We are currently on our last day at this lovely hotel. The staff are very helpful and work non stop. The pool and other communal areas are kept spotless and the rooms are cleaned daily. The pool area is a little small but we only had trouble finding a sunbed on 1 day out of 14. The all inclusive food is a buffet, although the food is very tasty it did get a bit monotonous and they don’t really cater for children. The location is good too, there are a lot of lovely restaurants and bars close by and the beach is a 2 minute walk away. The main shopping and harbour is about a 20 minute walk but we found the taxis very reasonable. Overall it’s a lovely little hotel and we’re already looking at booking again for next year.

Ok so first off- location is great. 2 minutes walk to the beach, where the hotel has its own section for guests. Discounted rate for sun-beds at the beach if you pay at the hotel, which worked out about £1 for a bed for the day. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Food was good at all inclusive buffet. Usual omelettes, fruits and cereals at breakfast. There wasn’t a massive choice each day at lunch and dinner but we always had a nice selection. Grilled meats and fish, salads, chips, and Turkish foods. Snack bar by the pool served burgers and hotdogs and pasta each day. Staff in the restaurant and by the pool were always on hand to serve drinks and we didn’t have to go up to the bar ourselves unless we wanted to.
Pool area was nice and clean too and we enjoyed the swim up bar.
Rooms were spotless and beds comfy. We had a room on the 4th floor which was at the front of the hotel and so had a lovely sea view. Bathroom had a lovely spacious walk in shower. All rooms have balcony.
If you want to book any excursions go outside the hotel and to the right there is a shop run by a man named Tommy who gave the best rates. If you ask for him by name and tell him “king” sent you he will give you a special discount! We went on the canyon tour which was an amazing day full of fun. When we spoke with other guests we realised they had paid a lot more by booking else where. Boat trip is also recommended.
There wasn’t much entertainment at this hotel, just a couple of dance shows a week in the evening but we didn’t mind that as we liked to go out and explore and try other places. There are some amazing restaurants nearby.
Try Nordens restaurant if you can, it’s about a 4 minute walk away but food is amazing.
We also enjoyed the hotel spa which had some amazing prices for Turkish bath and massages. Would recommend getting the Turkish bath early in your stay as it clears the skin before you sit in the sun. The staff at the spa were also very helpful and massages were very professional.
Can’t fault this hotel, staff were so helpful and friendly. Everything you could need close by and was all very clean and comfortable. We hope to go back!

We spent 10 nights here in June and we’re so happy we did! The hotel is lovely, the room was clean and any problems we had were fixed quickly. We went all inclusive and were very happy with the selection of food and drinks available throughout the day, and there are plenty of options close by the hotel if you’re looking to eat out. All the staff are friendly and happy to help (especially Mesut at the bar) and the location is great for exploring day and night. We booked excursions with Tommy (outside the hotel to the right) which were great experiences for a great price. Booking with him over the other providers in Alanya also meant that we were picked up and dropped off right outside the hotel. We also enjoyed the beach and the beach bar, which had great prices, and the pool was only €3 for an hour!

Hotel doesn’t match what it is rated in my opinion. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful, especially the pool bar boys! Rooms were spacious, beds not the comfiest but room itself was well maintained. Food was horrendous, inedible and bland, very little hot food options and the same things most days. It left us eating out most nights. The snack bar was the same selection every day, if you love burgers, chips and nuggets you’ll be fine. It seemed as if they were reheated and reused from what was left over the day before though. Pool wasn’t cleaned daily, we noticed some sort of black mildew around the pool edges and when compared to previous hotel pools it was quite murky. There was around 30 sunbeds for the whole hotel, most were broken. Good luck trying to get a sunbed though, unless you’re up at 4am you won’t be getting one. Families were putting towels on at either 12am or ridiculously early in the morning. The hotel made no authority or attempt to stop sunbed warriors until the last day when cleaners were removing towels that were put on either the night before or early morning when trying to clean in the morning. It often left most people who should decorum without a seat for the whole day. The area around the hotel was great, loads of bars with live music and good food. The markets/shop had good quality clothes at fair prices. The beach was great, clear water and was a 2 minute walk from the hotel, if you go to reception before leaving you can purchase a sunbed and umbrella at the beach, for 2 of us it was 75TL each so was cheap.

It was the second time we stayed in this hotel after having had a wonderful holiday in Alayie Kleopatra last year. We insisted that our travel agency found a place in this hotel also this year. We did not want another hotel. It was the hotel staff that made us wish to choose this hotel again. They were very welcoming, helpful, friendly, polite, well mannered, flirty and funny, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. We were happy to meet the same people as last year. The sunbeds at the pool are limited, but we are not fans of tanning at the swimming pool. There were enough tables with chairs around the pool, so plenty of space to enjoy your time at the pool. It was nice to come from the beach at 11.00 and enjoy a swim in the pool which found itself in the shadow until 12.00 so we did not have to worry ab getting sun burn. I believe this hotel is not quite suitable for families with children as the kids' swimming pool is small and the bigger one is deep. The gym is outdated with older devices. There is an indoor swimming pool, as well. The rooms are well equipped and cleaned every day. The food choice is not very varied, but it is healthy, well cooked and tasty. I like it that this year one could find sweet Turkish specialities like Baklava as opposed to last year. I also find it very practical that one can get 500 ml water bottles anytime. There are 3 entertainment shows to enjoy during a 7 night stay which is perfect as you also have time for walks to the city center and the harbour which during the night offer an incredible and impressive view. Alanya is a night city and if you are lucky you can see the waiters dancing in syncron in the restaurants. There are many activities and trips that one can undertake from local agencies. The beach is very close to the hotel(1 min)and is wide, with lovely ticker sand and very warm water. The view with the mountains and the sea turn Alanya into a paradise. On the water one can admire the pirate ships and the paragliding. If we ever visit Alanya again, we will definitely go to this hotel as it suits our expectations and idea of a perfect holiday. We are grateful to the hotel personnel for making our stay wonderful!!!

After a long 2.5 years wait we were finally able to return to this love!y hotel, we were a bit apprehensive after reading the latest reviews thinking things had changed but we were amazed at the welcoming we received from all the lovely staff as they remembered us from our previous visits. We had a room on the 4th floor next door to one we had previously stayed in giving us a view over the pool and towards the beach with a balcony which was nice to sit out on. Things seem to be returning back to normal as you are able to help yourself to the buffet again with its array of delicious food and yes I put on a few lbs whoops, one thing I must say is I am yet to find the waiters who couldn't speak English as stated in a previous review. After a great 10 Day stay we were sad to leave but don't worry Alaiye Kleopatra we will be back again soon.

This hotel is without question the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and should be listed as 1 star, not 4 . 95% of the staff were rude and unwelcoming. The buffet food was disgusting and recycled trash. Wouldn't even feed it my pets. The only real saving grace food wise was the snack bar! if you like chips burgers and chicken nuggets you might just get through the day.
The only thing more disgusting than the food was the pool/bar managers attitude. He made us feel awkward and unwelcome the entire trip which which naturally passed down to his staff. The majority were rude with zero manners or decorum. Even tipping them heavily at the beginning of our stay made absolutely no difference. The only real hero was a server during the day called "Semih" he was very polite, had manners and actually smiled/conversed.
We ate out every single night and tried to avoid hotel as much as possible which ended up costing us a significant amount more than it should have. The drinks menu was dreadful and the rules were pathetic. The entertainment was almost laughable but on the brightside, if you were lucky enough, you would get a plate of popcorn to block out the misery.
If you want to go to a retirement home for a week, eat trash and get treated like rats then this place is probably for you. If not, just don't bother.
Given our experience, this is the first and last time we will be visiting Turkey. Congratulations Alaiye Klopatra Hotel, you did your country proud.

The hotel is clean and tidy ,internet is very poor in rooms this hotel is more catered for the older person and if you have kids this isnt the place for you as isnt much to do for little ones ,food is very average and bland and repetitive...french fries for breakfast ? Strange one , drinks ok served in paper cups throughout the day but served in glasses on a night but waiters will wait until you have finish your drinks then refill in same glass which we complained (baldy barman is weird must have ocd or doesnt want to do much washing up ),never seen our rep at all ,hairdresser tries the hard sell when you first arrive and became boring after a while please note this hotel is european friendly ,hotel is right next to a busy main road and a hotel next door plays loud music until 1am , overall most staff are friendly but some of staff cant even crack a smile ....alanya is a nice place but i definitely would not come back to this hotel ....late flight going home so cost us 30 quid to keep room extra 5 hours. This hote is barely a 3 star whoever rated it 4 star needs to find a new job

Had a great holiday at this hotel. I went with my 3 children 15 18 20 and had 2 rooms double standard which where interconnected rooms. Firstly the location of the hotel is perfect. The beach is across the road and the hotel's wifi works there. The hotel is on a main road but you will have everything on your doorstep: shops, resturants, money exchange, everything is just outside. In the evenings the vibe is really good and feels really safe. The cable cars are just about a 15 minute walk away. The hotel itself is really nice and clean. We were on the second floor. Rooms are a bit small but the bathroom was good with walk in showers. We went all inclusive, and food and drink is avalible all through the day. The food does get a bit repetative and we did go out to eat a few times, food not really catered for the british. The spa in the hotel is amazing and is a must try. The staff in the spa are so good had the best massage. Overall a really nice stay and any issues i did have have where dealt with quickly. All staff where really welcoming.
