i go here again? A big HELL NO!…
Due to our flight delay, we arrived at 1am and were given a roll & drink which I wasn’t expecting so was pleasantly surprised. I stayed with my 2 Son’s aged 17 & 19 so we had a triple room. It was a shock initially as it was incredibly small- 3 single beds next to each other so we couldn’t get out from either side, only at the bottom, but we got used to it. The beds were comfortable and the cleaner came in daily to make the beds and replenish the towels if needed and a bottle of water was left every day which was nice. The rooms are very basic with no kettle or iron and they could do with upgrading, but were clean, which is the main thing. We stayed for 10 days and did eat out several times but there was always a good selection, we’re just fussy eaters. The snack bar offered burgers & chips daily, but the “biscuits & cakes” that were brought out for 30 minutes weren’t nice at all. I don’t like to be negative, but the bar staff weren’t the happiest and most couldn’t speak any English. I do understand that it’s hot, wages are poor, some guests are incredibly rude, but the odd smile would have been nice, especially when you’ve saved & saved for a holiday. The location was very good, a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and shops were directly outside the hotel. Even though it was busy outside at night, you couldn’t hear the noise which was good. The evening entertainment which was 3 nights a week was ok but the “fashion show” was pretty pointless- but that was intended to get you into a leather shop offsite. Those watching were given a bingo ticket and if you won could visit the shop for your prize, which suffice to say I didn’t claim as I knew I’d be harassed to buy things. Mateo, the animator worked incredibly hard though and would take guests most nights to a club- pick up & return for €10, which includes queue jump, table and free shot. My Son went four times as I knew he’d be safe and we all went together one night. The pools were clean and we only used the small pool by the bar as it was quieter. I’d happily stay again. ☺️…
Whilst LoveHolidays was misleading stating 3 pools and evening entertainment, there was one main pool and two TINY ones with entertainment 3 nights we where there, one being bingo that we paid extra for. Downside was the room was very small and didn't have a kettle and the duvet in the wardrobe you wouldn't want to touch. Having said that all of the staff where friendly and helpful (reception, waiting staff, bar staff, and cleaners). The hotel was very clean with a few extra touches, always sun beds available by the pool and at the beach, very close to the beach too. We had a great time with the entertainment staff (Mateo) and whilst we where told the hotel was full there was always somewhere clean to sit at dinner and plenty of tasty food. I would recommend for an easy, relaxing holiday and would visit again if I went back to Alanya,…
To be honest, I was expecting more from this hotel. I will explain you why. The food is average Three star hotels food. Every morning is an eggs. Boiled or fryed. 🥴And some vegetables. For lunch you can have a soup and the main meal. For dinner it a bit better situation(you can find even a cakes). Staff iš 50/50.I can give a 10 points to room cleaning and restaurant staff except that lad which is like a manager of the bar and the restaurant. (he is quite rude, and when he get that we are from England he became nice. Possibly expecting for tips). The Hotel informator at first day been tried to sell hammam for double price, but when I said that we going to different place, became quite ignorant. Animation? I seen animator, but to be honest, I have no clue what he doing. From pluses I see good hotel location not far from sea, and not far from bus stop to Alanya, good cleaning, and good receptionists... …
Neat hotel, close to beach. Very friendly cleaning lady. The animator Mateo is the best. He was very helpful with booking various trips and negotiated good prices for us. Mateo also showed us a great time in Alanya's night life. Go meet him if you want to party!
Very nice crew- helpful and also fun. We had best time with them. There is a possibility to drive to the party with a partybus. One crew member is partying with you and controls, that everything is okey, safe and fun. We went to the nigtclub Summer Garden, witch is a very nice and magical place. Best time.
